We stayed here for a week and had such a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was amazing—clean, modern, and really well looked after. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly throughout our stay. The food was lovely with a great selection every day, so there was always something for everyone. The entertainment in the hotel was also brilliant and gave us something fun to look forward to each evening. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. We had an amazing week and can’t wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stayed for 2 weeks, we had a top floor romance room, which in winter is well worth the upgrade as it has evening sun and fantastic views. We could also listen to the music in cafe del Mar or shows by the pool. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and they left us some cava and chocolates 💕 Great pool areas, well maintained and friendly staff and animation team. My only issue is the sun bed situation, it’s beyond a joke, they try their best but it’s completely reserved by 8am ! The poor guy then goes around wasting paper with a written note, he then takes towels off, but then places them on a table next to the bed.. yep then whoever comes back to their moved items has an argument with the person who “ Took their bed” As we booked exclusive upgrade we could book daily beds on the rooftop - there is no shade but stunning views, it’s a shame as we just felt out of it, there is even a nice section of double beds downstairs by the exclusive lounge but again this was taken daily. I normally start work at 8am so I needed a rest and just couldn’t deal with the embarrassing sun bed wars.. Half board exclusive came with a drinks lounge, this was nice with beer on tap and premium drinks from 10-6 the snacks were pretty poor and heavily picked over. They have such a nice selection at breakfast and dinner of meat/ cheese etc I’m not sure why it’s not utilised in the lounge? Meals were fine, they are catering to a large crowd, we felt there was a large selection at both and it was well managed and very clean, the food could have been a hotter temperature is my only complaint .The Santa grill was a nice change in with our package. The pool bar food was nice as was cafe Del Mar at extra cost. The night time lounge was comfy and good drinks prices. We felt the hotel really make efforts to entertain guests throughout the day and in the evening. Highlights are the staff, in all areas of the hotel , especially when we had storm Claudia they tried especially hard to look after everyone and keep the water at bay ! Given the location of the hotel, and facilities,adults only, we would definitely return , just a few small changes would make it perfect 🤩 Thank you for a fantastic holiday 💕☀️

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Tigotan, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible animation! Anna and Michael you truly made our holiday unforgettable Michael brought so much fun and energy to every activity! And Anna, Her sangria workshop was not only delicious but also so much fun! We’re going to try it at home as well Together, Anna and Michael added that extra sparkle to our trip. We appreciate you! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was incredibly quick when it came to drinks. The chefs were always smiling and clearly enjoyed working at the grill, which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back! 🍹✨

We are having an amazing stay at Tigotan Lovers & Friends in Playa de las Américas. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with smiles and a glass of cava. The hotel is spotless, stylish and has a really relaxed, friendly vibe. The rooftop pool with its views and cocktails quickly became our favourite spot. The food was excellent, with loads of choice at breakfast and dinner, and everything was always fresh. The entertainment was great fun but never over the top, and the location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, shops and nightlife but still peaceful. What really made the trip was the staff, who went above and beyond in every way. We honestly dont want to leave and are planning to come back very soon and will pick the exclusive package again.

We recently stayed at the Tigotan Hotel in Tenerife on an all-inclusive package, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. The food was incredible — a huge variety every day with something for everyone. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The themed dinners were a lovely touch and made every evening feel special. The entertainment was brilliant too — lively, fun, and different each night. The entertainment team worked so hard to make sure everyone was having a great time. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The pool areas are stunning, and there were always plenty of loungers available. The atmosphere is relaxed but still full of energy — perfect for a fun holiday. And the location couldn’t be better! You’re just a short walk from the beach, shops, and local bars, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and can’t recommend Tigotan Hotel Tenerife enough.
