I stayed at this wonderful hotel in October last year and have already rebooked for October this year. I loved it, beautiful rooms in individual blocks, I was in Block 9, surrounded by landscaped gardens with ample parking. My room was comfy, spacious and peacefull just what I needed. There are 3 amazing Pools, a Deli stocked with pastries and all the little things you might need. The bar/restaurant has a great little menu and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and warm especially the Bell Boys who zip up and down in their little buggies and who were all great fun. For me this was the perfect hotel and I cannot wait to go back. So reservations if you read this room 9310 please or the one above 😎

We love HGV and this property has great ammentities and location to theme parks, etc. We had a 3 bed/3 bath, with kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and 2 balconies. It was great, it was bigger than our house!. Sadly, we hated the beds and the couch, as both were very hard and uncomfortable. We thought the desk, market, and pool staff were great. We also appreciated the valet staff as they assist you by golfcart around the property if needed. They had a convenient listing of all activities available on different days, and good discounts for lots of surrounding restaurants and shopping. If you didnt feel like going out, the resort's Coral Reef pool bar and grill was great too. The Reef Salad was so yummy! They had burgers, chicken, pizza, and stuff like that too, something for everyone. They made some pretty yummy cocktails too! The poolside trivia was fun too! They are only maybe 5 minutes from SeaWorld and Aquatica, 10 minutes from Universal, and abiut 15-20 minutes from Disney stuff. We recommend! 👍👍

We just checked in today and have had a wonderful experience so far. The bellman was incredibly helpful—he assisted us with our luggage and groceries and brought everything right into our room. After a long day of traveling, the pool was exactly what we needed. It was very refreshing, with plenty of available seating, warm pools, and an ample supply of towels.
The king suite is beautiful—very spacious and perfect for families. We especially love the balcony.
The only issue we’ve encountered (and it’s a significant one for us because it affects our sleep) is that the air conditioning does not go below 72 degrees. For us northerners, that feels quite warm indoors, especially at night. We typically keep our home around 68 while relaxing and even cooler for sleeping. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which helps, but it can only do so much when the air itself is warm. We’re hoping we’ll be able to adjust since we’re here for a full week.

The hotel looks nice at first, but the stay had several frustrating issues. The shower doesn’t have a door or curtain, so water splashes all over the bathroom floor every time you use it. You find yourself directing the shower head into the wall and you have minimal space to shower to reduce the amount of water getting on the ground. You end up having to dry the entire floor with a towel after every shower, which means constantly asking housekeeping for extra towels each day. Bathroom also had previous guests hair all on the ground upon arrival. Hot water takes around 15 minutes to reach the shower, which is pretty inconvenient. The bedroom fan barely moves any air, so the room gets stuffy. If you stay here, you will run into these same exact problems.
On top of that, the TV casting feature (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) is almost impossible to use — it rarely connects properly. The worst part was the constant construction noise outside our room. It was loud and nonstop, and they could’ve easily placed us in a quieter building since it seemed like we were the only ones affected. Wish I would've snapped a picture of the cranes that were operating right outside our room but if you visit the property now, you'll see them at building 2.
Overall, the experience didn’t match the price or the hotel’s presentation. I normally stay at Marriott hotels and rarely ever have any issues — it will take a lot of convincing for me to stay at a Hilton property again.

The only thing I did not like about this place was where they con you into trying to become a member and then they screwed you over when you tried to book a four day three night reservation thing and they screwed me over at their marketplace down the road but otherwise Great food great drinks, great atmosphere. Everything was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better place as a matter fact, I know three people already that have booked it there and they said they loved it too except when they try to call you to become a member o “ Timeshare” because we spent $250 on a four day three night location and they never give it to us so yeah, just be careful with that but the rest of it that was an awesome place. I’m not kidding. Even the music was good. I still have pictures. I still have videos it was that great
