Love to stay at this hotel. Easy access to Disney Springs and the parks. The pool area is fantastic and we love the lazy river. The food court inside and at the pool are wonderful! Chris at Valet was friendly and helpful. I appreciated him helping me to store a scooter for pickup. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and will keep coming back. It’s nice because there is just a hint of Disney around but you are not overloaded like a Disney hotel. It’s a great hotel for adults and families with older children. The only hindrance is the price to park your car and long walk to the entrance. Especially if after 11pm and the conference doors on the parking level are locked, it’s then a hike up a hill to get inside, especially for the elderly. Also multiple timeshare salesman walking around trying to sell you a vacation package I could do without. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here this week and, while the room itself was pretty nice, the hotel as a whole left a lot to be desired.
First of all, I will say that it is nice that the hotel is so close to Disney Springs. We walked there twice during our stay and found it very convenient to do so.
Secondly, the shower was fantastic. Good water pressure and very spacious.
But the bad outweighs the good. For one, there is no microwave in our room to reheat food. This feels like a pretty basic amenity in the majority of hotels.
Secondly, there was no breakfast included. I know this is a resort getaway and they want you to spend money in the expensive restaurants, but it’s really nickel and diming to not include breakfast for guests.
Third, and perhaps the worst of this, is that the walls are paper thin and the doors slam shut. And I mean they really slam. There is no sleeping in here, as you will hear families out in the hall talking as though they were right in your room.
Save your money. Go elsewhere if you want a more quiet stay.

Loved every moment of our stay! Room was clean, location is great, easy walk to Disney springs, service was great!! Joan our server multiple mornings at the buffet was by far the best server we have ever had! There was painting/construction happening on our floor a few days so it was noisy and the paint smell was very strong but we just went to the pool and hung out there for the day! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace from 12/13-12/19 and I have to start my review by saying that a majority of the people leaving 1 star reviews deeply need to check themselves and their privilege.
To start, check in was smooth, quick and seamless.
We got to our room, it was clean orderly.
The walk to Disney Springs was easy and we loved the convenience of it!
The pool area is truly one of the best in the area in my opinion, the bar and lazy river are amazing and we hot tubbed many of the nights and it wasn’t too crowded at all.
New gym equipment was being delivered and installed during our stay and while I wasn’t able to use the gym unfortunately, it looked amazing and other guests were definitely using it!
One thing that stood out to my husband and I was the Citrus8 cafe. They have the BEST hours especially after those long Disney days and every single person there needs a raise because they were all so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten names.
The shuttles to and from all of the parks were seamless and we were so grateful to not have to pay for parking or worry about getting in and out of the park with a rental car. The drivers were so friendly and some even funny so be sure to keep cash in hand to tip them!
My only con was that you can hear odd vibrations from what I can only assume to be the elevator based on others reviews. If you share a wall you can sometimes hear neighbors but I have truly experienced this in nearly all hotels. People are on vacation, including you so have courtesy but also be understanding that you are not going to get the peace and quiet of home, and if you want that, book a suite!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff, the convenience of its proximity to Disney Springs, the amenities and the overall experience and would definitely recommend it for the value.
If you are going to be bougie and prissy about every single little thing, then be willing to pay and stay on Disney property!

We are a Universal family , decided to try Disney Springs and one of their hotels , not again ! The only good thing I can say is the walk to Disney Springs was nice , it was a great evening and the pool, lazy river and bar were completely empty , no life guards on duty , no bar tender outside to even enjoy sitting by the nice fire pit they had going ! There is literally NO signs when you enter the property that tells you where to check in and park , you have to park in a lot that is NOT adjacent to the hotel so we had to walk in the road with luggage to get back into the hotel . We got 2 drinks at the inside bar area and we paid $70! The bathroom was not clean and the shower had black mold spots .
Then at check in we clearly said NO to incidentals but yet they still held a huge amount! Never again ! These hotels don’t even compare to the Universal resorts ! First and last time ever staying there .
Do better for the prices you charge and if the pool and outside area will not be open maybe let guests know that prior to booking!!!!
