We stayed here for 7 days as a family of 4 adults, we booked the 2 bedroom apartment as it slept up to 6 and we weren't disappointed we had plenty of room and what I would describe as a large balcony with table and chairs. We noted that people didn't like the stairs or the noise from local bars but we found them fine, we had top floor apartment and other that taking cases up and down they where fine and the noise wasn't bad at all it was more in distance and didn't disturb us whilst sleeping. Hotel is located really well for walks to beach or a further walk if u want to visit adeje or los Americas.

Stayed at this Hotel twice the first time was great with no problems at all the second time was a different story. We were robbed during broad daylight someone climbed in the window while my wife was asleep and I was on the balcony and stole my wife's purse and my wallet when we told the management what had happened they smirked and said that's ridiculous you must have gone out and left it somewhere we did not leave the apartment all day basically calling us liars we said the only two people to come into our apartment that day was the cleaner and the maintenance guy we got no back up whatsoever from the manager who didn't even come in till the following morning we phoned the police ourselves and had to go to the police station the following morning the manager was rude didn't seem to care and wouldn't show us the CCTV the culprit was caught by the police and we got our belongings back but we are discusted how we were treated by the check in clerks and the manager at parque de las americas and will never stay there again just be warned people if anything happens you will get 0 back up from them and probably blame you like they did us.

Rooms are lovely and clean , could do with having air con installed , we did struggle with the steps to apartment but then purchased the key for the carpark so avoided using the steps. The downside to this complex is their rules its a self catering holiday but ur not allowed to bring ur own food or drinks to the pool as apparently they say they don't want to encourage bugs etc and you have to purchase all food and drinks from the pool bar which could also attracts bugs (so what's their point on this ) we were a party of 17 so buying our meals everyday is expensive and with 5 autistic children and 1 diabetic this wasnt an option , going back to our apartment also wasnt an option as we had to walk up at least 50 steps and if you left your lounger for 30 mins your towel was removed , the pool bar was struggling with the amount of guests 1 day and when we approached to order the guy screamed at us come back 10 minutes so that was the last day we used the pool bar I wont be spoken to like that, 1 of the receptionist was very unhelpful and when we told her about the way we were spoken to she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing she can do , we also kept having letters off reception 3 days cause we hadnt locked the door when i was only in my daughters apartment nx door for maids to clean 2 lerters for not parking mobility scooter properly in space definitely find somewhere else to stay if you want a relaxing holiday cause this place makes you feel on edge constantly. Also we arrived at 7pm there was 3 people to a room we only had bedding for 1 bed , when I asked in reception for bedding for sofa bed was told would av to wait until the morning so 1st night slept on sofa bed no sheets or pillows the next day reception wanted me to confirm how many in room as I had 4 beds and I asked for 4 pillows she said only 3 in room so only bedding for 3 very abruptly

Reviews don't do this place justice. Value for money was great. Clean, well staffed, great location and a lot for what you pay. Nice big apartment.... all we needed.

Lovely apartments between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas.
Apartments:
The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well equipped. No air con, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed in April and managed without hiring air con but if you went at the height of summer you’d need it.
In the kitchen is a full size fridge/freezer, two hobs, a microwave and toaster. They leave some washing up liquid for you too!
The sofa bed in the front room isn’t comfy as a bed. It is a comfy sofa though. Tele with analogue channels is available, plus a little table and chairs. We then had a balcony which overlooked a walkway/garden and a pull-out clothes airer.
In the bathroom, there is a really decent shower, good size mirror and a hairdryer. Good lighting, storage under the sink and spacious enough. We did struggle to get hot water a lot of the time!
The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There are about ten hangers in the double sliding wardrobes, and the safe is situated here which costs about 20 euros plus a 10 euro deposit.
Some apartments have two balconies and three floors which is amazing so it’s pot luck! Some apartments are also at the back of the complex. This means you’ll need to be quite mobile to navigate the steps. For 10 euros deposit, you can have a key to the back gate which means you can avoid the steps by walking around the outside of the complex and up a slight incline (not steep and not far) and access the highest apartments without all the steps to climb).
Pool/bar area
The pool is open 10-6 and they’re strict on this - and it feels restrictive. 6pm is very early to close the pool! It slopes to about 6.5foot deep in the middle of the pool. The lifeguard will allow some ball games in the pool but makes it clear you can’t annoy other guests which is great.
Now the pool bar is another story. It is run by a man who is a bully (or tries to be) and thinks he can change the hotel rules to make you buy his wares! You are permitted to take your own food and drinks to the sun loungers but the tables and chairs are strictly for use of customers of the bar - you don’t buy, you don’t sit. It is run separately to the hotel. Prices aren’t bad. Food is ok, basic. We didn’t try the steak house at the front of the hotel but the food looked fabulous.
General hotel:
If they could charge you for fresher air or warmer weather they would! This is typical, of course, but worth mentioning. Reception staff were very good - accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The area is well maintained and some lucky guests in our party were able to watch parrots flying in the surrounding palm trees. In general we would stay again!
The area:
Very close to the beach. There is a little supermarket (spar) as you turn left out of the hotel, but if you turn right, you’ll find a larger supermarket a little further up and on the right. We paid a euro each for a pack of cheese and a pack of ham, bought a loaf of bread and made toasties in the room! Some lovely freshly baked goods there too - 2 euros for a pack of four pastries which was a nice treat.
We loved going down to the beachfront and eating there. We had some bargain meals at Bora Bora, and paid 1.50 euros per pint! The paella there was good too. A little further up and you have some quieter, more expensive but lovely restaurants too.
The curry house located to the right of the hotel as you walk out was reasonably priced and delicious too. Highly recommended!
In general we would stay here again but may look for something either more central to Adeje or Playa de las Americas.
