I would consider staying here again in the future if I can get a good price. This hotel would be a lot better if it had air con although the ceiling fans did an OK job most of the time. The location wasn't bad for us. About 10 minute walk to paddy o kellys bar or the hard rock. We always got a taxi back at end of night paying no more than 5 euros. Was nice and quiet during the night so a plus to being slightly out of the main parts. Pool was decent enough. Staff were nice. Big supermarket over the road was also very handy.

On arrival at the hotel We noticed straight away that the back door locks were extremely flimsy, offering little to no security.
The lifeguards were more interested in scrolling on their phones than supervising the pool. At one point, a member of our family had to jump into the pool to help save a child. After this, the lifeguards then stated that children were not allowed to use floatation aids, which was shocking considering their lack of attentiveness and professionalism.
There were around 40 people in our party, and on the one night we all went out together, my room was targeted and thousands of pounds worth of personal belongings were stolen. Despite the hotel advertising a 24-hour manned reception, it was unmanned at the time, and the security guard was not monitoring the cameras. Had he been doing so, he would have seen the masked individual scaling the wall with a crowbar.
When the robbery was reported, we were told there had not been a robbery in 15 years. However, we later discovered this was untrue, as passengers on our return flight reported having hundreds of euros stolen from the same hotel the week before. The security guard also stated he could not assist by calling the police due to “no jurisdiction”, yet the previous night the children had been told to quieten down or the police would be called — which is a clear contradiction.
Our room was sealed off, but no alternative accommodation was provided. If it were not for our large family group, we would not have had a bed to sleep in. To make matters worse, no member of staff approached us the following day to apologise or offer support. We even had to inform the cleaners ourselves not to enter the room. Neither jet 2 nor the police came to us despite reassurances they would be meanijg we spent the full last day in limbo and ruining our holiday
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Due to the lack of security, poor safety standards, and unprofessional handling of a serious incident, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good value, rooms are a great size and everywhere is kept super clean. Slightly dated and some marks in places but fine for the price bracket of hotel. Pool is a nice size could be deeper. Handy large supermarket over the road, it's a little walk (20mins) to the beach but good location to go either to playa de las Americas (party bit) or Los Cristianos (nicer beach and more town feel). Some restaurants within 5mins walk too.

Great hotel, pool area a sun trap, plenty of sunbeds and free padded day beds, heated pool, we have a loft apartment which I was a little worried about but it’s been fine for us and pretty modern, managed to open the velux window to let in some air. There’s a large sun terrace right outside our room with a table and chairs, some more padded day beds and a few more sun loungers which made up for no balcony. A bit of a walk down to the main strip but 10 mins you’re at some tidy bars and breakfast places, all in all for what we paid in very happy.

Love this hotel. It's incredibly clean and quiet, and the rooms are lovely. We particularly liked the fact that it's slightly out of the centre, so it doesn't suffer from drunken 4am singers. We thought it was incredible value for money. The pool is great and the service was very welcoming.
