We stayed for 12 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families with small babies or young children, as there are very few attractions or activities for children.
The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment. During our stay, temperatures were around 32–35°C during the day and 26–28°C at night, with very humid weather. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning included, and we were told we had to pay €30 for a fan. The fan was not powerful enough to cool the room, making it very difficult to sleep or relax comfortably. We eventually managed to rent a small air-conditioning unit, which made a huge difference, but this cost us an additional €90 for 11 days.
Another issue was the atmosphere in the evenings and at night. There were quite a lot of drunk teenagers around, with arguments and loud drama during the night. We also noticed the unpleasant smell of weed on several occasions, which was not ideal for a family holiday.
There was also virtually no entertainment, which was disappointing, especially for a 12-night stay. After dinner, you could sit by the large pool, but finding a table or chairs was difficult as many people were already there drinking.
There were, however, some really positive things. The food was excellent — definitely 5 stars for the kitchen chef! There was a great variety of meals, amazing desserts and very fresh fruit, with plenty of different options to enjoy throughout the stay. The staff at reception were also very kind, friendly and helpful.
The location is good for accessing some very nice places and attractions. I would highly recommend looking at the local excursion stands, as there are lots of activities available. If you are planning to do a quad bike excursion, make sure you have your driving licence with you, as it may be required.
One final tip: don’t bother booking airport transfers in advance. We found the taxis to be very cheap, reliable and easy to use.
Overall, there are some great positives, especially the food, friendly staff and location, but the lack of air conditioning, limited entertainment and nighttime atmosphere made the stay less enjoyable for us as a family.

Hotel was really lovely, the rooms were good but could do with an update. Shower was really good though. No entertainment which was a shame. All inclusive cuts off at 10.30pm. Pool was lovely, friendly staff reception and bar. Food was okay but a bit repetitive. Snacks could be better as half a stale cheese sandwich is not what you expect when you've paid alot to go away with all inclusive.

We found that the hotel was extremely poor, not only do you not sleep with the thin walls, you can hear absolutely anything and everything, the rooms were incredibly warm, warmer than outside and fans were €30 to rent a night with only a €10 return. We haven’t slept properly for 4 nights. You also have to pay €20 for a remote for the TV, the food is shocking with minimal choice. There was no hot water in the shower at all and the staff really weren’t bothered when we spoke to them at all, the overall attitude has been poor. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here again. The WiFi didn’t work with no signal and it was £5 a day

Really good for a lads holiday. We were all reading the one star reviews expecting to see cockroaches, get robbed, have a dirty uncleaned room and get rude service from reception, but all reviews were proven wrong.
We chose the hotel because it was cheap and really close to Veronica’s and we do not have a single complaint about it. The rooms were fairly clean, no AC was a disappointment but was expected due to reviews telling us, but could rent a fan for the week for cheap. Reception were nice and booked Siam park for us easily, cleaners came in frequently and cleaned up our very messy rooms.
There were 10 of us and we had 5 studios, not a single one of us robbed, no cockroaches or anything and the pool was a great temperature with speakers playing which gave it a great atmosphere. There was a problem with one of our bathrooms pipes, but this was quickly resolved and they even moved us next door to an upgraded room. Overall a huge success and proved all of our expectations wrong, although each to their own, some people may have bad experiences and it may be best for lads/ladies holidays.

cheap and you can tell. rooms were mediocre, dirty but big. cleaners didn't come most days and had to ask at reception for towels and toilet paper. the food tastes like plastic, with very limited options - most of which are disgusting. close to the strip, which meant noisy at all hours. security guards at night are pushy. they only care about people coming in, not how they are acting once inside. had two men knock on our door in attempt to 'stay over in your room'. pool is okay - warm sometimes. not a lot of positives.
