Spent my 42nd birthday and 3rd wedding anniversary here after seeing a picture of the couple's spa room on social media. The upgrade was lovely. The hotel was beautiful. The grounds and amenities we could use were great. The spa is the main reason I planned an Orlando trip and it was the best part. Our therapists (Deb and maybe Olga?) were so sweet and did great work. We only patronized two establishments inside. I had the worst strawberry acai refresher at The Barista. I have several a week and this one tasted like watered down lemonade. Zero flavor at all. We were also ROBBED of $80 for your "breakfast buffet" at Tesoro. It was truly disgusting. Not much was edible at all. There were no pancakes or waffles being made. I wanted coffee but my cup (all dishes actually) were so dirty that I wasn't sure if the table still needed bussed and was afraid the waiter would use it while I was away from the table so I declined. This was a terrible continental breakfast with an omelet station. It was my 3rd wedding anniversary and the spa appointment was right after or I would have been in the bathroom. The elevators were slightly scary making lots of extra noises and bangs but we never had any problems so I guess they're OK.

My family and I have stayed at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek twice now, and both visits have been excellent. It’s a very family-friendly resort, with great pools and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.
The location is ideal—so close to Disney and all of its parks. One of the standout features is the shuttle service, which makes getting to all four Disney parks and Disney Springs easy, convenient, and affordable.
One of the shuttle drivers, Nelson, truly went above and beyond. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver, and he clearly took pride in taking care of his passengers—especially the kids, handing out water bottles, suckers, and Mickey/Minnie ear headbands. Thanks to him, Tina Turner has been on repeat at our house since the trip! He genuinely made our experience extra special.
Another highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet, with a wide selection including made-to-order omelettes and waffles—an easy and enjoyable way to start busy park days. The staff were fantastic as well—thank you to Heather, Richard, and Sandy for taking such great care of our family every morning.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return to the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek on a future trip.

Great resort with one major area for improvement
The Wyndham Resort in Orlando is, overall, a very good option. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and comfortable, with a bed that allows for a great night’s rest. The staff and overall service are good and meet expectations.
One of the resort’s biggest strengths is the property itself: it’s large, with a great pool, beautiful surroundings, and solid, well-kept buildings. The grounds are clearly cared for and designed to be enjoyed.
The major downside — and honestly a disappointing one — is the Starbucks café inside the hotel. The product quality is very poor, the service is bad, and the experience is far below the standard of the rest of the resort. It feels completely out of place and drags down what is otherwise a very positive stay.
With a coffee option that matches the quality of the resort, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

EXTREME CAUTION — THERE ARE SCAMMERS WORKING INSIDE THIS HOTEL.
I was told at SeaWorld to come here. Once I arrived, they forced me to sit through a TWO-HOUR presentation. On top of the $40 I had already paid, they made me pay an additional $35, promising that I would get FREE hotel (7 days at any Wyndham)
IT IS ALL A COMPLETE LIE.
Nothing they promised is true. The “free” do NOT exist. Everything they tell you is pure deception.
This hotel’s sales center is nothing but a hub of scammers — some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. They pressure you, manipulate you, and keep changing the story just to take more money from you.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

very pleased with our stay. Rooms were very spacious. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy check in and checkout. Front desk staff provided all needed information and was very informative of the property. Access to parking garage was easy. Love that you can share the amenities from nearby properties. Has a luxury feel for not a luxury price. Would highly recommend and for sure would not hesitate to stay here again.
