As an IHG member for 10 years... I can say this place is absolutely amazing. The staff speak very good English... the hotel is ultra clean.. the food is beautiful. 15 min walk from the marina. 100 yards from the beach... great for family's and couples.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world. The seafront restaurant is an absolute must.
Kelton in the seafront restaurant deserves a special mention.
The rooms are so comfortable, we can't wait to see the refurbishments and we will 100% be back.

Fabulous hotel and location. Right on the beach, great restaurants nearby. Fabulous service our whole stay. Air-conditioning works but took a day really to cool down properly. The pool is fantastic!!. If you like swimming its so long you can get in some good lengths. Breakfast was sensational, so much choice and good service, plenty of seating inside or outside. (Only con was that there was no bathmat in the shower and it was like an ice rink!!) Just be careful.... Will definitely return, when its an intercontinental, not sure how they can improve on this though!! Xx

Just got back from Vilamoura. The hotel was very clean. The food was exceptional, from the snack bar to the restaurant.
The staff however made it. Nothing was too much.
Michelle in the Seafront restaurant was amazing. Ajay as well gets massive credit.

We had a quick getaway in the weekend. The hotel is sparkling clean!
Reception was fine, could do with a little more attentiveness & smile.
The room was good size and impeccably clean . Had a drink on the lounge outside w an incredible sunset.
Spa day for €15 for the circuit & the gym is open 24/7. The hot tub comes in at 30-33 degrees & the indoor pool is 27 degrees. Clean and very relaxing to hang out and start the morning. Glad that we went early at 11am many children came to enjoy the indoor pool at the hot tub was full of people-takes away from the zen. Sauna & Hanmam were clean and soothing.
Didn’t have time for a spa service but will return.

Genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The hotel itself is immaculate with spacious and very clean rooms. Food was great and very reasonable price wise. The thing that really makes this place special is the staff, genuinely the best I've encountered incredibly friendly and helpful and really do go above and beyond. This year was our second stay with the hotel and we're already planning on returning next year!
