UPDATE SINCE THE HOTEL CLAIMS IN IT'S RESPONSE I NEVER STAYED THERE - I've attached a photo of my reservation as proof. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. STAY AWAY!
Their response only reinforces my concerns about how dishonest the staff are. Instead of addressing the issues I raised, they chose to deny that I was even a guest.
DO NOT STAY HERE – AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!
I left my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage before my flight on the evening of July 5, and my Louis Vuitton handbag was stolen. Inside were my passports, laptop, sunglasses, and other valuables. It was the only bag stolen that day, which makes the situation even more concerning.
When I discovered the theft, there was no manager on-site to assist. The two employees who helped me, Sachin Kumar and Tiago, were unhelpful and showed very little urgency. Initially, I was told we could review the security camera footage. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I was then told I could not view the footage and that my only option was to file a police report.
When I filed the report, the responding officer told me they receive 2–3 reports like this every week from this hotel. That was incredibly alarming. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect this was an inside job. While I cannot prove that, the circumstances and the lack of transparency left me with very little confidence.
I later spoke with the Director, Renato, who was also not helpful. He said he could only meet with me the following morning at 8:30 a.m., after I was already dealing with the aftermath of the theft. I was repeatedly told there was no useful video footage, despite there being visible security cameras in the lobby.
Unfortunately, the theft was only part of an already disappointing stay. The rooms were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and slow to respond, our toilet stopped flushing twice during our four-day stay, and it took four phone calls and an hour and a half just to receive clean towels.
I understand that travelers are ultimately responsible for their belongings, and I acknowledge that leaving valuables in luggage storage was a mistake on my part. However, I have used hotel luggage rooms all over the world without ever experiencing anything like this. I trusted this hotel to provide secure storage, and that trust was completely misplaced.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the poor service, maintenance issues, and the theft of my belongings, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
I have attempted to contact this hotel, several times today and they have not answered a single call. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The pool area was generally quiet, spacious, and never felt overcrowded, which made it a pleasant place to relax. The main restaurant offers a self-service buffet with different cuisines each evening. Personally, I wasn't overly impressed with the food served by the pool, although this is largely down to personal preference, and I didn't hear any complaints from other guests.
One feature I'd highly recommend is trying the restaurants located just outside the main complex but still included as part of the hotel's all-inclusive package. These can be booked in advance and, in my opinion, offered significantly better food with plenty of choice.
One area that could be improved is the bar service. The pool bar often had long queues, and considering the size of the hotel, waiting for drinks became a regular occurrence. This seemed to be because only one bar was open for much of the day. Once the pool bar closed, the only option was the bar near reception. Service there was much quicker due to fewer people using it, but it lacked atmosphere.
I don't intend this to be a negative review, as our experience was mixed overall and there were plenty of positives. However, the biggest disappointment came on our final day. We checked out at 11:00am, but our return flight wasn't until 10:20pm. To our surprise, we were required to have our all-inclusive wristbands removed immediately at checkout, meaning we had no access to food or drinks for the remainder of the day unless we paid extra.
This was particularly frustrating because our holiday package had already been paid for, and we noticed that other guests in a similar situation still appeared to be wearing their wristbands. Furthermore, when we checked in, a different receptionist had advised us that, due to our late flight, it might be possible to keep the room for a little longer and retain our all-inclusive benefits until we left. At the very least, this would have allowed us to shower and enjoy the facilities before travelling home.

Would not recommend, definitely won't be staying again.
Hotel reckons it's 5 star, but it's 3 star at best.
Beware - location is right near the strip!
Check in is 5pm, quite late so we had to kill some time before we were able to check in.
When we did try to check in it seemed as though our booking had been cancelled, which we definitely didn't do. The staff member had to ring a manager and after a couple of phonecalls the booking seemed to reappear but there was no explanation as to what had happened and so our trust in the booking and the company has completely gone.
Checked into our room which was an apartment with separate lounge and kitchenette and balcony. Only half the lights in the bedroom worked and there were ants in the kitchen around the sink and also on the dining table. If you leave any slightest crumbs you'll come back to find a trail of ants - and yet no sponge or cloth left to clean plates and glasses with.
Near the end of our stay we wanted to use the pool and had seen others with a hotel branded towel. Reception didn't explain it very clearly - they charge €10 per towel for a deposit which you get back when returning the towels but also a €10 rental payment per towel that you don't get back! After paying the deposit I thought we were done and then my card accidentally scanned on the second payment while the receptionist was explaining the fee. If I'd have known I definitely wouldn't have gotten the towels at all, such a high rate and inconvenience. Other 5 star hotels would give you towels for the pool complimentary, and there would be water in the fridge at least. Quite a disappointing stay, was glad to have hired a car so we could make a quick getaway most days.

Rosemary who does the entertainment was brilliant with the children! My 10 year old son entered the daily kids sports competition every day coming second each time but on our last day she did a mini competition for our two children so they won prizes to take home - a fab t shirt and frisbee. Rosemary made it such a fun holiday! She really is fantastic and such a great addition to the resort!

Oura View Beach Club Hotel by MGM is an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and the staff throughout the hotel are exceptionally friendly and professional, making our stay truly enjoyable. Aqua Restaurant was another highlight of our visit, with outstanding service and a wonderful dining experience. A special thank you to Omar, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended!
