Lovely hotel about 5min from town. Quiet location, spacious rooms ours had a balcony and sun loungers. Only had breakfast there, every other time we were eating out. Their breakfast is good they have healthy options as well and all the trimmings of an English breakfast.

For a 4 star hotel, nothing to complain about. Clean rooms, pools & other premises, very friendly staff in reception and breakfast was also nice & fresh. The AC did not work, but this time it did not make a difference.
The location is a bit further away from the city center and the coastline (a bit more than a nice walking distance), but a taxi from the hotel to the shore costs around 10 euros and the reception staff can order it for you. The cab comes in around 5-10 minutes. I was very happy with my one night stay.

We are presently staying here in a one bedroom apartment, the apartment looks similar to the pics online but the apartment we are in has a extremely small bathroom nothing like the illustrated picture you can only have one person at a time in it, other than that apartment the king bed is ok altho we dont like memory foam mattresses but its ok, there are 2 x tvs one in the bedroom and one in the lounge and both have basic uk channels which is a bonus. The 2 sunloungers are not bad and the large dining table and chairs are good for alfresco meals its nice and quiet and private which we like. We would come again if we could have a larger bathroom.

We stayed in room 700A, 17-20 Dec, and unfortunately the room was in a very poor state of maintenance.
As shown in the photos, many elements are damaged or clearly neglected. The maintenance is essentially nonexistent. Several things did not work at all, including the jacuzzi, and others were in visible disrepair.
The internet connection is extremely poor: very slow, unstable, and constantly dropping. If you need to work remotely or rely on a stable connection, this is one of the worst places you could choose.
On arrival, there were no towels in the room and we had to call reception to have basic items provided.
To be clear, the hotel itself is nice, and the room layout is also good in principle. However, the lack of upkeep completely undermines the experience. A nice room without maintenance quickly becomes unacceptable.
Breakfast was okay, but nothing memorable.
Overall, due to the serious maintenance issues, non-working facilities, and unreliable internet, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially room 700A.

I couldn’t believe the poor standards of the rooms in this hotel.
Dirtiest couch I’ve ever seen, filthy floors (used cotton buds on floors as shown in pic), walls had holes stuffed with tissues in the bathroom, water leaking around toilet and blocked shower. The clean towels they provided were stained in yellow!!..
Furnitures are loose, the dressing table fell over my 2 years son, thankfully he wasn’t hurt.
Those images don’t even tell how stinky the room was.
I was offered another room, same dirty standard, nothing different.. We had to leave immediately.. Caused us lots of stress having to rebook another hotel last minute.
For the price there are loads of options, this place has to reconsider their standards, I would t rate it 1 star hotel!
