Reception Staff were fantastic,best ive ever met
Apartment complex was spotless and beautiful but badly thought out as the family rooms were up two large flights of stairs,which we had to carry up our luggage. and then our 11 month old baby and buggy every time we came and went from room,no air conditioning in Apartment but reception organised at a fee of 80euros for 5nights we kept it in the main living/sleeping area so did not cool the upstairs were my mother and daughter slept as the pull out couch was damaged. Upstairs is more like an attic badly converted,a fan was here but only socket available was right beside bed,so fan couldn't be left on while they slept,the heat was intense there and a tiny shower which flooded the floor everytime they used it.Pool area was lovely and heated pool,great for the baby,food in restaurant was also really good would stay in this complex again but will do air b n b next time unless air conditioning is installed alongside elevator or even someone to help with bags etc.

Booked through easyJet and read other reviews so I wasn’t expecting too much to be honest.. but it was a cheap holiday for 4 adults in 1 apartment..
upon arrival we were met at reception by 2 very friendly ladies and shown our room.. It was up a few narrow flights of stairs, so be mindful if you have walking issues, yet ask for a ground floor maybe?
upon entering it was very clean and spacious, there was a spiral staircase going up to another bedroom. Our bedroom was comfy, we had memory foam beds, massive wardrobe and safe..
the kitchen was a little tired, but had all things we needed and was very clean.. the bathroom was a good size with all you’d expect. Only issue was the shower head and pipe needed changing but still worked ok..
up stairs in the boys room they had their own bathroom and toilet, wardrobe and balcony.
Maids seemed to come in almost every day and make beds and empty bins. changing beds and towels every other day!
The pools and the areas were spotless and clean, pool was deep and decent enough.. only issue is a massive lack of umbrellas.. didn’t have to get up early to reserve beds (like some did, 06:30) we always found places when we didn’t go to the beach.
Restaurant and bar were decent priced and what we had was decent enough..
Location was decent, with bars, restaurants close by.
On the whole I would recommend this to people on a budget and with small kids (just bare in mind the lack of shade) as there’s things close by, the beach is a 5/10 min walk.

Shops nearby,good for kids,the one downside is that they should make wheelchair accessible for people whith wheelchairs 5-10 min walk to town centre
Corner bar 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 because they got a playground for little kids. Taxi rank right out side(they come every 5 mins). definitely a hotel to try.

Book a 1 bedroom apartment in April for 9 days with airb&b. Loved having the extra space. The complex is clean and well maintained with 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated during the winter months ( warm in April too) There is a well stocked supermarket on the complex along with several good restaurants and bars in close proximity. The complex is about a 10 min walk from the promonade and seafront with its sandy beaches. You can walk along the promonade from Los Cristianos all the way to Playa del Las Americas.

Stayed here for 11 nights 3 adults in a two bedroom apartment! There is plenty of do near by if you do not want to walk far. We had our room serviced nearly every day and the house keepers were amazing! I would happily come back in a heart beat love the Clarke family!
