1. Cabinet in the room is not secured to the wall and fell on my son when we had the drawers open. Luckily, I was there to support the weight.
2. Mini fridge in the room makes a high pitched sound that kept the kids up. We fixed it by unplugging the fridge.
3. Parking was an issue for one day. They were having a conference of some type and the line of cars to get out of the garage took 30 minutes.
4. In our room, you can hear the music coming from the poolside when they turn it on. Not super loud in the room, but you can hear it. Not great if you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper.
5. They forgot to clean our room.
Not all was bad:
The food room service was good. The food came quickly and was hot/delicious and the person bringing the food was great!
The room layout is nice and spacious with bunkbeds tucked away and extra sink outside and even room for a sitting area.
Lifeline Truck and Trailer Repair
Property is nice but the rooms are gross and outdated. I stayed in room 740 and put my parents in 737. Both rooms are dirty. Mold in bathroom , dirty toilets, dirty walls, nasty carpets.
Even though this hotel is not high priced i still expect clean with some quality. I have stayed in mini hotels that are half the price, that hold themselves to higher standards within the rooms. We travel at least once a month as a family and stay all over the world and I can say this hotel this was one if the worse we have stayed at. The door to our room doesn’t even lock. Again, I will say the property seems to be nice, but the rooms are extremely outdated and dirty.. you can see the quality and care put into these rooms. I cant imagine how dirty the kitchen and the other facilities are. Im not looking for a refund or even a discount, i hope management and or the ownership take a hard look at the quality and cleanliness. We will not be back

We absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed much longer. The property is gorgeous. The room was great. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel was gorgeous inside and the front desk staff was fantastic. The location is seriously unbeatable. You drive under the Walt Disney World sign to get there. There are shuttles to all the theme parks at multiple times throughout the day. There are yard games everywhere like cricket (I think) shuffleboard, pickleball, a playground, mini-golf! The walk around the lake is beautiful. There are ducks, fish, and turtles to see. There are things going on everywhere- every building has a pool you can access when you stay. Some have lazy rivers and hot tubs. One is super themed out with a pirate ship. The whole place is just really awesome. It’s also really romantic if you’re there with your person. Highly recommend!

While visiting for possible membership to this resort we experienced a serene atmosphere. The presidential suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, a nice living room, two bathrooms and several bedrooms, which we found comfortable for a large family on vacation. Cons: The Executive Deluxe Suite was not available at the time.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The pools were absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip. The food was also delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation.
