We come to this hotel every year and we absolutely love it. My husband is quadriplegic and we mainly come for the amazing accessible rooms and the very accessible pool area.
The staff are always so helpful to us and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. It’s kind of like home from home.
The person that makes our holiday every year is Pedro the lifeguard.
As soon as he sees us, he comes straight over to say hi and asks how we have been.
He knows how to handle my husband very well and gets him in and out the pool perfectly.
We brought a power chair that we completely didn’t think, when my husband gets out the pool that the water would soak through cushion.
When Pedro realised, he went off and came back with a large plastic bag to cover my husbands chair so it didn’t get wet.
He is very friendly and definitely an asset to the hotel, we can’t thank him enough for taking that pressure off us when we get to the pool.
Thank you again (especially Pedro)
We will see you next year.

I’m currently on my second stay at Hotel Vulcano, and once again it’s been a great experience. I’ve always booked bed and breakfast, which is absolutely worth it here.
The staff are excellent and genuinely friendly, and the breakfast selection is superb - hot cooked options, fresh waffles, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheese and cold cuts, plus a rotating set of daily specials. The coffee is good, and the freshly squeezed orange juice is a real highlight.
The pool area has never been an issue for me either - I’ve always found a lounger, even later in the morning, though I do tend to visit outside of peak summer season. There’s also an excellent shop called Caribe, directly over the road for any essentials.
Location-wise, it’s ideal: a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Playa de las Américas, and also an easy stroll down to Los Cristianos. Comfortable, well-located, and consistently reliable - exactly why I came back, and will continue to return for my winter sun.

I’m on my 10th stay at the Spring Hotel Vulcano, and as always, the staff and management made me feel incredibly welcome by greeting me personally. Regarding the dining experience, the food has improved significantly it is 98% better than last January. To make it perfect, I would suggest a few tweaks: varying the meat selection so steak isn't served three out of four days, ensuring vegetables and chips are served hotter, and keeping the buffet replenished more frequently so guests don't have to request fresh meat. Finally, I noticed the entertainment schedule has changed; I missed having a main act every night like in previous years. Despite these small points, I still highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic - First impression were amazing with a stunning modern entrance, the breakfast is the best I’ve seen with a fantastic variety, the food quality was also superb. It was also great as breakfast serves from 7-12 so you dont have to be up early.
The rooms look amazing with modern touch, the air con, beds and bathroom were great - no issues.
The cleaners would always come back and clean room daily despite me laying in which was great.
Location is fantastic too - I would definitely return here.
A lot of respect for the hotel with the accessibility for disabled guests even allowing a pool entrance - The pool has accessibility and the hotel all round.

Overall, I have been coming to the Vulcano for a long time and have a perfect holiday every time.
