The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space, and they are cleaned very frequently. There is ample parking on the ground level, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, I would not choose to stay here again.
The breakfast, which costs extra, is very limited in variety and poor in quality. There are no green salads, and no options such as skim milk, oat milk, or almond milk. Some of the fruit on display was already starting to spoil. When the honey ran low, it was not refilled, and the selection of tea was extremely limited. I have stayed at other resort hotels in the Canary Islands, so I have a good basis for comparison. As this trip took place during the Christmas holiday, both hotel and flight prices were significantly higher, which made the low quality of the breakfast particularly disappointing.
While the room itself is large, I would have strongly preferred a single king-size bed. The two small beds constantly move apart, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I was also unhappy that the in-room safe required an additional fee.
In addition, the hotel is located in a busy area, and even at around 1 a.m., music from nearby bars could still be heard.

We stayed in this hotel through Ving (Sweden). It is located near Los Christianos and is near the beach and close to a lot of shopping centres. The room itself was big and clean and had a good balcony overlooking the pool. It was also quiet (no children allowed) which some people have described as lacking atmosphere in other reviews, which I think is a bit unfair. The room's ceiling fan is very wobbly on full blast and looked as if it could fly off in its own if left unattended. Also, now that I think about it, this might be the only hotel room I have stayed in on the Canary Islands where I haven't seen a cockroach! The room also has: hot plates, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, toaster, fridge - so you can easily fix your own dinner if you want to (which we did most of the time). Breakfast at the hotel was hit and miss because there isn't that much choice available, but it's ok. Given the choice of making my own breakfast or paying for the hotel's breakfast, I might well have gone with getting my own (reasons: orange juice is just really water with sugar in it coloured orange, sausage slices that ooze grease when you bite into them, bacon that you can't can't cut - but on the plus side:- baked beans (you can't mess them up), fried eggs (liked these), scrambled egg (can't complain), and a selection of nice bread. Coffee was out of a machine and that was ok too. Also there is yoghurt and some cereal - although the choice is limited here. Thanks for the figs, though. I like figs.
Pool was pretty nice. Quite big. Very clean. Staff take care of this every morning making sure its as clean as it can be.
I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 - losing that point on the ceiling fan and the ok breakfast, but I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks, 15 June - 29 June. The Hotel is Ideal for the Surrounding area with bars and restaurants littery next door and across the road. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week, unless you say other wise. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and slept like a baby with NO noise issues from ajecent bars. Staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds never any problems getting one. My only issue is with ceiling fans instead of actual air con, okay the fans are free with no additional charges but in the height of summer despite being on 24-7, the fans just don't cool you down. So, would I stay again? In a heartbeat. Adults only Hotel, nice touch, though to be fair I've been in some hotels where children where better behaved than some of the " Adults" in the pool.

We are a couple in our 50’s and these apartments are fabulous!
We did read reviews about it being 18-30!! And bugs!🤷♀️

Lovely clean apartments!
Towels got change almost every day and our sheets were changed
We were on the 4th floor didn’t need the fan as there was a lovely breeze!
No screaming children what more do you want!
Will definitely be going back!

Lovely hotel which met our needs being adult only. Clean everywhere and comfy beds. No air conditioning in room but could be hired in from external contractor. A bit noisy from the bar next door. Had to check out at 12 but pick up only 5pm which was a drag. Great location close to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend.
