Coming here with my kids since they only have one building. And most of my kids are grown now , but we still like to come here when families in town because it's just relaxing, close to shops and parks. It's nice having a kitchen in your room to make meals instead of having to go out. And the hotel service is fantastic. As soon as I called them up and told them that my coffee pot didn't work, with thirty minutes , I had a brand new one at my door

It was a family trip, and honestly, everything was fine. We had three different rooms, each family, until the second day when things started getting moved around. Nothing was ever missing, but things were always in different places, and when we returned to the hotel, the fans and lights would be on or off. Bathroom items and other things in the bedrooms would be in different places. But other than that, everything was very comfortable and lovely.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort. The condition of the unit was far below acceptable standards. The room was dated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned upon arrival. This was especially concerning while traveling with young children. Several issues were apparent immediately, indicating a lack of basic upkeep and quality control.
Customer service was equally disappointing. When concerns were raised, staff were unresponsive and dismissive, offering no meaningful resolution. For a property that markets itself as family-friendly, the lack of care and accountability was unacceptable.
The resort is heavily misrepresented online. Amenities did not match what is advertised, and the overall experience did not justify the cost of the stay. Had the property been accurately described, we would not have booked.
Because this stay did not meet basic hospitality standards, I have escalated this matter through Hotels.com and expect management to address this promptly. I would not recommend this resort to families and will not return.

I wish I could give LBV five stars, because my family and I have been coming here for more than ten years. We've come for vacations, long weekends and conferences since our kids were toddlers.
This time I noticed a steep decline, in some key areas. Yes, the furnishings need replacement, and the heater in our room didn't work the first night (fixed right away the next day), but the rooms are clean and spacious and still comfortable.
The big disappointment was Frankie Farrell's. When we walked in one evening at around 7:30 pm, two large tables hadn't been bussed. A crate of dirty dishes sat at another. And the wall light fixtures were outfitted with garish daylight led bulbs that clashed with the tungsten ceiling fixtures and cast a horrid, unappetizing, high contrast glare everywhere. Little wonder the place was empty both times we tried it. Sad, because we really loved dining here in years past. Maybe it was just an off night.
I truly hope LBV prospers and finds a way to renew in 2026. We'd love to keep coming back.

We had a 3 bedroom. The room was clean when we arrived. The carpet was stained, the couch and chair in living room were worn out and sagged the kitchen table was glass and all scratched and the chairs were worn and ripped. Came with 2 bathrooms with shower and tub but you could not take a bath because you ran out of hot water with only about 6 inches of water in it. Came with a washer and drier Which was great but it took putting the clothe through the dryer 3 times to dry. The hall way on our floor was not vacuumed or cleaned in the ten days we were there. On a positive note the grandkids loved the pool. The staff was friendly and it’s a good location. They have a nice area in the back where the pirate pool is, it would by nice if they put some seating out there it would be a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee.
