The hotel is beautiful! I booked last minute due to winter storm and everything was seamless from checkin to checkout. Erica was amazing! I had her both times and she inquired about the fireworks at checkout. Such a kind and thoughtful young lady. We booked two rooms and one room had an issue with the AC. Maintenance was there to fix it immediately. Awesome service. I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Great location for visiting Disney Springs.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace in Orlando! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a holiday getaway.
The pools were fantastic, providing a relaxing and fun environment for both adults and kids. A highlight of our stay was dining at the poolside restaurant, Shades. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced — truly a great experience overall.
I especially want to mention GIORGI one of the staff at Shades. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made our poolside dine in experience even more enjoyable. His service really stood out and added a personal touch to our visit.
Overall, I highly recommend Hilton Buena Vista Palace for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable stay in Orlando.

Excellent spot for a quick Disney trip. Right across from Disney springs, easy walk. Beautiful views from room, especially if you get the firework side. Great lazy river/pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to all the parks, has shuttle service available. My only complaint would be the door for the joined room is not very sound proof, could hear everything from the room next door. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot.

Original room too small for our liking. Front desk made upgrade easy and we had a new room right away. ❤️ the double balcony’s and extra half bath in Island room. Great poolside bar with better than average food and drink quality. Access to Disney Springs is priceless! Wonderful experience would recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This is a motel charging 250 dollars a night. The pictures are all AI. The rooms with queen beds do not have showers. Moldy smell throughout. Elevators smell like puke. Self parking is a mile away. At least let people know it’s better to valet, but your customer facing staff can’t even do that, it would be an up charge, why not mention it. Horrible management. Absolute joke of a place. They also make it really hard to leave a review through the Hilton app. Water pressure is awful. Trash all around the rooms. A coke was 8.95. When I asked to cancel you could tell this happens all the time, now they were experts. How is this property even apart of Hilton? Hilton execs have not gone there recently or they just don’t care. Jeremy the bellhop was the only one who should be client facing. He did a great job helping us move from awful room to awful room. Jody in the front desk should not be allowed to talk to guests until he goes through a customer service training.
To summarize, just save your family the headache and save your trip by booking somewhere else.
