Rooms okay clean, would like air con in but apart from that rooms what we required. Staff good and food was nice and could not fault this. Pool was good no mad rush to get sun loungers, we all liked the pool temperature. The location is a bit out but a bus trip and your at los cristianos. Five min walk to the local town for more cafes and shops. This is good place and rooms are clean and ok to sleep in, food was good and what we expected staff very friendly and nice time here.

Rooms are basic and needing updated but that doesn’t stop the amount of people coming here. It’s always busy. Needs air con especially in July, but not available yet . Food repetitive but great. But all inclusive are a bit like this. Cleaners do a magnificent job and servers the same. Really can’t complained due to the price. We’ve been coming here since 2013 and will be back in November. The resort is small but plenty of pubs and restaurants 🥰

I'm quite confused about the bad reviews here. I came with a group of 3. There was supposed to be 4 but one of us couldn't make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Anyhow, our room was clean and spacious, the food was very decent for all-in and all the staff were amazing, especially the bar staff. In my honest and humble opinion, we got what we paid for and then some.
I will happily come back here for another stay. We stayed for 5 nights. It's not for those who want to party, but it's definitely good for a few days chill and if you want some hustle and bustle, you can pay €20 for a taxi into town or a few Euro on the bus.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Don't allow the snobs to put you off. It's cheap and cheerful and the food was pretty good.

Well, where to start. I didnt expect much from a 3* hotel but there was no single word about this hotel being sold out to other people in 40% of it's capacity. Rooms clean but well aged. And the one we have got was right above the really dodgy room with a horrible smell coming out of it's balcony (see pics) and believe me, you should be glad that pictures on here don't smell. Urine smell was horrible as soon as me and my girlfriend opened our balcony door. How can management of this hotel let this happen it's beyond me. You want WiFi? Pay extra! You want walnut key? Pay extra! You want TV remote? Pay deposit! You louse your hand band? Pay €150! Adult and €75 for a kid!!! What a joke! Staff sometimes acted like they were there as a punishment. Only 2 drinks per person at any one time! Strangest all inclusive rules I've ever experienced. They will definitely not see me again in this hotel.

Stayed there with my family of 5. Never going again.Me and my family stayed at palia don pedro for a week but after one day we left. Since our flight delayed, our family came late and thought that it would be 24 hour buffet like it said on the website. The kind receptionist said that the buffet is closed after 21:00 so my family went to our room upstairs,mind you that there was no elevators only stairs that would make a sound when you step on them which was very difficult and dangerous. We had 5 people and we only had 4 single beds which was never said so one of us had to sleep on the couch. The hotel room looked like an 80's horror movie.There was no AC like it said and the fan produced hot air. Next day we sent a complain about everything that happened. The man who we complained to was a very arrogant receptionist who said It's not our fault" and more other disrespectful things. Just to tell you that you that you have to pay for TV, extra key and WiFi. There is not many options of food and in breakfast, there is no jam, no marmalade, only butter. The plates were not very clean and had tiny pieces of food on it. In some of the bushes you could see alot of bird poo which tells that they hardly take care of the plants and let the sun do the work. After lunch we went to pool which was fine and we had a lot of fun. We went back to our room and booked for another place because we weren't staying at palia don pedro for the next 5 days. The man who took us to the next place was very nice. Most of the locals are very nice but depends where you are staying. I may sound dramatic but if you stayed for a week you would type the same thing🤣. NEVER and when I sa never, never go to palia don pedro if you want to smell a disgusting oder when you open the balcony. The balcony had so many ants that would come into your room. If you want to stay into a hotel in tenerife, I hope you will never end up in a situation like us, good bye and have a great day/night.
