We stayed in an ocean view studio on 7th floor of tower. Absolutely spot on. We were very happy with our stay. No room noise from other guests / cleaners. Lovely & quiet. Location was A1 with so much to do nearby but the location is peaceful & like a little haven. All facilities were spot on. Lovely little bar on ground floor with Spanish music in the evening.
We will be back next year. This will be our base now in Tenerife it was that good! My mother stayed on second floor with her partner & loved it too. She wants to return asap!
Thank you Parque Santiago IV for a wonderful stay!

We have previously stayed at Parque Santiago IV, back in 2016.
We booked a self catering superior studio with resort view but we were upgraded to a superior studio with sea view.
We stayed in apartment 1217. This is a newly renovated apartment, it was immaculate. There’s a safe (charged at €3 a night). The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn’t attempt to cook a meal, only prepared breakfasts and sandwiches for lunch. It has a full sized fridge-freezer, hob, single oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee filter machine. There’s a dust pan & brush, small sachet of washing up liquid, sponge & a tea towel.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and always said hello. There were plenty of poolside sunbeds available. What we particularly like about this hotel is that there is no blaring music at the poolside or staff dragging you off the activities. Our son enjoyed the small playground.
The showers are powerful & hot - often a rarity I find. The free WiFi is strong, never dropped out, even good enough for streaming!
Whilst it didn’t negatively impact our holiday, a couple of additions like tables for the poolside sunbeds and somewhere to
hang towels in rooms would have significantly improved our experience.

Perfect location, great service. It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. With a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the soft rumbling of the waves if you keep the door to the balcony open very soothing. The staff was helpful and their English was good. The breakfast was perfect lots of options and fresh. The only small thing that could improve was the level of maintenance some things here and there are broken(few cracked tiles, shower door did not close perfectly and a lot of the lamps in the pool were broken.) Other then that it's a perfect hotel. When I come back to the island I would love to stay here again.

WARNING for families with children: massive construction works directly outside the complex, starting from 6-7am every day including weekends. Debris being thrown into skips, heavy machinery, constant noise. Has been going on for over a year with no end in sight — management says at least 3 more years. What was supposed to be a peaceful ocean-side holiday became a nightmare. Administration was informed and showed no concern whatsoever. Book with full awareness of this situation. Construction dust flies directly onto residents’ balconies ruining clean laundry. Large trucks keep engines running for hours creating exhaust fumes in a residential area. This is not just noise — it’s an environmental and health hazard.

The room had so many unnecessary items that no one even uses, yet you end up paying for them. Instead of basic things like coffee, tea, salt, or pepper (even though every room has a fully equipped kitchen), you get NOTHING. There wasn’t even a proper knife — the one provided couldn’t cut a simple potato, kept bending, and my boyfriend even cut his finger because of it (thanks for that!).
Also, thank you for the thousand different light switches in such a tiny room. It’s so absurd that when you go to bed, you spend about five minutes trying to finally turn off all the lights (I’ve never seen so many buttons in one place).
In the end, if you want to cook something, you have to improvise and adapt instead of enjoying a comfortable cooking experience in your room. They suggest you buy everything you need at the nearby grocery stores.
And if you don’t want the hassle, you’re invited to breakfast for 15 euros. For that price per person, you get absolutely terrible food — not tasty at all, reheated before serving, and clearly prepared who-knows-when. Neither the vegetables, nor the scrambled eggs, nor the sausages tasted real; everything felt like a cheap imitation of actual food. Even McDonald’s chicken tastes better than what they served. As for the desserts — the first pastry I tried tasted like it had been sitting under a napkin for a week. In your mouth you get that stale, dusty flavor of a cookie your grandmother forgot to throw away a year ago and you just found it.
A complete disappointment.
Thank you at least for the room cleaning and the nice view from the window.
But please, if you expect people to pay such prices for staying at your hotel, try to be worthy of the money you charge. Because the higher the price, the more shocking the issues I’ve described become.
