Just got back from a perfect week at the Ramada Residences with my wife and what a gem of a place it is!
From the intial arrival where we were greeted by the super friendly Lois in reception, right until we left a week later, we both could not fault this hotel one bit.
Our room (E508) was on one of the upper floors with an amazing view over Adeje and it was again faultless. Super clean and modern, it had everything a room could need. Brand new kitchen and appliances, modern new spacious bathroom and the same in the lounge and bedroom. The air con and safe are also free, which is a nice bonus.
The balcony was the cherry on the cake, being bigger than some rooms we’ve stayed in, it was awesome!
The pool area is again super clean with a large pool suitable for children and adults alike. There is also a toddler pool and a hot tub if thats your thing.
There was some work going on behind a screened off area near the pool and you could hear the noise of tiles being taken up etc but it wasn’t loud and never bothered us.
The food in the restaurant and pool bar is spot on and again the staff are friendly and helpful.
Do not let the hill to the hotel put you off, yes its a bit challenging, but as others have said, its good exercise!!
If you want a clean, spacious and friendly hotel, we would say look no further than the Ramada, its absolutely perfect in every way, can’t wait to book again for next year 😎

The Ramada is a beautiful resort situated in Costa Adeje, with amazing views it is spotlessly clean and the staff are more than helpful.
Any review I read before going to the ramada was about the hill, its a nice walk down and can walk back but would recommend getting a taxi fanabe is about a 15 min walk with bars and restaurants, there is a supermarket about 200 yards away that has plenty to choose from and a mercodna in the xsur centre 10 mins walk away and of course a mini market on site,
The accommodation its self i can't fault clean, comfortable, air-conditioning ect
We did have a problem with our aircon unit and reception and technical staff fixed the unit the next day and providing a portable unit for the mean time, they are very efficient.
Cleaning the room we did have an issue with included in our stay was 1 towel change and 1 full clean including towel change we stayed for 10 nights and our bed was changed on day 8, all equipment is provided to keep the apartment clean which is ideal with children however would have rathered having a change half way through our stay would have been a lot better, we did have a washing machine so that was a life saver. You however can request a towel change for €10 linen for €15 or a full clean for €55. Depending on apartment size.
The hotel do also provide pool towels at the beginning of your stay.
Food in Zacharys was delicious and the staff will try an accommodate fussy eaters to the best of their ability.
Pool is cleaned and tested regularly from what we saw and slept really well with no outside disturbance. There is a mini club on daily apart from Friday for an hour each time. There is also a small mini golf on site and an adults only pool an bar ( unfortunately didnt try due to having two children)
Hope this helps if you are thinking of staying in the ramada

Great hotel and very much worth the money. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes for a very enjoyable stay. Very good selection of facilities and the entire hotel is very clean. The happy hour deal at the hotel is just excellent, both at the pool bar and roof top bar. Location is good with a 20 minute walk into Costa Adeje, however I would recommend getting a taxi back as it is on a steep hill. Only reason for 4* instead of 5* is the rooms. They are very spacious and have a fantastic balcony, however the double bed was instead two single beds joined together and the shower was on a slight slope which meant it became quite slippery. Our rooms also didn’t get cleaned for the duration of the trip which I believe should have been included. This being said, would definitely stay again and recommend to others staying in the area.

The views from this hotel are absolutely incredible, the rooms are a really good size especially the balconies. The amenities are also great, the pool is a great size and heated and the rooftop bar is a must during sunset. The only issue is getting around, it can be a taxing walk back from the beach or Costa Adeje Centre. Taxi’s are very available though. Thank you for accommodating us to the Ramada Team.

We booked apartments with a sea view, however we only received a partial sea view, as part of the view was blocked by another building of the hotel. Compared to the apartments that actually had a true sea view, our apartment should rather be described as a “semi sea view apartment”, which normally comes at a much lower price.
Other points: during our 9-night stay, the towels were changed only twice, and the bed linen only once (on the 7th day). The acoustics of the apartment are simply terrible, as we could clearly hear shouting and impact noises from both the corridor and the neighboring apartment.
The refrigerator and the toilet constantly make strange noises. When the doors are closed we cannot hear them, but this really should not be happening.
Breakfast in the restaurant is exactly the same every day. During the last three days we stopped eating breakfast altogether because the menu simply never changes (for a short stay breakfast might be acceptable, but for a longer stay it becomes very repetitive).
Dinner at the same restaurant was terrible: the prices are absolutely not worth the food served (the portions are tiny, the taste is poor, and the service is bad). When we asked for the bill, we waited 15 minutes to pay. Our waiter kept looking at us but seemed to intentionally avoid coming over, so eventually we gave up and went to the bar to pay ourselves (experience 0/10).
One really nice thing, however, is the “Happy Hour” at the hotel bar. On weekdays, for one hour, when you buy two selected drinks, the second one is free. On top of that, a small set of snacks is served free of charge. The bartender is very friendly and clearly professional at his job, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
