I had a wonderful time staying at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace near Disney Springs Area. The food was good, and the buffet offered a good variety. Parking was convenient early in the day, but if you return later towards the evening hours, you may need to park a bit farther away for self service parking not a big issue but will take a good walk back to the hotel, just something to be aware of. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was comfortable for our family of four and met our needs. While the rooms especially the bathrooms could use some updates and perhaps more thorough housekeeping, overall, we were comfortable.
The resort style pool was a big highlight, and the location is excellent very close to Disney Springs and surrounded by theme parks. It would have been nice to see more staff taking food and drink orders around the lazy river area. I didn’t notice anyone offering service there, although there were staff present at the main pool. Having service by the lazy river especially since it’s a more relaxing, family friendly area would really enhance the experience, particularly for guests who want to enjoy with there kids.
While we were relaxing by the pool, we had a great conversation with Mario, a Hilton Guest Ambassador. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain Hilton’s vacation packages. We ended up choosing one that worked perfectly for our next trip. Thank you, Mario!
Overall, this was a great experience, and I would happily do it all over again.

Buena Vista Palace is by far the hotel with the best service I’ve ever stayed at! Every staff member greets you with a warm smile and a friendly “Hi,” and they are always ready to help with anything you need right away.
Today, I wanted to buy tickets for the Kennedy Space Center but had a few questions. Both Sabrina and Erica went above and beyond to help me figure everything out. They truly assisted me from start to finish—always smiling and answering all my questions patiently. I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism!

Took my son on a Disney trip before school starts. After check in we walked over to Disney Springs for the night. When we get back at 11:00pm, we walk in our room and there a roach crawling on the bed. When I call down to guest service she wasn't apologetic at all which is fine. But then she says, what do want another room or something? So when I said yes please, she says ok pack your stuff and come to the lobby? I said ma'am its 11:00pm I would really appreciate a Bellhop to come and help. I have a very tired child and a lot of stuff. She got frustrated and said ill send someone. 30 Minutes later here they come to help. Then they took to a smoking floor I guess because the next room smelled awful. Then 20 more minutes go by and they take us to another room.
You are on Disney property and I'm sure a Disney resort would not treat you like this. Bellhops and Valet was great. Short of that not great. Wont stay here again.

Great hotel! The staff are so friendly! The valet greeted us every morning we went outside. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has an amazing view of Disney Sorings and Disney fireworks. The lazy river was so much fun! It is in close proximity to restaurants, an outlet mall, you can walk the path to Disney Springs. Great place! It’s our second time staying here and we will be back again!

Great Location & Outstanding Staff – A Few Updates Would Make It Perfect
Our family had a wonderful stay at Hilton Buena Vista Palace Orlando! The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to Disney Springs, which made getting to restaurants and shops super convenient without needing to drive.
The service really stood out during our stay. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and when I unexpectedly got my period, they kindly provided tampons—such a thoughtful and timely gesture. Amanda at Citrus 28 was consistently kind and helpful, and another sweet staff member made our kids’ day with a big cookie. Little things like that made the experience feel really personal and special.
The hotel has great amenities, especially the pool and lazy river area, which our family loved. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but we did notice a few areas that could use some updating. The air conditioning unit was quite large and a bit outdated—it tended to swing between being extremely cold or too warm if not constantly running. The bathroom, while functional, could use some polishing; the tissue holder was loose and kept falling apart, and some fixtures showed wear.
Overall, it was still a lovely stay with standout service. With a few renovations, this hotel could easily be top-tier. We’d definitely come back and recommend it, especially for families looking to stay close to Disney Springs with amazing staff who go above and beyond.
