We recently stayed at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area for five nights while visiting extended family, and had an overall wonderful experience. We used Hilton points for four nights and took advantage of the fifth night free, a great value.
From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to Disney Springs, which made dining and shopping for souvenirs easily accessible.
Our suite was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of four adults. The layout was ideal for relaxing after a long day out, and we appreciated the fast elevators which were surprisingly big plus! I don't think we ever waited more than 2 minutes for an elevator. The lobby was also large and their hotel shop/cafe was nice.
Although we did encounter a small leak in our room towards the end of our stay, the staff responded promptly and documented it, and it didn't interfere with our stay. The large parking lot made coming and going by car easy, and while we didn’t use the Disney park shuttles, it's a nice amenity for guests planning to visit the parks.
We had a very enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on future visits to the area.

We had a very nice stay. The suite was spacious and we liked having two separate sleeping areas.
The daily fresh cookies and the water bottles were a nice touch.
Pool was nice.
Having self serve laundry in the building was really convenient although of course it is a bit expensive.
We asked for a cot so our teenaged kids would not have to share a bed and one was brought in promptly, and it was actually comfortable enough. The sofa bed was also fairly comfortable. Those things are always hit or miss but we were able to sleep on that one, no problem.
One day our room wasn't made up for some reason. Housekeeping claimed it was because we had the do not disturb sign on the door, that was not true. The front desk gave us clean towels and a refill of coffee pods, that was fine, no big deal.
Having the shuttles is great however be advised they do NOT leave on time. They are scheduled to leave at 5 min past the hour, but they never left before 15-18 past the hour. And the MK and EPCOT shuttle are sometimes combined into one, with MK being the first stop. So if you want to enjoy early access to the park, especially to EPCOT, do not take the 8:05 shuttle. You may get dropped off at 8:40 and by the time you go through security etc... you will have 5-10 min left of your half hour early entry time. And the regular crowd is already waiting inside the park for the rope drop and will catch up to you very fast and crowd the lines at popular attractions. You need to take the 7:05 shuttle. You will be there way too early but at least you will get your full half hour early access.

This hotel worked well for our family’s most recent Disney trip. We appreciated the suite style room, the nice pool, and the early park entry perk. Despite multiple attempts, we were not able to link our hotel reservation in the Disney app, but upon check in they gave us physical early entry cards that were easily used in the park. At the time of our visit the free shuttle buses left :05 after every hour starting at 7am, but it was unpredictable whether your shuttle would stop at your desired park first or second. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and the lobby store was well stocked (though quite pricey). Disney Springs is walkable, but takes about 20 mins. Overall good value for our family.

This hotel was okay but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately our room was very HOT the entire stay... our thermostat was set at 60 and it felt 80 in the room. We live in florida and we keep our home at 76-78. And it was much hotter than that. We did notify the front desk but we only stayed for 2 nights and did not want to have to switch rooms. The parking of $25 dollars is silly the lot is wide open.... the resort fee is also wild to me. 1 small pool. 1 restaurant. Nothing resort style about it. I would recommend the palace down the road before this place. Staff much nicer at the palace also. Palace also a much shorter walk to Disney springs.

This is a great value for a hotel. We had nothing but excellent experiences with the staff - front desk, housekeeping, even bell hops who were super friendly and unexpected for this level of hotel. Rooms are well appointed and recently redone. Very large suites that were great for my family. Super quiet at night. We slept great. Location is an easy Uber to Disney, and you get early entry there which is a massive perk. Breakfast is good, but overpriced at $25 per person. But overall the hotel is a very good value. We would most definitely stay here again if coming to Disney World.
