Stayed here for 5 nights with family in a one bedroom apartment, we had a larger balcony as we were at the end of the building. Had side view of pool and sea. Room was spacious and clean with all kitchen utensils and little pack of cleaning products. Shower is powerful and has shower gel and toilet rolls included. Rooms need updating as some of the door frames are peeling off the walls. 4 chairs and table on balcony as well as inside and a large pull out sofa bed with extra sheets. We paid extra for breakfast, there’s a big array of food from cereal to pastry’s and donuts, breads, yogurts,fruit and cold meats, dos have hot food such as eggs, sausages, bean etc but the only thing is they are slightly cold but quality of food is good! The staff are super friendly and helpful, Georgia from Italy the rep is an absolute sweetheart! The pool is large, found it a bit cold but most pools will be this time of the year. There’s a pool bar and they do 2 for 1 cocktails everyday at 3/3:30 . Only con was hot tub was broken looks like it’s been like that for a while. There is a private car park attached not belong to the hotel but they give guests a special rate of €10 per day which is great because there is very limited parking in the area!! Noise levels at night aren’t great some nights because it’s beside Veronica’s strip and because of this we did see a few stag party’s staying here because of the location. The location is excellent though, couldn’t be better. Right beside all bars, restaurants, disco bars, beach. 5 mins drive from Siam park and Siam mall. I would definitely stay here again, have booked again!

even though the hotel is 3 stars, rooms about 2 stars, the staff still impressed us with their kindness and professionalism. The reception staff gets 5 stars because they are very nice and solve any problem with joy. The restaurant staff 5 stars plus. They are extremely helpful and open to suggestions. I especially want to thank Ionuț, a very dedicated and responsible waiter

Just home from a 10-day stay. This hotel has a great location, about 50m from the beach and shops/restaurants. The staff are helpful and we were particularly well looked-after by Vanisha and Vincente. Rooms were adequate and breakfast each morning was easy going with plenty available. The pool area is comfortable with enough loungers, but be aware that the water is cold! Overall, a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, polite, and always helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable holiday. The facilities were well organized, and everything was taken care of nicely. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Palm Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would be happy to visit again.

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place to stay. Palm Beach Tenerife was a complete disappointment. I booked a room (#606) with an ocean view, but even that could not make up for the conditions inside. From the first night there was a strong, constant smell in the bathroom. I reported it several times, staff came more than once, but nothing was fixed. Cleanliness is unacceptable. The room was dirty everywhere! switches, corners, worn fixtures, very old furniture, cracked tiles. This does not look like a hotel room — the place is run down. Soundproofing is terrible, you hear everything from other rooms and the street. Breakfasts were poor and tasteless. The service overall is bad — you are charged extra for almost everything. Room cleaning is done only once every three days, on the fourth day, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The worst part was finding a sharp piece of glass glued to a small table. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly, this is dangerous and unacceptable. I had to contact Booking.com after the hotel failed to solve the issues and reject with refund. Booking approved my immediate checkout and refunded the unused nights. No respect for hygiene or guest comfort. This is not a 3-star hotel. This is not a hotel at all. Stay away as far as possible.
