Good location, basic hotel, good place to stay if you get a good price. I got room only so can’t comment on the food. It’s a sole less hotel, quiet, empty, no character. But I got a good price for the room and location reasonable. They advertise a sauna, but I haven’t found it There is a great gym next to the hotel that do good daily and weekly rates.

We had a great week long stay in February. The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop, just under half an hour from the airport. It was an efficient check in and our 5th floor room had a good view towards Los Cristianos. Our room was large and plenty of storage for the 2 of us. The bathroom was well equipped with a shower in the bath and towels were changed every other day.
We had booked breakfast and a good choice was available each morning at the buffet. Staff were very attentive and, based on our first experience in Tenerife, we would definitely recommend a stay in the Zentral Center.

I was a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but my stay was very positive. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious, clean, had working A.C. , great powerful shower over a bath tub with sliding shower doors. The bathroom was was also large and clean. The cleaners made the rooms up daily, while we were out (no complaints but note, we left no valuables out).
We booked half board, but should have stuck to breakfast only, as there are so many restaurants near by to chose from. My only criticism was the food, tried dinner once during my 4 nights stay. 1st night went out on a starter gazing tour, 2nd night ate in hotel but didn't enjoy it 3rd and 4th went out.
Breakfast- the bacon was all fat and had no pink meat visible. Sausages were the hot dog type, skinny and processed. I skipped both bacon and sausages after that.
Positive- ham and cheese omelettes were nice. I also had croissants, toast, granola with almonds and hazelnuts.
Reception staff were friendly and looked after us well.
Location of hotel was perfect as everything was so close by.
Taxi from airport costs around 36
Euros but return taxi cost 28 which was good.
Hotel can call taxi via there call button and they arrive within 5 mins.
Uber were expensive so didn't bother using them.
Timing of stay was brilliant. After peak time and during a heat wave. Temp approx 34C during day which was perfect for the pool. Water Temp was nice and cool and I enjoyed it daily. There were plenty of empty deck chairs as went went after peak period.
Over all I would recommend it 👍

This hotel advertising itself as 4 stars is honestly ridiculous. It feels like a worn-out 2-star property that hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years.
The bathroom was dirty and neglected, which is unacceptable at any level, but especially insulting for a supposed 4-star hotel. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and gave an overall feeling of neglect. Nothing felt clean, nothing felt premium, and nothing matched the expectations set by the rating.
The entire hotel looks tired and run down. It feels like the place is living off an old classification while delivering a budget-level experience. A 4-star hotel should offer quality, comfort, and proper upkeep. This place delivers the opposite.
This is misleading and frankly dishonest. Charging 4-star prices for what is essentially a 2-star experience is not acceptable. Unless you only need a place to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness or standards, avoid this hotel. There are far better options that actually deserve their rating.
I would be ashamed to be the manager of this hotel. Drop to 2 stars and the price to 75 EUR and it is closer to reality

Staff are lovely, rooms are great. Beautifully quite. Love the rooftop Pool. Only snag I would say is that there is no actual bar. So if you fancied a day/night in you would have to get you're own. They do sell cans & wine at reception. Only English channels on tv are news 🙃 cant really mention the food as we went self catering as theirs loads of places to chose from.
