The hotel is perfect! Fully renovated with great rooms and common areas. The location is outstanding, with spectacular views and sunsets. Easy access to the beach, great swimming pools and lot's of activities organised by the animation team. The food is fantastic and the bars are great. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have one of the best organized All inclusive system I've ever seen, keeping the hotel tidy and on a very high level! Amazing places where you can have a true relaxing vacation.

We booked seaview room double bed which the room comes with 2 singles bed stick together, room itself doesn’t even have a kettle - empty fridge you can rent a kettle or iron for 16 Euros - no space at all to actually open your luggage we had to remove table and a chair to the balcony, bathroom is dirty same as the duvets.
Food is very very low standard to what I expected and the pictures of the buffet is nothing what is like in reality. There is nothing good I can say about this hotel the only point is that it got great access to the beach but that’s about it. We paid £2000 for 7 days I was really expecting something else but unfortunately it’s completely different to what you can imagine. If you planning to book definitely look for different options.

This was honestly the best stay I have ever had. The buffet food was absolutely amazing, with great variety and quality every day. The entertainment team was by far the best I have ever seen in a hotel – always energetic, professional, and creating an incredible atmosphere.
The bingo nights in the disco were fantastic, always full of people and with a great vibe – you could really feel everyone’s excitement. However, my favorite night was definitely the music quiz, which was simply outstanding and so much fun
After reading some negative comments here, I honestly do not agree at all. My experience was completely different – this was one of the best experiences I have ever had as a tourist. I would definitely come back!

On arrival the hotel wasn't the nicest to look at, large concrete building with silver tinted windows resembling an old office building.
Step inside and it's a clean bright modern reception with nice friendly staff.
Our room 819 was on the 8th floor it was clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and had everything you could need.
The fridge doesn't get any beverages stocked at anytime unless you buy them yourself.
The elevators are odd.
Will call them and all four would often pass your floor meaning you have to wait for one to return.
Grounds are clean and tidy with the hotel being located beach side and within a minutes walk of the lovely busy town.
Restaurant is large and food was always varied fresh and delicious.
Only down side is when you enter for breakfast lunch or dinner a large line forms as they take each and everyone's room number on entry.
I personally don't see why there are bad reviews for this hotel. Sure some staff are a little abrupt and having to pay 2 euro on arrival for a plastic cup on arrival. Which you either keep or when you've finished drinking you hand back to one of the bars and are handed back a token for you to use next time.
Transfer from airport was described as 1hr.
Thanks to the EES system we were on the bus 3hrs and hadn't even left the airport as we were waiting for other passengers to get through.
so ended up taking an Uber.
Return to airport the bus was nearly empty and due to the few stops and traffic took well over an hour so I'd definitely recommend booking a private transfer or Uber which takes 20-30 minutes

Our stay at the Beverly Hotel in Majorca was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tiago, who instantly made us feel at home. We were visiting to celebrate my son’s birthday, and Tiago went above and beyond to make it truly special. He even took some time to engage with the boys, creating such a fun and memorable experience for them something we’ll always appreciate.
Tiago is an absolute credit to your team friendly, genuine, and clearly passionate about what he does. He really made our stay extra special, and you should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing your hotel.
The rest of the staff were just as wonderful always helpful, attentive, and smiling. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm, welcoming, and relaxed.
The Beverly Hotel itself is fantastic a perfect place for families, celebrations, and making lasting memories. We left with full hearts and big smiles, already talking about when we can come back.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Majorca it truly exceeded all our expectations!
