Just back from another wonderful stay here. We have been coming to these apartments for twenty years on and off and always have a lovely time. We booked direct with the hotel and were greeted by a lovely lady on reception. Garden room has been refurbished beautifully and had air con which was a great addition. Beds were super comfy i didn't want to leave!
Plenty of beds around the pool and the staff keep the grounds immaculate. Look forward to our next visit.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff were lovely upon check in. Room was stunning we had a resort and beach view which was a self catered studio. Cleaning ladies came everyday to clean, make beds and offer new towels and the room was always left spotless and smelling amazing. The pool was amazing and always plenty sun loungers so no sun lounge wars in the morning. The pool bar was great for a variety of snacks and drinks. The hotel location is great. Right on the beach and on las americas Avenue but still never heard any noise from the surrounding area making for a peaceful stay. Overall I couldn’t recommend more and I’d hopefully like to return soon

We have previously stayed at Parque Santiago IV, back in 2016.
We booked a self catering superior studio with resort view but we were upgraded to a superior studio with sea view.
We stayed in apartment 1217. This is a newly renovated apartment, it was immaculate. There’s a safe (charged at €3 a night). The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn’t attempt to cook a meal, only prepared breakfasts and sandwiches for lunch. It has a full sized fridge-freezer, hob, single oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee filter machine. There’s a dust pan & brush, small sachet of washing up liquid, sponge & a tea towel.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and always said hello. There were plenty of poolside sunbeds available. What we particularly like about this hotel is that there is no blaring music at the poolside or staff dragging you off the activities. Our son enjoyed the small playground.
The showers are powerful & hot - often a rarity I find. The free WiFi is strong, never dropped out, even good enough for streaming!
Whilst it didn’t negatively impact our holiday, a couple of additions like tables for the poolside sunbeds and somewhere to
hang towels in rooms would have significantly improved our experience.

Perfect location, great service. It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. With a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the soft rumbling of the waves if you keep the door to the balcony open very soothing. The staff was helpful and their English was good. The breakfast was perfect lots of options and fresh. The only small thing that could improve was the level of maintenance some things here and there are broken(few cracked tiles, shower door did not close perfectly and a lot of the lamps in the pool were broken.) Other then that it's a perfect hotel. When I come back to the island I would love to stay here again.

dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Parque Santiago IV. Unfortunately, several significant issues impacted our experience, ranging from poor room conditions to inconsistent customer service.
Lack of Air Conditioning & Room Transfer Refusal: Upon checking in, we discovered our assigned room did not have air conditioning. Given the heat, we immediately requested to be moved to a room with AC and explicitly stated we were willing to pay an additional fee for an upgrade if necessary. We were outright informed that no other rooms were available throughout the complex. We paid 60euro for an air conditioning unit for the week.
Inconsistent Reception Treatment: My Sister was given the choice of two rooms which was when the male receptionist told her, "I don’t really like this room for you and your family," and offered her a choice between two alternatives. While I am glad my sister received better accommodation, it is unacceptable that we was denied options and told the hotel was full, only for another room to be offered moments later based on a staff member's personal preference.
Pest Infestation: From our very first day, both our room and my sister's room had a continuous issue with ants and small insects in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Despite housekeepers visiting, the bug problem persisted throughout our stay. Speaking with other guests, it became clear this is a widespread hygiene issue across the property rather than an isolated incident.
We chose Parque Santiago IV expecting a comfortable, clean, and fairly managed environment, but the lack of basic amenities, poor pest control, and unfair treatment by reception staff severely undermined our holiday.
