Kid friendly as lot of outdoor games and game room with video games and multiple swimming pools with varied depth is there.
Food is always optional here and is not complimentary. You will be charged a-la-carte basis.
Laundry room is there.
Gymnasium which consists of just 3 machines and weights is a bit small but workable.
Hammock is there for one to lite the whole day.

Pulled up and immediately disappointed. Looked so much nicer online.
Kicked off with a $60 early check-in fee?? Then $15/night for uncovered parking and NO ELEVATOR in a Disney-area hotel?? Dragging bags up stairs after travel…not ideal at all.
No free breakfast either though they have a place in hotel…still, do better. Location is near a lot of restaurants, not far from parks and rooms are big at least, with decent kitchenette but that’s about it.
Likely won’t stay here again. Lots of better options for similar price.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The problems started at check-in, which was incredibly slow. After waiting far too long, we were given the keys to our room only to discover that it hadn’t even been cleaned. The room was dirty, unmade, and clearly not ready for guests. It is unacceptable that a hotel would assign a room in that condition.
After going back to the front desk, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a strong unpleasant odor from the moment we walked in. On top of that, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any decent rest.
What made the experience even worse was the response from the front desk manager. When we expressed our concerns about being assigned a dirty, unprepared room, the manager told us that it was not their responsibility to know whether the room was ready or not. That level of accountability is shocking and completely unacceptable. Guests should never have to deal with this kind of disorganization, let alone be told that no one is responsible for it.
This hotel falls far below basic hospitality standards. A clean, prepared room should be the absolute minimum, yet they failed to deliver even that. Between the disorganized check-in process, the dirty room, the foul smell in the replacement room, the uncomfortable beds, and the manager’s dismissive attitude, this stay was a complete disappointment.
I would never stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you value cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.

We check out today. The room was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner not the greatest. The pool and grounds very clean. Very nice. Housekeeping not the greatest. They never changed our sheets. We left early so this way they would com win to change them and bring new towels. We took out or own garbage. I hope that would discount something from our stay. We payed good money and we did stay here nine days. We check out today..

Overall great experience! Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was clean, recently updated, and an amazing value. Not a luxury resort, but it's not run down and sketchy either. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 10-20 minutes to anywhere you have to go. Pool looked good, but didn't get to use it due to how cold it was. Some reviews mentioned the busy road, our room was quiet with zero road noise. Housekeeping was fast when we asked for extra blanket for our child. Housekeeping and front desk was also great when we got home and 4 days later realized we left items behind. Robert at the front desk helped us and we received all of our items within a few days with no problems.
