A Fantastic Stay Near Disney Springs
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, located just within sight of Disney Springs—an absolutely perfect location for anyone planning to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish decor and a welcoming atmosphere.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable, clearly well-maintained with attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond with excellent customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great combination of location, comfort, and hospitality. Five stars!

Parking is charged separately.
Lovely hotel within walking distance to Disney Springs. Discounted tickets and shuttle available for nearby attractions. Friendly service. Great views of the area and fireworks from multiple parks at night. Balcony light can be distracting and we couldn't find an off switch so we threw a shirt over it during the shows. Nice experience.

My friend, who was visiting from Australia, and I stayed here last Friday. We had a wonderful stay. The place is clean and inviting with great breakfast options an lovely rooms. The staff at the front desk and bar were the best part! Special thank you to Josie, Katherine, Sarah, Scott, Shae, and Linsley! Thanks for making our stay wonderful!!

The only reason I am giving his property a two star review is solely based on the customer service experience that you received upon check-in. They were absolutely delightful. Made you feel so welcomed.
But that is where it ends you walk into the hotel. You have to smell in the air that you’re trying to pinpoint. It’s not until you arrive in your room that you realize what it is and it smells like wet dog don’t even bother opening up the closet because you’re hitting the face by this pungent aroma of old, dirty feet.
Went downstairs to relieve the stress of my doomsday. Stay to go to the Bar excited for my free drink ticket to be told well you could only get one type of alcohol in your drink usually like a Cosmo well tonight I only got vodka, soda and cranberry.
The room is a dingy the hotel is dated. It’s a reason this is cheap.
I get it, but you know what I’d rather pay a little bit more and not sleep with the smell of someone’s foot funk laughing throughout the air towels were rough. The bottom of the bathtub was like something from the 80s.
It’s just such a disappointment you don’t come down to Disney World to experience this. This is just disgusting.

Gave 3 stars because the staff was super nice. We usually stay at the Marriott near Sea World. The Marriott doesn't charge you 25-29 dollars a day to park there unlike this place. The $29 parking is closer and less.of a walk, so they figure they'll charge more for those few less steps. That Marriott is so much nicer too.
No cart to take your baggage to the room. They have them, but they refuse to let you touch them. The staff has to do it. Which means they'll be expecting a tip for their service.
Marriott near Sea World has none of this silliness and I highly recommend that place over this joint.
