It is well located, the view is breathtaking. A bit further from the beach but it has a great pool. The rooms were tidy. We were comfortable. The restaurant is great. A lot of friend groups stay there so that's not the most silent place to stay. A lot of sunbeds and couches are there for your rest.

I stayed here last year and the only reason I return and post 5 stars again is due to the staff , without them I wouldn’t do 5 stars , to behind with there is ongoing works with water, electricity and so forth causing some days without water at all and some days without warm water for a shower and electricity cuts and the fire alarm constantly waking me and my partner up early but , thanks to the staff for attending to these issues for us and gifting us a free late checkout as our flight was 9pm
I want to personally thank the following members of staff for their high quality service and friends we have made for life. Angelo, nina, osdaniel (I can’t remember how to spell your name sorry!) Sam, Alfredo, Fabio (Italian carbonara es muy delicioso ) marcello , others names I did not get but the female chef and the other very tanned , shaven head man, and the male chef, they all deserve a raise I sat down with them most nights and watched football or whatever was on, they are what the world truly needs kind and understanding people, the cleaning staff are very kind to us also, I firmly believe energy attracts energy but these guys bring it everyday even if the weight of the world is on their shoulders they truly turn up and show up, they would definitely be the type of people to own their own hotels at some point in life , thank we will be back, also I would like to add that anyone coming even if it is overcast like it was for us most days due to the time of the year ! It is still perfectly warm and these guys will make it memorable ✈️☀️🤝 Gracias por estas vacaciones, no las olvidaré pronto❤️

We had a really disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel in Costa Adeje, mainly due to the attitude and lack of help from reception staff, poor housekeeping, and the complete lack of action from management.
On the second night (a Sunday), our room was not cleaned, which we understood. However, we had no clean towels at all to shower with. When we went to reception to ask for towels, we were told we had to pay for pool towels, even though towels are a basic necessity. We were then told there were none available and were advised to reuse our dirty, wet towels, which was completely unacceptable.
The following morning, our room still was not properly cleaned. Only the bin was emptied and a few towels were left. Throughout our stay, our beds were only made twice, and on multiple days we were not provided with clean towels, meaning we had to go to reception just to be able to shower.
We also had ongoing issues with our key card, which constantly stopped working. We were repeatedly told not to keep it near our phones, but even when we didn’t, the card still failed every time we returned to the room. On one occasion, we were locked out with no shoes on and called reception to ask if someone could bring a key. The response was rude, and the staff member told us we had to go to reception ourselves and then hung up while we were still speaking. The room door itself was also broken, which only added to these issues.
One morning, a cleaner entered our room while we were sleeping, started shouting at us, and said she was not going to clean the room because it was messy, waking us up. This was extremely unprofessional. We were later told we should have used the “do not disturb” sign; however, we were never given one at the start of our stay. The cleaner later threw it on the floor to show us. Even without the sign displayed, basic respect and professionalism should still apply when guests are clearly asleep.
We raised all of these issues with the manager and reception staff during our stay, but nothing was done to resolve them. After returning home, I also emailed the hotel to formally complain and have received no reply at all, which further shows the lack of care for guests and their concerns.
Overall, the lack of basic amenities, repeated key issues, rude staff, poor housekeeping, and the complete lack of response or action from management completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Although I would like to add the staff at the pool bar were lovely and had great food and drinks!

I genuinely really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily return.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well laid out, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are spotless, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need, making the stay very comfortable. A special mention has to go to the cleaning staff, who work tirelessly every day to keep the place immaculate — their hard work really shows.
The staff are absolutely fantastic and are what truly make this hotel special. From reception to the pool bar, everyone was friendly, helpful, and approachable. The pool bar is great, with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service.
To be fair, I did have one uncomfortable night involving a group of teenagers, which was upsetting and very very embarrassing at the time. However, I genuinely believe this could easily be avoided in the future by grouping school or teen groups in one area, or by having supervision positioned along each row. This is meant purely as constructive feedback, as it shouldn’t take away from an otherwise excellent hotel.
If I could offer one small improvement suggestion, it would be to consider running a shuttle service up and down the hill, even just morning, afternoon, and evening. I would happily pay extra for this service, as taxis can add up over the course of a stay.
Overall, I really, really liked this hotel. The staff make it what it is, and they deserve huge credit. A lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Great views, quite a up hill walk from the beach. Rooms very outdated and need updating. Pool bar had nice food and helpful staff
