Good location, basic hotel, good place to stay if you get a good price. I got room only so can’t comment on the food. It’s a sole less hotel, quiet, empty, no character. But I got a good price for the room and location reasonable. They advertise a sauna, but I haven’t found it There is a great gym next to the hotel that do good daily and weekly rates.

The biggest sin an restaurant can commit isn’t being simple.
It’s when you leave hungry. And yes, that happened here.
Food (half board):
The selection is small. Not “curated”, not “minimalist” — just small.
To be fair, what they do serve is well prepared. Tastes are fine.
But that doesn’t excuse the limited choice. Four decent dishes are still four dishes. By the end, you’re not choosing what to eat — you’re calculating what you won’t get.
Overall hotel vibe:
Clean, tidy, generally polite.
But there’s a constant feeling of “don’t get too comfortable”. Rules here, restrictions there, deposits everywhere. Not hostile — just tight. Very “counting sugar cubes” energy.
Rooftop & extras:
The rooftop pool is cold, and the sunbeds aren’t great for lying flat. Not a disaster, just not inviting. More “we’ve seen it” than “let’s stay”.
Location:
Five minutes’ walk to the beach, which is genuinely nice. This is one of the hotel’s strongest points.
Star reality check
As a 4-star hotel, this place is overrated.
I’ve stayed in much better 3-star hotels, like the Hotel KN Columbus, where you don’t feel like every bite is a favour.
Final verdict
Not a bad hotel.
Not dirty.
Not rude.
Just cheap in the wrong place — the food.
If you don’t mind looking for a snack after dinner, you’ll survive.
If you expect a 4-star hotel to actually fill you up, this one falls short.

15min walk to either beach
4min walk to the athletic arena
8 min walk to the gravel track for longer intervall training
15min walk to the golf track
Wifi is one of the worst experienced
1. Very local spots that forces you to change all the time
2. Very poor in the rooms, you must open the blinds to get Conny Ted and then all the heat from the sun warms the room
3. Connection to internet goes on/off
4. Bandwith extremly small sometimes not enough to properly connect your lap top
Food
- breakfast you find the normal bredd, beans, bacon, egg, frukt. OK
- Lunch and dinner three types of protein, Meat, chicken, fish. Often both rice and pasta and cucumber tomatoe corn olives
Spices in the food is rare, use extra salt, pepper, balsamico, oil. This could be done much better, after 2 weeks you get very tiered of no taste. I expert more of for star hotel
At dinner live cooking is very nice and fresh

I was a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but my stay was very positive. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious, clean, had working A.C. , great powerful shower over a bath tub with sliding shower doors. The bathroom was was also large and clean. The cleaners made the rooms up daily, while we were out (no complaints but note, we left no valuables out).
We booked half board, but should have stuck to breakfast only, as there are so many restaurants near by to chose from. My only criticism was the food, tried dinner once during my 4 nights stay. 1st night went out on a starter gazing tour, 2nd night ate in hotel but didn't enjoy it 3rd and 4th went out.
Breakfast- the bacon was all fat and had no pink meat visible. Sausages were the hot dog type, skinny and processed. I skipped both bacon and sausages after that.
Positive- ham and cheese omelettes were nice. I also had croissants, toast, granola with almonds and hazelnuts.
Reception staff were friendly and looked after us well.
Location of hotel was perfect as everything was so close by.
Taxi from airport costs around 36
Euros but return taxi cost 28 which was good.
Hotel can call taxi via there call button and they arrive within 5 mins.
Uber were expensive so didn't bother using them.
Timing of stay was brilliant. After peak time and during a heat wave. Temp approx 34C during day which was perfect for the pool. Water Temp was nice and cool and I enjoyed it daily. There were plenty of empty deck chairs as went went after peak period.
Over all I would recommend it 👍

Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants.
