First of all it is very nice that the hotel offers to book flight tickets alongside of booking a room. This skips all the hassle with booking sites for us.
We booked our vacation with breakfast wich is a must in our opinion, the buffet is extraordinary luxurious and even offers different food depending on the day.
The location of the hotel is perfect with beach(es) nearby and the boulevard within walking distance. For us the only issue was the parking spaces, even though it’s not the fault of the hotel I feel I need to mention that. Even though there are plenty of spaces to park, finding an available one can be a pain.
The rooms are very good and cleaned nicely. The hotel offers sustainability through offering a card wich you leave on the bed to have the sheets cleaned. In this day and age thats a plus for us.
Overall great hotel where we greatly enjoyed our stay on Tenerife.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Vulcanos Tenerife! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent.
The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and attractions. The food was fresh and varied, and there was always something delicious to choose from. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and friendly, making it the perfect place to unwind.
I would highly recommend Hotel Vulcanos Tenerife to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable—I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, lobby and pool area are beautiful and nicely lit up at night, but for me there’s one MAJOR issue. All week myself and my partner have been woken up early due to renovations going on in the hotel. Woken up today at 8.15am. Where is the consideration for the guests on holiday? Can they not wait until 10 or so? Drilling, banging and coring holes, it goes on. I can get over the construction and the noise but it would’ve been nice if they gave us some notice rather than it being a terrible surprise. Let’s say we went to the strip and stayed in a club til 4-5 am , we’d be woken at 8!! It’s not fair, at least have some respect for your guests and let them know prior to their stay… or even at the reception. A warning would have been nice

5★ – Hotel Vulcano exclusive UP experience with private rooftop, Adult only sun terrace by day with amazing views, endless pool, jacuzzi, all inclusive service followed by outstanding tasting menu at private dining 6 course meal by night.
Loved every course of the “Eat & Fit” menu! The pumpkin cream soup with crispy shrimp was rich and comforting, the mini salad with goats cheese, guava and candied walnuts was fresh and vibrant, (my favourite) and the spiced cod with colourful salsa and saffron sauce was cooked to perfection. Followed by palate cleansing mango sorbet, then Beef ravioli and canary mash was succulent and creamy. Finally sweet and fruity the pistachio ingot with crumble base was beautiful. All absolutely delicious.
Everything arrived on stunning plates, portions were generous, and it’s brilliant they use MSC-certified sustainable seafood. Warm service and elegant setting made it special.
Highly recommended — can’t wait until we go back!
Special mention for the best staff, for such polite, attentive service from our waiter Pedro serving such an amazing meal from top Chef Louis, supported by Manager Sebastian.

We have only arrived yesterday so will update as the holiday goes on.
The entrance way is stunning and we had a warm welcome at check in with a glass of sparkling wine. The check in process was quick and we were given key brackets for the room. The room we have is very nice, everything is clean and the wardrobe space is a good size.
The breakfast was better than expected with a ton of options.
The only downside I’ve noticed so far, which is very small, is there a few missing tiles at the bottom of the pool, but I’m sure this is something than can be fixed over time.
