We stayed here for 10 days and in my opinion it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed in. We found that the staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and beach towels everyday. The food was amazing always something for everyone. Also would like to pass on a special message to Hosey (I think that’s how you spell his name) who works on the inside bar at night for making our holiday one to remember his sense of humour is one to remember🤣 also a bonus that it’s only a walk away from the golden mile if you love shopping on holiday.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Scam. We got fined 100 euro for having a messy room one day 😂😂😂 there was 3 of us in one room and by messy they meant clothes on the floor where our suitcases were. We asked too see this rule in writing but there wasn’t one.
Loads of Cockroaches in Bathrooms & The Living Rooms.
The food was tasteless, the cocktails are juice, there is no music around the pool and guests aren’t allowed to play quiet music either.

We had a great stay, was close enough to walk i to town, yet far enough away from any loud clubs....
Downside is the entertainment was very basic, and we were bored of the all inclusive menu after two days......so I wouldn't go for the all inclusive offer as there's plenty of alternatives to eat around the area.

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location of town. The room felt large with a balcony view of the pool area, and we were met by a nice and service minded staff all together. Warm recommendations.

Just had a 10 night stay at this lovely hotel, staff were great, especially victoria and Tamara on reception, great location, nice big rooms with everything you could need, would I stay here again, yes yes yes
