Stayed here for 5 nights with family in a one bedroom apartment, we had a larger balcony as we were at the end of the building. Had side view of pool and sea. Room was spacious and clean with all kitchen utensils and little pack of cleaning products. Shower is powerful and has shower gel and toilet rolls included. Rooms need updating as some of the door frames are peeling off the walls. 4 chairs and table on balcony as well as inside and a large pull out sofa bed with extra sheets. We paid extra for breakfast, there’s a big array of food from cereal to pastry’s and donuts, breads, yogurts,fruit and cold meats, dos have hot food such as eggs, sausages, bean etc but the only thing is they are slightly cold but quality of food is good! The staff are super friendly and helpful, Georgia from Italy the rep is an absolute sweetheart! The pool is large, found it a bit cold but most pools will be this time of the year. There’s a pool bar and they do 2 for 1 cocktails everyday at 3/3:30 . Only con was hot tub was broken looks like it’s been like that for a while. There is a private car park attached not belong to the hotel but they give guests a special rate of €10 per day which is great because there is very limited parking in the area!! Noise levels at night aren’t great some nights because it’s beside Veronica’s strip and because of this we did see a few stag party’s staying here because of the location. The location is excellent though, couldn’t be better. Right beside all bars, restaurants, disco bars, beach. 5 mins drive from Siam park and Siam mall. I would definitely stay here again, have booked again!

Visited for 4 nights and had the most perfect stay! Amazing value for money! The room is spacious clean and airy, it has a fan light which is great to keep the room nice and cool. Beautiful balcony with a view of the beach and pool. The staff are all so lovely and helpful! They were on hand 24/7 and so friendly it was an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back. The receptionist for checking out, Valentino, was so kind and helpful with us whilst waiting for our return flight home . Would HIGHLY recommend!

The room was big, airy, and clean. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the volcano from the corridor. It had a kitchen area and plenty of seating. The beds are not great and the bathroom had a damp smell and old feel. Still, the room and hotel are spotless clean. Staff are lovely, the food was fresh and delicious and the pool area was fun, spacious and fabulous overall. The app is great for hotel updates, and there are plenty of shops and bars right outside the hotel, in either direction. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location for beach, restaurants and walks along the sea front. Rooms are clean, but the kitchen is small compared with other Ona Group places we have been, but ok for doing breakfast & lunch. Restaurant at hotel offers a variety of options. We went to the bbq evenings, which were good value. Hotel staff were great. Very helpful. This includes reception staff and cleaners. There is noise from local night clubs at night, but we were on 10th floor and it was not too much of a problem. Suitable for people in wheelchairs, but you would need to ask if there are rooms with wet rooms. Children's activities daily. Would we book again - yes, definitely.

Third time returning to Ona Palm Beach and it continues to improve year after year, which is impressive given how strong the experience already is. The pool area is a real standout—well maintained, spacious, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in. The pool activities team deserves particular credit as well; they bring great energy throughout the day, encourage participation in a relaxed way, and consistently help create a friendly atmosphere without ever feeling intrusive. The addition of the new sports bar by the pool, introduced just in time for the World Cup, is a great enhancement and reflects a clear ongoing commitment to improving the guest experience. It adds a lot to the social side of the hotel and works really well with the pool area setup. The location is another strong point, with easy access to local amenities and everything you need within a short distance. Staff throughout the hotel are consistently excellent—kind, proactive, and efficient from check-in through to check-out, which really helps the overall experience run smoothly. While the rooms are somewhat dated, this is offset by the strong value for money and the consistently high standard of service and facilities. It’s this combination that makes it an easy choice to return to.
