LOCATION LOCATION ! Walking distance to Disney Springs! The customer service is exceptional! The rooms are clean & nice and cool . The breakfast buffet has a great variety of options. I want to say Kaitlyn was our server & she was amazing, so attentive, so friendly. We do not have children but I saw her interact with other families children and she was so sweet . I enjoyed my cup of black tea at breakfast & she gave me a couple extra tea bags & to go cup to enjoy more tea later in my room . The hostess is very cheerful and welcoming. We will definitely return to this hotel for our future Orlando trips .

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Lobby was nice with places to sit while enjoying morning coffee. We had a nice cocktail and snack at Eclipse hotel bar and it was relaxing. Loved the shuttle service to Disney and early park access!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. There was a complete lack of empathy and hospitality from the staff. Despite paying for early check-in, I was not granted access to my room and received no communication or updates about when it would be ready. I even called to ask for an update, and the phone was hung up on me.
To make matters worse, no one offered any alternatives while I waited. Something as simple as complimentary breakfast, pool access, or another courtesy would have shown that the hotel cared about its guests, but nothing was offered.
After traveling since 6:00 a.m. the day before, I was exhausted. While trying to rest in a general area, Jason from Loss Prevention approached me and told me I could not sleep there. Although I understand policies must be enforced, the situation was handled without compassion, especially given the circumstances.
Throughout this experience, I did not feel welcomed. The only employee who treated me with kindness and made me feel like a valued guest was Shelton. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, one positive interaction could not make up for the overall poor service.
This was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I expected much better

The experience was not what I was hoping for from a 4 star resort. I never write reviews, I simply don’t care enough to but this one needs a review. I was here for a conference and while I named other things I didn’t like, the biggest thing was the power had gone out. Multiple times. I am a type one diabetic, and have medication that needs to be cold at all times. I asked the hotel desk if there was something they, and I could do to keep my medication safe. There wasn’t anything helpful they offered. They offered me to get ice from one of the machines (only a few in the whole hotel that worked) and that it was all they could offer. The conference room was told that we would be accommodated with fans and that it would be fixed immediately. That was a false statement, as their fix was getting a couple box fans for a room that held 240 participants. On the top floor. The staff was nice, and tried their best and the location was perfect. I believe for a hotel that’s over $1200 for the I expected something better.

The staff were friendly, but I want to warn other visitors—especially if you’re only in Orlando for a short time—not to be tempted by the “discounted tickets” offer at the sales desk in the hotel reception.
When we checked in, we were offered discounted Universal tickets in exchange for attending what was described as a short resort tour lasting no more than two hours. We explained that we only had one full day in Orlando, as we were visiting the US for the World Cup and travelling on to Miami. We were assured it would be quick and that we’d still have plenty of time to enjoy Universal.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. The “tour” turned into a high-pressure “holiday ownership” sales presentation that lasted almost four hours. We spent the entire time trying to politely decline repeated sales pitches for something we had no interest in purchasing, and they kept delaying us by saying our “gift” (tickets that we purchased!!) were still “processing” buying themselves more time to convince us to sign up to their scheme.
Had we known the true length and nature of the presentation, we would have happily paid full price for our Universal tickets. Instead, we lost four hours of the only full day we had in Orlando and didn’t arrive at Universal until after midday.
Our room was also quite damp, and the TV didn’t work during our stay.
My advice to future guests: if you’re on a short trip and value your time, don’t fall for the discounted ticket offer. What sounds like a quick tour can end up taking a large chunk of your day. For a first visit to Orlando, this was a very disappointing experience.
