We are into our 3rd day at zentral. What a pleasure the guys on the reception the cleaners are all polite & friendly. rooms are massive comfy and super clean beds changed every day and fresh towels everyday can't fault it. roof top swimming pool is perfect to & buffet style breakfast has great variety and we have just got back to our room to a complementary bottle of champagne & a lovely note for my Mrs birthday. (Thankyou)Location perfect for us. Everything in walking distance, thanks again we will back again thanks

Good hotel. Service was good, although checkin was slow. Rooms were ok, air-con is just recirculating fan. Pretty quiet, shutters and blackout curtains meant good sleep. Pool, jacuzzi and loungers on the roof were great (saunas in with the toilets) . Better off going out for food. PremierInn equivalent, but with a pool...solid 3* hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during my vacation about three months ago. Unfortunately, I cannot really recommend it.
The staff was quite friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The bed linens were very old and clearly worn out, and the bathroom was not properly clean, especially the toilet.
Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the internet connection did not work at all, which was very frustrating.
Breakfast was acceptable, nothing special.
A positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is well situated and convenient, which is definitely a plus.

We had a great week long stay in February. The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop, just under half an hour from the airport. It was an efficient check in and our 5th floor room had a good view towards Los Cristianos. Our room was large and plenty of storage for the 2 of us. The bathroom was well equipped with a shower in the bath and towels were changed every other day.
We had booked breakfast and a good choice was available each morning at the buffet. Staff were very attentive and, based on our first experience in Tenerife, we would definitely recommend a stay in the Zentral Center.

This hotel advertising itself as 4 stars is honestly ridiculous. It feels like a worn-out 2-star property that hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years.
The bathroom was dirty and neglected, which is unacceptable at any level, but especially insulting for a supposed 4-star hotel. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and gave an overall feeling of neglect. Nothing felt clean, nothing felt premium, and nothing matched the expectations set by the rating.
The entire hotel looks tired and run down. It feels like the place is living off an old classification while delivering a budget-level experience. A 4-star hotel should offer quality, comfort, and proper upkeep. This place delivers the opposite.
This is misleading and frankly dishonest. Charging 4-star prices for what is essentially a 2-star experience is not acceptable. Unless you only need a place to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness or standards, avoid this hotel. There are far better options that actually deserve their rating.
I would be ashamed to be the manager of this hotel. Drop to 2 stars and the price to 75 EUR and it is closer to reality
