This was one of the most beautiful, modern and impressive rooms we have ever been on! The team's kindness and responsiveness is unmatched. The grounds are spectacular and eventhough our visit was during rainy days, we were able to use the heated pool and kid's playground. All the services and small details to make us feel pampered were fabulous! Thanks for the nice extra touches due to my titanium status. I am already looking forward to booking my next trip for my upcoming birthday inviting all my family ;)

Celebrating our anniversary, the team truly went above and beyond to make it feel curated and deeply personal. Walking into our room to find champagne, dessert, personalized messages, and photos thoughtfully placed was such a beautiful surprise and a testament to their attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
Every single staff member we encountered was delightful, gracious, and welcoming — service that felt effortless yet deeply intentional. Without question, this ranks as the best experience I’ve had at any W Hotel around the world.
The Italian cuisine at Paper Moon is phenomenal — an absolute standout and a must-visit. The international breakfast at Market Place every morning was a delightful bonus. Add in the breathtaking sunset views, beach access and luxurious W Spa,and you truly have something special.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the W Hotel in Albufeira! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel’s décor , it perfectly blends modern luxury with a creative touch of local cave-inspired design, making every corner feel unique and special. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and elegantly styled, giving us a true sense of indulgence.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Their warmth made the experience feel personal and luxurious at the same time.
The location is ideal for exploring the Algarve. Staying here allowed us to easily visit charming towns like Lagos and Faro, while always coming back to a peaceful and stunning home base. The Algarve itself is breathtaking, and this property made our trip even more special.
We can’t recommend this hotel enough for its luxury, style, and local character all in one. Truly unforgettable!

I must single out the Whenever/Wherever team: their proactive attentiveness, delightful suggestions and lightning-fast responses turned ordinary moments into little highlights throughout our stay.
The room was immaculate and wonderfully spacious — a true haven. Impeccably clean, with generous living space and comfortable furnishings that immediately made us feel at home. The design strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and cosy, residential comfort; it’s rare to find a hotel room that invites you to linger the way these did. Small details — plush linens, thoughtful storage, a bathroom that felt like a private spa — all added to a sense of care and quality.

I don't normally review places but I had such a nice stay here. Every moment of the W team was so helpful and really take care of anything I needed. The room was beautiful, and when I was at dinner someone came in to clean and set up the curtains/bed for sleep and left chocolates on the pillows. Gym was beautiful. Special shout out to Ella and Diogo.
