Just arrived home from a lovely week in Tenerife.
Our stay in the Toya was amazing. We booked the panoramic room which was on the 8th floor and had amazing views of the sunset from our balcony. We didn’t stray too far from the hotel during the stay. We booked half board not expecting buffet style food to cut it but to be honest we really enjoyed whatever was dished up each evening. It’s not restaurant quality but we had no complaints. Lots of choices every day and never disappointed.
Lots of good supermarkets in the area but the best one was slightly uphill on the right of the hotel. Pool area excellent and lots of daily activities if you wish to attend. Staff amazing. We had a slight issue with a sliding door and was immediately fixed.
We will return.
By the way the jacuzzi in our room was lovely.

Service with a smile people are lovely.
All inclusive food is bland and tasteless, better not all inclusive if you enjoy flavorful food, because the only flavor is salt.
The room was so basic, it boasts arconditioning however its not there is a vent in the room that blows air, you can not control the temperature, and it comes out like a blow of breath at level 3. I actualy bought a fan after complaining, they tried to insult my intelligence by saying I need to shut the door, im old enough and have common sense to know how it works, I am not a first time traveller. The rooms plaster in the walls was cracked and at points missing also mould in the shower and the bathroom floor was stinking dont think its ever been deep cleaned just moped.
The TV is basic but dose have HDMI to bring your own smart device.
Balcony medium sized enough for 2 people, decent view, glass edge so you can look out while sat down thats nice. Although right by the strip of clubs pretty soundproof.
Bed was basic, the cleaners would not change the bedding untill I physically asked reception to change the bedding, towels basic and alot of them stained even when they are clearly cleaned.
Entertainment, basic, alot of professional people singing badly, odd one was alright, magic show was decent. The one that got most people up pressed play on Spotify.
Reception area well kept and 8 out of 10.
Spa was top tier and tbe massarge was top tier and prices were decent.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the sea, shops, restaurants, and a sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the water, which is a great advantage, especially for families with children.
The rooms are clean, renovated, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and nicely designed. The hotel staff deserve praise – they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The food was average, but adequate for the price and the hotel’s standard. One downside is that drinks at dinner, including water, must be paid for separately.
Parking at the hotel is paid. There are free parking spaces available about 300–500 meters away, but they are not always easy to find.
The evening entertainment organized by the hotel was rather weak and did not leave a strong impression. I did not use the swimming pools, so I cannot comment on them.
A major advantage, but also a disadvantage, is the hotel's location close to bars and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, but music can be heard until around 4 a.m., which may be disturbing for guests who prefer a quiet night's sleep.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly staff outweigh the minor inconveniences. I would recommend it to people who want to stay close to the beach and the lively tourist area.

Lovely place, right next to the beach which is easy access 1 min walk. Hotel is premium with 2 pools to choose from, a general one and adults only which is a plus. In the evenings the hotel organises singers and other events to perform at the hotel bar which is also well equipped with a great atmosphere. The bar staff is great, Spanish and English speaking. Franco in the bar is also a very kind gentlemen who we had the pleasure to interact with.

Great hotel—we stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday and really enjoyed it. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our room had a lovely balcony view, plus a fridge and coffee machine, and was cleaned daily.
Food was included with good flexibility to switch dinner for lunch. There was plenty of choice, especially seafood, though desserts and fruit were a bit limited.
The shower could be improved as the pressure and temperature were inconsistent. We were on the quiet side of the hotel, but it may be noisy at night due to nearby clubs.
Overall, a great place to relax, close to the seafront with shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you to all the hotel staff for the great service!
