Beautiful resort and the perfect distance from everything we did (Legoland, Kennedy space center, Busch gardens, cocoa beach). We were at the pool every night after getting back! The kids loved it. The separate bedrooms and full kitchen make a HUGE difference for a long stay. We were able to make coffee and breakfast every morning before going out for the day. The resort overall was quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful staycation we had here. The 2 bedroom villa we had was full joy for us. It was spacious, accommodating with practically everything we could need for almost a week stay.
The pool area was a hit with the kids… even for us adults. Staff was on top of it. The pool staff; particularly Ms. Claudia was sweet, attentive and caring of her work maintaining the pool. It did get a bit extra cloudy throughout the week, but I do see the staff and ms Claudia maintaining it daily. No place is ever perfect so when we had a bit of a circumstance in the room, the staff was quick to respond accordingly and with the urgency it needed. Manager Luis, housekeeping manager Patricia, and Adriana were prompt to correct the problem.
They remedied the situation well. Those actions create loyalty and so we will definitely look to select this place in the future. We recommend!

Perfect! Ok the rooms are a bit dated but the location facilities was perfect. Brilliant for chill days, safe and secure. I will definitely come back!! The Irish pub food was lovely. Thank you for having us. Staff and team was lovely and friendly! You definitely made our trip!

Our stay nothing short of amazing ! As a special needs family I was reluctant to find hotels that are great for us. The rooms were very spacious. We chose the 2 bedroom pool view and it did not disappoint! My son loved the pool and view . We also had plates , cups and full kitchen for snacks . The washer and dryer were a godsend when we went to the pool so much . We came in pretty late from Disney on the first night and there was a Pizza Hut mini station right next to the property another win ! My son enjoyed the property so much he has requested we go there anytime we are in Orlando .

We recently stayed at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Angie at the front desk.
From the moment we checked in, Angie was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding Orlando area. She took the time to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.
What really stood out was her willingness to make adjustments to our reservation, which resulted in what I consider to be a wonderful upgrade. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a huge difference in our experience.
I was so impressed that I spoke with her supervisor, Ms. V, to let her know how valuable Angie is to the resort. Employees like her are hard to find. Whatever she is being paid, she is worth more. She represents the resort exceptionally well and creates a positive experience for guests from the very start of their stay.
