Great location. Spacious condo style rooms! They were extremely prompt with bringing pack n plays to our room for our 10 month old twins. I wasn’t able to give 5 stars because the floors in our condo were disgusting. I have one twin that isn’t walking yet and one that is however both were absolutely covered in dirt and had black feet and knees from the floors. Definitely need to use better cleaning products/tools. It also wouldn’t hurt to have the carpets cleaned. The restaurant is convenient however the food was subpar at best. The salmon was dry and overcooked, fries were cold, and drinks were watered down. Finally, the smoking area is right in the middle of the courtyard area between the building and parking lot. So no matter if you take the elevator or stairs, you are forced to walk through the smoking area every time. It definitely needs to be moved to an area out of general traffic.

This property is a true paradise, we have been owners at this property for over 18 years. As our home resort, you could not ask for more, updated clean rooms with large areas and big new tv’s.
The two large pools, one with a waterfall, the other one heated and huge, the location is incredible, Seaworld, is 5 minutes away, Disney about 24 minutes, down I4.
There are restaurants outside the resort, and near Sea World, they have a gift shop, with gifts, food, and coffee.
They have a great Restaurant by the pool, the Coral Cafe, a large menu selection with a full bar, shading and tables. If you go to the restaurant ask for Shaun, he is one of the best servers I have ever seen, he is a mind reader and his service is top notch.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced, and it’s very relaxing.
I would recommend this resort highly, above all other HGVC resorts.
This one is a 9/10 experience, they also have a kids club, bingo by the pool etc.
Have a great time, you won’t be disappointed.
Kudos to the General Manager, the server Shaun, and I believe Bill the food and beverage manager.

Overall:
Such a wonderful resort with a great experience! Especially for the price! Photos don’t do it justice. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were super cute, and the location was really convenient for both Universal and Disney. The amenities were amazing; we almost didn’t want to leave the hotel. We loved both main pools, plus the smaller pools behind some of the buildings. Parking was easy overall, just a bit busy at night, and only $10/day. The kitchen was also fully stocked with plates, silverware, and basically everything we needed. We even baked cookies and made an entire tiramisu during our stay because the cookware and kitchen supplies were already there.
Complaints / Room for Improvement:
A few minor things could be improved. Our room had a few crumbs when we arrived, and we saw two tiny German roaches during our 4-day stay, though the room otherwise felt very clean. The TVs don’t support streaming which kinda sucked, and some amenities could use updating- our hairdryer was broken, and the replacement was too. The shower grout also seemed worn and came off a bit after showers. It could also get a little noisy at night since we were next to the stairs and occasionally heard beeping sounds, so we were glad we brought a noise machine.
Compared to Other Reviews I Saw Before Coming:
We didn’t mind the lack of a shower door since they provided a floor towel for water. We also weren’t bothered by any timeshare pressure at all! Staff mainly communicated through helpful texts about housekeeping and checking in on our stay, which we actually appreciated since it felt helpful without being intrusive.

I have stayed here twice and has been a great experience both times. Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great main pool area with hot tubs. There is a place for food and drinks, Full service bar. They always have events in the main pool area. If you prefer quiet area for swimming there is another pool on the property which is usually quiet and minimal people. There is a hot tub an kids pool in this area as well. I would like to give a special thanks to Irene at check in who is always helpful and cheerful. I would also like to thank Gaston and Agata at the pool bar for your great service.
I would recommend a stay here.

Great location right next to SeaWorld parks. Short drive from International drive with tons of resteraunts and additional entertainment. We had a 2bedroom villa which was plenty enough room for our small family. Porch was nice to have to dry our suits after visiting one of the three pools. On site they have lots of activities in addition to the pools, there is a splash pad, playground, putt putt ( although do not do this in the middle of the day as there is not shade), basketball, pingpong, tennis/pickleball, paddle boats, multiple people bikes and more. Theirs a small activity center with a play area for the little kids and an arcade for the larger kids. Daily activities, some for families, some adults only, and some for an additional small fee. All the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the upkeep of our villa. The back porch deadbolt was falling off the door, the water sprayer in the sink wasn't working, and the jets in the tub were not working correctly upon arrival. Luckily they werent things we really needed, but was told this is why the unit is being updated soon 🤷 Thanks for the great get away.
