We arrived at 1630 pm ish and were promised on thr booking dot com and were promised different accomodation than was booked, just a moving of people, however they refused to accomadate us according to the emails and conversation held on bookings and the receptionist was of absolutely 0 help. Did as little as he physically could. Just shrugged his shoulders and acted like a helpless child. Middle aged man. Were forfed to uograde to a suite instead and split our group. Room was clean at a first glance. Nothing bad really. Food was great and impeccable location. Would not really recommend to those expecting a luxurious stay, however i see people enjoying a stay here.

What a fantastic hotel. Quiet, fantastic location and the best all inclusive food we have had in tenerife. Never had a problem getting a sunbed, restaurant was never too busy and staff fantastic and really helpful. If you want to join in with the entertainment team you can but no pressure of you just want to relax. We will definitely be going back.

The hotel has a good location, the staff are really nice and the gym is amazing and has good machines. The all inclusive part was a bit lackluster, the food was all frozen, nothing fresh except some fruit that sometimes tasted terrible. All the juices are watered down and the cocktails as well. If you want to drink I recommend just getting a rum with coke.
It’s nice, but for the money payed, the quality could be better.

I came to the island for a few days and decided to stay at this hotel, and honestly I liked it so much that I ended up extending my stay for two more days.
The staff were really great. My partner speaks English and I speak Spanish, and my English is not the best 😅 so the reception team was kind enough to explain everything in both languages to make sure we felt comfortable and understood. We really appreciated that.
We loved the food, the pool area was amazing, and overall everything was just really nice.
We would definitely come back!

We stayed at Park Club Europe from 26th July to 5th August. Overall I’d give it 6/10. We had a good holiday, but for the price we paid I really don’t think it was worth the money.
The photos make the hotel look like it has a nice old Spanish style, but in reality I found it simply outdated. Our room smelled strongly of damp when we arrived and there’s no air conditioning, only fans. The room itself was okay, balcony was a good size and the bathroom and shower were actually brilliant.
The hotel also feels like a bit of a money pit. You get the bare minimum and then pay for extras. My parents wanted a kettle and had to pay around €30. A fan was another €30.
Food was 3/10 for me. The buffet was mostly random pick me bits rather than proper meals. I had an egg that still had uncooked jelly like egg white on it and that completely put me off. The barbecue was slightly better.
The drinks were also poor. Dorada beer personally tastes like wee 😂 and the cocktails were probably the worst I’ve had at an all inclusive. Premixed, sitting warm in jugs, then poured into a cup with an ice cube.
The pools were great and we never struggled too badly for sunbeds. The saltwater pool burned my skin and eyes though, and the lifeguards really need to be more attentive. I regularly saw them on phones, eating or sitting where they couldn’t properly see the pool.
The kids club was brilliant. My daughter loved it and the staff were lovely with the children. The park, animals, fish and turtles were nice additions too.
Evening entertainment had some good ideas and the lighting and effects were impressive, but it was all in house and mostly mimed. The music was ridiculously loud. Even as someone who likes loud music, I was sitting with my fingers in my ears and we bought the kids ear defenders.
Most of the staff were lovely and reception were always helpful. Ramón deserves a special mention. Honestly the life of the hotel. He was funny, friendly and took a genuine interest in me and my family. I ended up tipping him £50 because he genuinely made our holiday better. Park Club Europe needs to look after him!
Accessibility is poor. I’d recently broken my hip and my mother uses a wheelchair. There are no lifts and stairs and steep slopes everywhere. If you have mobility issues, definitely speak to the hotel before booking.
The location is excellent. About 100 steps from the Golden Mile, close to everything but without the noise. Veronicas is only around a 10 minute walk away.
Would I return? Yes, but only for a much cheaper price. Around £700 to £800 per person I’d consider it and use the hotel mainly as a base. At £1,500 plus per person, absolutely not. There are much better hotels for less.
It’s not a terrible hotel and we still enjoyed ourselves. Great pools, brilliant location, excellent kids club and mostly lovely staff. It just desperately needs some of the money it’s making invested back into it.
Overall 6/10. Good holiday, but not worth what we paid.
