The hotel is beautiful! I booked last minute due to winter storm and everything was seamless from checkin to checkout. Erica was amazing! I had her both times and she inquired about the fireworks at checkout. Such a kind and thoughtful young lady. We booked two rooms and one room had an issue with the AC. Maintenance was there to fix it immediately. Awesome service. I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Great location for visiting Disney Springs.

Excellent spot for a quick Disney trip. Right across from Disney springs, easy walk. Beautiful views from room, especially if you get the firework side. Great lazy river/pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to all the parks, has shuttle service available. My only complaint would be the door for the joined room is not very sound proof, could hear everything from the room next door. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot.

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area. Check-in was fast and friendly, with staff taking the time to clearly explain all hotel amenities and ensure that every add-on I selected was correct. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The balcony was a standout feature, offering amazing views of Disney Springs and the surrounding area.
The heated lazy river and pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the shuttle service to the Disney parks was extremely convenient. The first-floor store was impressive and well-stocked with everything you might need and more. I also added the breakfast buffet, which was top-notch and offered high-quality, delicious options. The beds were very comfortable, and throughout the entire stay, every staff member on site was smiling, professional, and eager to help at any moment. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again

Hi, I’m giving this hotel a solid 3 star review. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was also clean. However, it does need to be updated and you need to request daily housekeeping. The walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors alarm and people taking outside the room as well as being able to hear people from inside their rooms while waiting for the elevator. Our door had almost no seal, which lead to lots of light coming through. All the staff that we came in contact with were very polite and professional. I was very disappointed that after spending 11 nights in this hotel, we were never asked how are stay was. The only time we were approached by staff other than the service workers was to ask if we wanted to buy into the Hilton program. When my wife called to confirm our reservations, we were told they had been canceled. We booked through Disney Travel and paid in full as this was an authorized Disney Hotel. After a few hours on the phone and quite a bit of anxiety, they were able to figure it out. For our trouble they did wave the resort fees as well as the $100 a day hold they put on your card. Please be aware, they put a $100 per night hold on your card, not just one charge like every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The bar at the pool as well as the bar located on the first floor put an auto gratuity on your bill, which is not listed anywhere on the menu or mentioned when ordering. Kind of a surprise. The cafe and gift shop are absolutely over priced. $9 for a can of beer, $8 for a protein milk. Visually, this is a very nice looking hotel, clean. The grounds and the pool are both very well maintained and it’s short walk to Disney springs.

The hotel itself was very clean, including our room, and the room was spacious, which we appreciated. However, it was extremely frustrating trying to enjoy our vacation without being constantly approached about timeshares. In the lobby, at the pool, even walking to get food — it honestly felt nonstop and very pushy. We were just trying to relax and enjoy time with our family.
The food was WAY overpriced for the quality. The only decent option we had was Shades by the pool, which we actually liked — but they closed early, which was disappointing.
Out of the three pools, two were nicely heated, but the large main pool was freezing cold and not very enjoyable. Valet parking was convenient, but definitely pricey.
Overall, clean and comfortable rooms, but the aggressive timeshare sales and high prices really took away from the experience.
