The hotel is absolutely breathtaking for the price, I would definitely recommend the apartment with a view, spa bath and solarium. It’s that aesthetically pleasing we had to double check that we was at the right hotel!
There’s lots of things on the site to do to relax like mini golf, giant chess, pool and loads of other stuff.
The room was spacious and fully equipped too. The staff were fantastic and friendly and all great at their job.
The only bad thing was that we had to leave!

Great for families, not great for gym bros.
If you’re traveling with a pack of kids, this place is a goldmine. Between the organized play, the kids' club, mini-golf, and the swimming pools, our children were effectively exhausted by sunset—which is the greatest gift a hotel can give. The **location** is also a major win; being right off the TF-1 means you’re practically a stone’s throw from Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje without being stuck in the middle of the chaos.
However, the building itself is definitely leaning into its "vintage" era. Our shower looked like it was staging a protest against modern plumbing, but thankfully the **jacuzzi** was there to act as a peace treaty. It was a nice bit of compensation for the slightly dilapidated bathroom vibes. On the bright side, while the food was just "okay," the **coffee was excellent**—strong enough to fuel a day of chasing toddlers.
**The Gym (2/5):**
Now, for the "gym bros"—curb your expectations. If your goal is to get "shredded," you might find more resistance from the buffet line.
The fitness center is essentially a room where treadmills go to die (two were out of order). There are **zero machines**, just a lone bench and a dumbbell rack. The highlight was a vintage **VX body shaker** that looked like it belonged in a 1960s fitness montage. On the plus side, there’s a functional rowing machine, two ellipticals, and a stationary bike if you just need to keep the heart rate up.
The **staff** are incredibly helpful and nice, which goes a long way, but unless you’re looking for a "vibration-based" workout on a relic from the past, don't expect to hit any personal records here. Perfect for families; less so for powerlifters.

Hotel stuff was really nice!
But the room we lived in was so humid that all my clothes were humid as well , the smell in the room was like from an old building.
The furniture is old.
It was cold during the evening and night, and they don’t have air conditioning there (fan is only for the hot weather). But at least they had blankets.
One day the mold appeared in the bathroom.
The pool and outside territory is quite nice.
Breakfasts are more or less ok.
But in general I would not recommend it.

We stayed in room 700A, 17-20 Dec, and unfortunately the room was in a very poor state of maintenance.
As shown in the photos, many elements are damaged or clearly neglected. The maintenance is essentially nonexistent. Several things did not work at all, including the jacuzzi, and others were in visible disrepair.
The internet connection is extremely poor: very slow, unstable, and constantly dropping. If you need to work remotely or rely on a stable connection, this is one of the worst places you could choose.
On arrival, there were no towels in the room and we had to call reception to have basic items provided.
To be clear, the hotel itself is nice, and the room layout is also good in principle. However, the lack of upkeep completely undermines the experience. A nice room without maintenance quickly becomes unacceptable.
Breakfast was okay, but nothing memorable.
Overall, due to the serious maintenance issues, non-working facilities, and unreliable internet, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially room 700A.

The rooms are a bit dated, as others mention, but the beds are incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies. We were welcomed with a glass of cava at check-in, which was such a lovely touch and made a great first impression.
The complimentary birthday gift for my partner was also a wonderful surprise. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated it.
Thank you to all the staff!
