We had a very enjoyable stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro. The hotel is in a beautifull location with stunning views.
Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and professional. From reception to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, the service was consistently warm and attentive without ever feeling over the top. Any questions or requests were dealt with quickly, and the staff always made us feel comfrtable.
The only area where the hotel could improve is the condition of some of the facilities. While everything was clean and comfortable, parts of the hotel would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment to match the high standard of service provided by the team.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Tivoli Carvoeiro. The excellent staff really made the difference, and we would certainly consider returning.

Breath-taking sea views greet you the moment you step into the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and our room was spotless with a genuinely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety to choose from each morning.
A lovely touch was the hotel’s complimentary Tuktuk service into Carvoeiro and back — really convenient for getting into the village without needing a car.
Special thanks go to Sayuriy and Maria from the Kids Club, whose energy and warmth made our 4-year-old feel completely at home.
The 3-metre-deep pool was wonderfully refreshing, and having 24-hour gym access was a great added convenience. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This time just came to the hotel for the food and the vibes. Went to the sushi restaurant and the sky bar. I also have been here a few times including visits to the restaurant the one. All of them are great, i have a few allergies and have had everything go great! Rhis time around for the first time in the sushi bar. The staff was great! The vuews from here and the sky bar are amazing for a sunset. The sushi Chef was great, worked around allergies and went above and beyond with attention, the same can be said from Mafalda, our server. She was very attentive to the allergies and even more so pleasing. Great conversation, great tips, great service and with a smile at all times.
Once again i will be returning.

We had an amazing stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve Resort. The views are breathtaking, the property is beautiful and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
They made our anniversary extra special. We loved the breakfast buffet, and our dinner at the Sky Bar was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the Algarve

Fantastic ,The team went out of their way to change our room to one facing the ocean and the cliffs — the view was absolutely stunning and made the whole stay feel special. Staff were also incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area. Attentive service, beautiful setting, highly recommend!
