We have just returned from a fantastic 9-night stay and would happily return.
The only real negative was arriving late in the evening and finding that no snacks or food were available, meaning we went to bed without eating. Apart from that, our experience was excellent.
The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with rooms cleaned daily if required and bedding changed whenever requested. We also appreciated the free safe and complimentary pool/beach towels.
The entire hotel is immaculate. Everywhere, from the rooms to the dining areas and pool surroundings, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, with no loud music or intrusive entertainment around the pool during the day, which we really enjoyed.
The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. Our only minor criticism was that some breakfast items could have been hotter. We also had a slightly disappointing experience on our first morning when we accidentally used a gluten-free toaster because it wasn't clearly signposted. A staff member corrected us, but the interaction could have been handled a little more kindly as it was our first day.
The staff were generally very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues were dealt with quickly – for example, the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't working when we arrived, but it was repaired within half an hour of us reporting it.
The evening entertainment was also lovely. There were some really talented singers, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. One thing we particularly liked was that we could see and hear the entertainment from our balcony, so if we didn't feel like going downstairs, we could still enjoy it. It also finished at 10pm, which we found perfect as it didn't go on too late.
The location is excellent, close to everything, with beautiful views and a fantastic rooftop area. We could hear buses beeping from reversing busses at the bus station across the road, it wasn't particularly disruptive.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. Clean, relaxing, well located, with excellent food, great entertainment, and outstanding service throughout.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The food was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the live singers in the evenings. The hotel was very clean throughout, and there was no noise disturbance at night, which made for a comfortable stay. The little shop near reception was also very handy for picking up essentials.
There were a couple of issues during my stay. The lights in the room did not work properly at times, which was frustrating. In addition, maintenance work was being carried out on the roof, and there was drilling noise on most days.
Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall and appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness, entertainment, and welcoming staff.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it, the room was cleaned really well and people at reception were nice. the staff are really friendly. very relaxing at the pool with no noise or people bringing speakers. the rooms are simple and quite basic but they do the job! the only problem we had was with the lights, at times they didn't work during the night.

Spent a week here with my disabled husband ( dementia) the staff ( all of them) were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us, special shout out to Elizabeth who went above and beyond. The room ( 9th floor ) was clean and comfortable if a little worn in places and the air conditioning was very welcome right up until I had to get them to turn it off ( hubby was cold ) no fault of the hotel as my husband is always cold.
In my opinion the food was good but again due to his illness I struggled to find something that he would eat and enjoy, again not the hotels fault.
I would like to mention the w.c., the shower was very good but the toilet was a bit low down for the hubby, we struggled with it for a couple of days but eventually managed to figure out a safe way for him to use it.
We didn’t venture very far from the hotel except for the boat trip ( dolphins, and pilot whales), it was a great day out.
I personally wanted to do an awful lot of not very much and the hubby wanted heat, I’m pleased to say we both got what we wanted.
Would very much recommend ( adults only no kids under 16 ) it was absolute bliss.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but other travellers deserve to know about my experience.
On the morning of the incident, I used my bank cards, returned to my room, placed my wallet containing all of my cards inside the room safe, locked it with my own PIN code, and left the hotel.
While I was away, housekeeping entered and serviced the room.
When I returned a few hours later, I opened the safe using the exact same PIN code and discovered that every single bank card had disappeared from my wallet.
I immediately reported the matter to the hotel.
What shocked me was not only the incident itself, but the response. Before any meaningful investigation had been presented to me, I was verbally told that this must have happened outside the hotel and that such a thing was impossible at their property. Yet my cards had been used that same morning, then placed inside the safe, and were gone when I returned.
I asked for the matter to be investigated. Nobody followed up with me. Nobody updated me. Nobody contacted me. I no longer felt safe staying in the hotel and requested an early checkout and a refund for my final unused night.
The request was refused.
For almost two days I received little to no meaningful response. Even Trip.com repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel and struggled to get a response. The only party that genuinely supported me throughout this situation was Trip.com, who continued chasing the hotel when I was being ignored and ultimately offered compensation from their own side.
Only after continued pressure from the travel agency did I finally receive an email stating that the hotel had found no evidence that anyone accessed the safe and therefore considered the matter closed.
I appreciate that the staff were generally friendly and polite during my stay, and up until this incident I had no complaints about the hotel. However, having all of my bank cards disappear after being placed inside a locked safe, receiving no explanation as to how that happened, being ignored for days, and then receiving a generic response telling me to contact the police is simply not acceptable.
Fortunately, I am relatively young, financially aware, and immediately froze and replaced all of my cards before any unauthorised transactions could occur.
Many guests at this hotel are elderly travellers. Had this happened to someone less familiar with online banking or card security, they could have lost access to their money during their holiday or potentially much more.
