We are presently staying here in a one bedroom apartment, the apartment looks similar to the pics online but the apartment we are in has a extremely small bathroom nothing like the illustrated picture you can only have one person at a time in it, other than that apartment the king bed is ok altho we dont like memory foam mattresses but its ok, there are 2 x tvs one in the bedroom and one in the lounge and both have basic uk channels which is a bonus. The 2 sunloungers are not bad and the large dining table and chairs are good for alfresco meals its nice and quiet and private which we like. We would come again if we could have a larger bathroom.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment/villa. Great for big familys on a budget. No entertainment but clean with friendly staff, the accommodation was well equipped with everything you would need.
I would definitely return!

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend for my 30th birthday. Franklin, Mark and Alejandro (..his name may have been Alex or George) on reception were so friendly and they went out of their way to ensure we had a fun holiday (thank you for the complimentary Cava).
There was another lady on reception who was a little too serious. She informed us that if we wanted a clean pool towel, you had to pay a non-refundable €2 each time (you pay a €10 deposit to begin with - this is refundable on return of the initial towel). The rooms are also only cleaned every 3 days. I understand this is for sustainability and environmental purposes (and it is nice you can sacrifice cleaning for 15% off in the restaurant) but as a 4 star hotel, I expect access to clean towels as often as needed.
The breakfast and food served at the pool bar was so tasty! We booked the hotel because of the swim up bar. Shout out to Ricardo and Leila for making sure we partied non-stop at the pool bar with complimentary honey rum and for playing music (they asked us for our requests and surprised me by playing the birthday song over the pool speakers). The pool is gorgeous but it is cold despite being advertised as heated.
Note that this hotel offers spa treatments (I had a Balinese massage which was amazing) but it does not have a spa itself. There are rooms on the roof and a poolside cabana where you have your treatment by a third party. Affordable but not necessarily luxurious.
The room was amazing - really spacious, comfy bed, had all of the amenities you would want such as a hairdryer, wi-fi although this disconnects frequently, toiletries and bottles of drinking water.
I loved the terrace (private sun trap)! Great view, really close to the beach and only a 10 minute taxi (hotel arranges taxis 24/7 which is helpful) from Playa de las Americas. The hotel also has a free bus to los Cristianos but this only runs twice a day so you need to plan to be there for a whole day. My friend and I partied a little too hard so didn't have a chance to go, nor did we try the free mini golf, or arrange to go horse riding or rent jet skis or quad bikes. A perfect excuse to visit again for a longer period next year!

We stayed for 3 days.
At first we were impressed by the entrance and the pool area, but when we entered our room the problems started.
Our door was hard to close, and there was a gap that you could see outside. Both it and the windows are very old. The room has very poor soundproofing, every morning we heard a lot of noise from the street. The bed is really very bad, both the mattress and its construction, as a result it creaks with every movement.
Also, the air conditioning wasn't working from the first day. We asked them to fix it the night of the first day. So the next morning the technician came and it actually started working, but only the sound of it. There was no air coming out, the place had no air conditioning. When we mentioned it again, the answer was that the air conditioning system is very old and they can't do anything about it.
We had asked for extra towels for the room and the woman who brought them went to enter the room without waiting for us to open, which is unacceptable.
It is definitely not worth the money and if we were to visit Tenerife again we would not choose this hotel.
The two stars are only for the man at the reception who was very helpful and the very beautiful swimming pool (which even this one, due to its age, has started to spoil the mosaic at the bottom).

We stayed at this hotel in October. We were a family of four, two adults and two children. We booked this hotel quite spontaneously, then started reading the reviews and were very upset by what we read. There were a lot of negative reviews. But after living here for two weeks, I want to say that the place is excellent, and we would gladly return here in the future. We arrived late at night, and there were no problems with check-in. We booked a two-bedroom room; it was large, with a huge terrace, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. You have to order room cleaning, but it's free; we ordered it every day :) We never figured out whether the air conditioning worked, but it wasn't a problem for us. Overall, I want to say the room was excellent; yes, it's certainly not new, but still better than the average rooms we've stayed in on the island. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. We chose the hotel because of the heated pool; it's really nice, with a water temperature of 28-29 degrees Celsius. The pool bar is great; cocktails average 7.50 euros, and beers 5 euros. Sun loungers were always available. The main problem with the pool was getting the kids out of it. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't book it. The hotel is located away from the bustling streets of the nearby tourist areas, making it an ideal place for families with children. A taxi to the city costs 10 euros, a 5-7-minute drive, and 30 euros to the airport. There's a free shuttle bus that runs twice a day. We had a reserved car, and the hotel provides free parking. There's a small shop near the hotel that bakes fresh pastries every morning. It's a really great place for those looking for a quiet spot close to the island's main hangouts.
