Unfortunately bad experience.
Apartments are nice and cleaning staff are amazing.
The hole experience was badly let down by the staff at reception and restaurant who didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. from checking in we were left till just before 5pm to get are 3 rooms which in my opinion is disgracefully and whatever you do dont bother asking for a late check out due to medical reasons you will be addressed with rudeness. When finally checked in no information about the hotel was given what so ever they were to interested in there phones to interact with the customer. Unfortunately talking to other people they had a similar experience with the staff. Care is also needed at pool as rats were nesting around the rock areas which obviously is a massive concern.
With more experienced staff and not kids running the desk this may have made the difference. The way it's run now we would definitely not return.

Hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and the cleanliness was great. Not very much going on in the hotel, the pool and pool area was lovely. There is said to be a gym on site but it’s 2 pieces of equipment one being a treadmill so that doesn’t really qualify as a gym, there is a spa which I don’t use so I can’t comment but it looked nice but very small.
The “games room” is a couple of Childs games in a corner. There was a pool table beside the pool bar which was handy but you must have your own cash for it as the bar staff don’t give cash back.
The pool bar was nice and affordable and the bar staff were friendly. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but it looked nice. The reception staff were nice except for one Tuesday evening where we asked the receptionist could they ring our room phone when our Uber Eats was there and he wasn’t best pleased about being asked.
Very little hot water for showers and also A/C is €80 for the week.
Finally the room service staff were terrible. We were asleep in bed at 8-8:30am and were woken up to banging on the door and doorbell ringing multiple times when we said we didn’t want any cleaning done they were angry even though we were okay with cleaning it ourselves as we were checking out the next morning anyway. Our friends in another room had the same experience that morning except they didn’t have their door locked but had the do not disturb sign on the door like us but room service just let themselves into their apartment whilst they were laying in bed barley dressed. Our friends asked them to leave as they were in bed and the cleaner said “no I have to clean can’t you just sleep in the other room?” This happened to them on 4 different occasions that morning so in the end he told her to just get out. This is ridiculous, no privacy and no respect to the guest’s wishes at all. We understand the cleaners have a job to do but why have a do not disturb option if it’s going to be ignored? And if the guest is ok with not having the room cleaned then why refuse to leave? We would’ve been happy if they had said do you mind if we take the dirty towels and leave clean ones but to let yourself in to a young girls room with no respect to their privacy is wrong on so many levels.

My wife and I stayed here between March and April 2026 for 4 weeks we were given a room which was awful the balcony was small and very dull so the next day we ask for the room we stayed in last time the guy on reception said he would check with the manager he then got back to us saying she said it would be €30 !! To change rooms we paid it and wheni noticed the manager at reception I asked her why the €30 charge she said for cleaning of the room!! I found her very abrupt and rude never greeted us when walking past reception at all.. i thought well hello' It would have needed cleaning anyway for the next person what a rip off to say the least !! After a couple of weeks into the holiday our daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandchildren came into the pool area for a surprised visit. Straight away the lifeguard left his job at the pool so the pool was left unattended which is dangerous in my opinion! safety is paramount especially in a public area of a swimming pool ...and went straight to reception to tell them our family was in the pool area.the man in reception and lifeguard came towards us saying no possible 'family coming upto our room !! I said they are only coming up for coffee he just said not possible shame on you ..also just to add the rooms are dated and no drawers in place for clothes storage etc..needless to say if family and friends who were staying elsewhere were not welcome then we will not recommend this hotel whatsoever....and won't be staying here again..

I got food poisoning symptoms on January 2nd and had a high fever in the evening. Still the hotel refused to postpone the check-out time for the following day, and the room had to be empty by 11 a.m. Even the next Finnish guests were not arriving until around midnight that same day, so it would have been easy to extend the stay in the room by at least a few hours. If hotel does not care for the customer’s health, it lowers the rating, and nothing else really matters after that. It was also not the best possible solution for other guests that I had to use the pool area’s restroom whole day while suffering from food poisoning. So this is why cannot give other than bad total and poor service ratings. Otherwise would have been higher.
