Perfect location - close to the parks , 5 min walk to Disney springs, free shuttles to Disney parks. Excellent customer service. Restaurants and bar on site. Pool looked nice and clean. Beds were comfortable . Mini fridge In room and microwave down in the lobby. Coffee shop on site with the nicest employees. We had a great day and loved that it was so close to Disney Springs. We did not even have to take Uber for anything except back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property four our anniversary given it's a Disney good neighbor affiliate. It's less than 5 minutes walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms were very clean and their location is ideal, and you cannot beat the rates for families not wanting to pay the Disney accomadation prices. The staff was great and the food is great. What more could you ask for for having a memorable time.
My feedback for this place is to always ask if the guest plans on attending the parks. If you do, they should notify the guests that if they plan to use the shuttle service, that you should be given a blue ticket to be eligible for early park attendance. We had a reservation with the shuttle, but was not given a blue ticket. Upon arriving, disney castmember gave us those instructions and was told we couldn't access without that ticket. Thankfully we showed them proof of reservation and they let us in.
In addition if there is any wifi options, it should be shared with us. There wasn't any mention of this, but because we were out most of the days, it didn't bother us, but it could for others, especially when entertaining kids.
Other than that, we would definitely come back again!

Start with the good: the rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The drawbacks: little annoyances in the rooms. The tub with shower curtain is dated. The bathroom sink is offset from the mirror so you can't see your own face fully while shaving. Alarm clock knob broken off. Very limited dresser space. Extremely slow Internet speed (6 Mbps down!).
Breakfast buffet was a very poor value. And what they purported to be "sausage gravy" really isn't. I pointed it out to the staff and they were sympathetic but didn't understand. It was a soup of some kind, not sausage gravy. (Believe me, I know sausage gravy. This wasn't just poorly made gravy; it wasn't trying to be sausage gravy.) I'll be avoiding the restaurant for the remainder of my stay, despite very friendly staff that wanted to be helpful.
Not enamored of the options within walking distance so I'll be using Lyft to get places. Had I understood what was available on site I would have rented a car. I'm here for a conference and perhaps this is fine for a family on a Disney vacation, but as a business location it is lacking.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Lobby was nice with places to sit while enjoying morning coffee. We had a nice cocktail and snack at Eclipse hotel bar and it was relaxing. Loved the shuttle service to Disney and early park access!

5/5 stay at Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista.
We stayed for two weeks and had a really good experience overall. The room was a great size, comfortable, and well suited for a longer stay, which made it easy to settle in and relax after long days out at the parks.
What really stood out was the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. We had an issue using the washing machine and tumble dryer with our card, and the hotel kindly stepped in and covered the cost for us — a big thank you to the manager for sorting that out without any hassle.
Also a special shoutout to the guy on the bag/concièrge team — always on top form, friendly, helpful, and consistently providing excellent service every time we came and went.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. It’s an easy walk over the bridge to Disney Springs, and it’s very convenient for all the Disney parks as well as plenty of nearby food spots.
Overall, a very solid, comfortable, and well-located hotel with standout staff service that really made the stay.
