We stayed here as the last leg of our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious and clean, they even gifted rose petals on the bed and in the tub which was awesome! The resort was beautiful and the breakfast was great.
If you are looking for a family friendly resort, this is probably perfect. Its not situated in the most walkable area, which was a bit of a drawback being unfamiliar with the area and having to Uber everywhere.

Amazing resort and retreat. The main issue, we booked here SPECIFICALLY for the amenities, like the Turkish bath, the Spa and, especially the kids club. Upon check-in, and the next day trying to book these things, we find they are closed or not available during this 'season' which if we had known, could've booked at the Westin or another resort. Overall, beautiful grounds, peaceful setting and a very nice room. It's not near any major hot spot in Algarve, but this is what I wanted.

I stayed at a friend's house. It was nice and quiet, around 15-25min walk depending which way you walk down into town. You do have to be prepared to walk back up the hill. I had lunch the first day at the club house. The food and service was good with the staff speaking good english.

Monte Santo Resort. We stayed 9 nights here with our 3 children. We had a wonderful holiday. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Rooms were cleaned every day. The house cleaner's were so friendly. Would recommend to stay here. Looking forward to going back next year. I would recommend it as a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Resort.

Luxury resort with very friendly and service minded staff. Even though the inside swimming pool and jacuzzi was suddenly closed upon arrival (our stay was first week of March), they gave us a very good service to resolve the disappointment . Massage at the spa, a big plus, the full body massage was wonderful.
