My family and I stayed at this Hotel just last week, from May 3rd to May 10th, and we are still talking about how wonderful our experience was.
From the moment we checked in, we received such a warm and personalized welcome that immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay.
We also absolutely loved the breakfast offered at the hotel. The restaurant staff was always kind, friendly, and welcoming, and their excellent service truly made our mornings even more enjoyable.
This was actually our second time staying at this hotel, and without a doubt, we will return again in the future. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We simply loved it.

We have stayed at the Doubletree at Disney Springs twice and have three more stays booked here because we have had excellent experiences both on-site and ahead of time with customer service. Our last stay was in December, 2025 so this is long overdue, but that was the first trip we utilized the walking path to Disney Springs, and it is a huge perk of staying here. While it is the farthest from Disney Springs of the Disney Springs area hotels, the walk to the gate is around 15 minutes and easily bypasses the heavy traffic that can be found in the area, especially during the holidays. We love the spacious one-bedroom suites and we love that they are both dog and cat-friendly -- something that cannot be said about the Disney resorts collection. And while we sometimes miss the Disney theming at on-site resorts, the reasonable prices, huge quiet rooms, and compact footprint of DoubleTree make it our go-to spot to stay when visiting Disney. While you do incur some additional charges like resort fees and parking, the Hilton website is very open with the charges and even allows you to add on parking and pet fees in advance so you have an accurate idea of the total cost when booking. It also often still works out to be less than Disney's moderate resorts, which is what I would compare this to. The pool is nice and well-kept for the size of the resort, and there is both a restaurant and pool bar on site in case you don't want to leave the hotel. And in addition to being within walking distance from Disney Springs, it's also only a few minutes drive from other great restaurants in the area. And while the rooms and amenities are definitely a big reason we come back, I have also had nothing but exceptional customer service from everyone I have spoken with at the hotel -- from helping with bookings to chatting about room assignments and preferences through the Hilton app pre-arrival, our experience has been excellent.

Expect to be downgraded if you booked your stay with a third party at this Hilton - they know! Specifically requested a room away from the highway upon check-in and was given a room directly on the highway. A loud and noisy night with traffic horns and sirens. The room A/C blows directly into your face all night and does not regulate well so you’re left freezing. Bed comforters are polyester-filled which leaves you unbearably hot. Pillows are flat as pancakes - 3 stacked gave barely any neck support. One of two elevators breaks down often here leaving guests with luggage waiting for the lone working elevator shared by all guests. As of May 30, 2026, this Hilton Doubletree is now charging $45 for self-parking which is a $10 increase with zero lot improvements. Front desk staff service is inconsistent, often cold and awkward - lots of diversity hires here so I guess you can keep your job no matter how poorly you perform?! Expect to be sold timeshares in the morning upon checkout by a woman with a iPad. The only good thing about this Hilton is proximity to Disney property.

Service is impeccable. Shannon at the Front Desk was absolutely amazing, just wonderful. Greeted with her beautiful smile before I even reached the counter and gave me the sweetest compliment about my dress. She helped check me into my room early so that I could attend my important meeting with our #1 client. SHANNON, Hilton is so lucky to have you!!! Thank you for the champagne, I was able to toast with someone special. I am certain the rest of the staff is amazing as well. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and I will always stay at the Doubletree Disney Springs when I am in Orlando. Becky Graham- Daytona Beach

The hotel room was not cleaned. When we arrived I cleaned all the counters with wipes and found debris. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as I found hair on the toilet. There was white fuzz on the carpet . I found it funny because when we went to check i. They said the room wasn’t ready yet. I do not recommend staying here. The pictures look nice but when you look out of the windows they are not clear. The water also was leaking from the shower. We should have stayed on property or at a real Hilton property.
