Just checked out today! I will be extremely honest and say this was a great experience. An awesome little suite, cute two bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and great ac!! I lost my glasses, had to come back, and they found it!! Thank god. They kept it in a cute plastic bag, shoutout to the cleaning lady!

To be honest this is a perfect hotel specially if you are going to spend most of the day out on parks or activities.
The hotel is perfect for a mid budget stay, it has a nice pool, breakfast service for 15 dollars, game room and the apartment (2 rooms, living room and kitchen) was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and even a dishwasher.
Beds were nice, clean sheets and bathrooms with a good water pressure.
It's located 5 minutes away from Disney Springs by car and across the street you can find stores, gift shops and restaurants, location is just great.
Pros: locations, nice apartment, price, great staff.
Cons: room service is not everyday, they only change the towels.
Totally recommend

This is a great place when we have the whole family going to Disney. Location is great, the front desk is friendly, and the rooms are pretty spacious. The biggest issue is they don't have an elevator but luckily we got the first floor because my mom can't walk up stairs. There was also an arcade but all the games were out of service so that was a bit disappointing

First time booking at a resort. First day in, after making dinner for my in-laws, a roach was spotted crawling up the wall by the table as people were eating. My husband (Hispanic) went downstairs with the roach wrapped in a tissue with my 2 daughters while I put our baby to bed in the room and Rob (front desk) dismissed him and told him there was nothing he could do for him. Roaches were normal in Florida. Husband and kids came back to the room found a second roach by the chair where they were eating and the kids woke me up because they felt like my husband was being discriminated based on the color of his skin and thought that because I’m Caucasian, with a better English vocabulary, the outcome would be different. I go downstairs and Rob immediately changed my room and said that for any recommendation I had to speak to someone that morning. It took us 45 min to pack our luggage again and go from building 6 second floor to building 18; second floor again in the middle of the night. This is around 11pm-11:30pm. Manager Diana Chow reimbursed the room for only one night and when I spoke to complaints over the phone they acted like they would provide Disney tickets which when I spoke about it to Julie she said that roaches are normal to have and her cats and dogs play with them all the time in her home completely dismissing everything. When I spoke back with complaints over the phone we spoke to Mini which transferred me to someone else a male older guy, didn’t give me his name and said it was up to management to provide compensation for the roaches in the room, food we had to throw out, the inconvenience of having to move from one side of the hotel to the next, waking up a baby in the middle of the night with 2 daughters across to another side. Julie said that the only thing she can think of was reimbursing me for the rest of the days left and I would work with booking.com to reimburse us (7-10 days later) we paid through affirm so it would take another (7-10 business days) to get money back and I would have to pay out another $1200 plus to move back out of this hotel Absolutely disgusting behavior. Discriminated the Hispanic guy the first time to then tell me roaches are normal inside their rooms. Julie also Offered to have house keeping come clean more often, I called and front desk receptionist told me it was an upcharge to change bedding and just cleaning the bathrooms. So everything stayed the same. Management and claims have zero accountability, acted like roaches are normal inside your suite in the kitchen at that.

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet, very large rooms, self catering but there is a cafe for breakfast if you want it. We had a two bedroom suite for just two of us but it would sleep 8 in total using the sofabed too. Stairs to get to apartment but no lift. So bottom floor if you have accessibility problems. The pool is quiet and very clean and tidy. You'd be need a car ideally unless you walked along the road nearby which had a few restaurants and shops. There's also an abc liquor store right next door too.
