Honestly can’t explain how incredible this hotel is. I would say it is fantastic for solo travellers rather than families mainly. Best solo travel hotel away from the strip if you want a peaceful beach walk holiday and back. The clubs and nightlife is a 15 min walk but honesty if you want an all inclusive break as a solo traveller who just wants to relax and chill this is the PERFECT hotel… the beach is a 5 min walk and you can literally just enjoy that. The food is phenomenal. The hygiene is amazing and room is incredible.

This hotel is perfectly located for those looking at the more party side of Albufeira as it’s a very short walk to the new town strip. The rooms cater nicely to larger groups and the self-catering kitchen was great for us as we chose not to do the all-inclusive.
However, when we arrived we were given no balcony after specifically booking a room with one. We had to wait until the following day to change room.
Secondly, the pool was lovely and was a clean and entertaining area. however, loud music blared the second you got down there at 10am to when you would leave. We had no issue with this around 4pm as drinks started flowing and families moved upstairs but disappointing for those looking to relax. Was told it was due to the entertainers but they did perfectly fine without needing the music.
All in all, the location is amazing and the facilities available to the users of the hotel are impeccable. There is a supermarket 2 mins down the road that has everything you need. However, if you are looking for somewhere more relaxing i’d advise against the hotel due to the music and crowd (albeit, like us) the location attracts.

Best holiday I have been to and I have been to loads. It is very clean, lovely big room. Staff All are very friendly. Food has a variety every day a different country. Covers all allergies. Any.problems they are happy to help. Everything is near the beach is near swimming pools is very big and there is a baby pool and then another one for slightly older and the main one is not to deep,There is a gym, sauna that you can use. 5 othe places you can use to eat with a free cab there and back. I can't fault anything. Very comfortable rooms and the strip is about 15 minutes walk with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants. You can't hear them at night where we was. I can say so much more it's worth looking it up and reading what it says it's true.

Honest review of this hotel, we were there for 5 days. Not sure how it is a 5*, it must be because you can use the sister hotels and the complex looks smart from the outside. Apart from that, it is definitely more a 3*.
Good points:
- The location is great, 5 min walk to the nearest beach and about a 7 min uber to Albufeira town
- Rooms are a very good size
- Can use sister hotels and there is a free shuttle between them (usually late afternoon/ evening only)
- Salad bar is nice and fresh
- Pool area is quite nice
Not so good points:
- We were all inclusive, don't bother, the drinks are extremely watered down and are given in cheap plastic cups. In the evenings, we asked for a glass for the wine and they said no.
- The dining area is dull and dark and is too small. There isn't a lot of food choice, one of us is Vegetarian and theres literally nothing except pasta and salad.
- The downstairs bar where the 'entertainment' was is very dark, dingy and small - we went one night then went out of the hotel for the rest of the nights as it was depressing.
- The pool bar is tiny and offers slow service. There isn't enough staff and the ones that are there are very overworked.
- When you get there and you see all the restaurants that you can visit in the sister hotels you think woah this is great, wrong. We went to the Italian on the first night, nice setting but the pasta was very watery and had no flavour, none of the food was nice. We also went to the Mexican which was AWFUL, the 'restaurant' (if you can call it that) was dirty inside and the food was so bland and the portions were tiny! We had the Chinese booked also but didn't even bother going there and instead went out to one of the restaurants near our hotel and had a lovely seafood meal.
Overall, if you are looking for a 5* (or even a 4* hotel) then don't book this. If you want a 3* then go for it.
All that being said, Portugal is an amazing country and we loved visiting all the different beaches and areas so the hotel didn't ruin our holiday, we just went out every day instead :)

Lovely big room, clean and tidy. Nice balcony with a good view. Hotel was always kept clean. Food was well presented and plenty of choice. Short walk to the beach, a few restaurants close by. Enjoyed the stay.
