We have just returned from a fantastic 9-night stay and would happily return.
The only real negative was arriving late in the evening and finding that no snacks or food were available, meaning we went to bed without eating. Apart from that, our experience was excellent.
The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with rooms cleaned daily if required and bedding changed whenever requested. We also appreciated the free safe and complimentary pool/beach towels.
The entire hotel is immaculate. Everywhere, from the rooms to the dining areas and pool surroundings, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, with no loud music or intrusive entertainment around the pool during the day, which we really enjoyed.
The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. Our only minor criticism was that some breakfast items could have been hotter. We also had a slightly disappointing experience on our first morning when we accidentally used a gluten-free toaster because it wasn't clearly signposted. A staff member corrected us, but the interaction could have been handled a little more kindly as it was our first day.
The staff were generally very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues were dealt with quickly – for example, the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't working when we arrived, but it was repaired within half an hour of us reporting it.
The evening entertainment was also lovely. There were some really talented singers, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. One thing we particularly liked was that we could see and hear the entertainment from our balcony, so if we didn't feel like going downstairs, we could still enjoy it. It also finished at 10pm, which we found perfect as it didn't go on too late.
The location is excellent, close to everything, with beautiful views and a fantastic rooftop area. We could hear buses beeping from reversing busses at the bus station across the road, it wasn't particularly disruptive.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. Clean, relaxing, well located, with excellent food, great entertainment, and outstanding service throughout.

We have just go back after spending 10 days, this was first adults only holiday ( family with 17y & 19y) 100% would come back, if you're looking for a calm environment, little entertainment every night was someone different singing but finished by 9:30/10pm, you don't need to rush to get sunbeds more than enough, few mintues walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants 😊 . We went all inclusive. The hotel was always spotless everywhere you went, all staff very friendly, helpful and very welcoming and some very funny, especially the barman 😊. This was a smaller hotel then we are use too and the food choices were good but on a smaller scale, sometimes not as hot but they did have a microwave you could heat it up. Snacks were limited too, you could help yourself to soft drinks, beer and sangria without having to ask, that was really good. The pool was perfect but near the end of our break it could have done with the pool lifeguard to clean off the top as it started looking a bit unless clean. One of the lifeguard was really good and did do this but others just sat. The rooms were very nice, clean and everything you needed, lovely view could see the sea, stunning sunset views too. Bed were comfortable sockets close to the bed, use of a digital safe which you put your own code in, first time I have ever not needed to pay to use one.this was free to use. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted and they spent a long time cleaning, not just a quick wipe, very impressive, you get shower towels and grey pool towels which you can get clean ones very day. Reception very helpful organised taxis.
Only looked but they had a good gym, can't comment on the spa, we didnt use it
Only small negatives were bar closes at 11, would have been nice to have something different for evening entertainment not just singers . Bus station over the road so could hear them sometimes whilst they reversed. When we got dropped off it was at the back entrance, no sign on the closed gate so didnt really know if that was our hotel
Also it can get very slippery around the pool so be careful

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it, the room was cleaned really well and people at reception were nice. the staff are really friendly. very relaxing at the pool with no noise or people bringing speakers. the rooms are simple and quite basic but they do the job! the only problem we had was with the lights, at times they didn't work during the night.

Just finished a week away with my partner. Overal was a nice holiday. Staff were brilliant and polite. Room was clean however a few negatives I want to raise which did affect our stay. Myself and my partner seemed to be in two single beds and duvets which were just pushed together. This caused the beds to create a gap in between throughout the night which was not pleasant or comfortable. It’s an adult only hotel which is nice to enjoy with your partner but it was difficult when you’re practically sleeping in a separate bed from them.
Noise: the persistent noise of food deliveries,rubbish men and the busses across the road what practically unbearable. Reversing beepers were going on consistently till late at night and then started again from early morning around 0400/0500 ish. Food deliveries were happening throughout the night also. This resulted in both mine and my partners sleep being really poor the whole holiday. We were in the very first room which is closest to the rear gate,bus stop and bin area - so that did not help at all!
I did raise this with a member of staff at the reception however due to a language barrier - I don’t think this was understood correctly.
Food in the restaurant was actually very good! Fair amount to choose from every day so that was really nice to enjoy.
Overall - lovely clean hotel however something needs to be done about the noises from deliveries etc.

I recently stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and had a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing and made the stay feel welcoming and relaxed every single day. A special thank you to Guila and Klaus, who both went out of their way to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d also like to mention two lovely ladies who worked during breakfast, clearing and cleaning the tables each morning. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names, but your kindness and hard work did not go unnoticed.
The chefs in the kitchen were also fantastic. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier at times, they always made the effort to chat, and somehow we always understood each other in the end, which made those moments even more enjoyable.
Housekeeping was excellent as well. One particular lady stood out for her kindness and warm attitude whenever she came to clean the room.
Overall, everything about the stay was great. The location is ideal, not too far from the waterpark, which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
