We just finished our stay at this hotel. Before coming here I was very worried about the bad reviews. Now after that it seems to me that those reviews belong to another hotel. First of all the quality-price ratio is very fair. You can't pay €200/night all inclusive and pretend like you paid €500. Very kind staff. You can benefit from early check in and late check out since you are a club member. Clean room, very comfortable bed, superb view. The food is not exceptional but it is good and it is clean. (The only thing that bothered us is the curry in the food. Europeans don't like curry!!) The pools are clean and it is very nice. I saw tourists who made bad reviews because there are seagulls on the terrace. 🙉 Of course, you are by the sea. Good people love animals and try to protect them

The food was very varied and delicious. The hotel was very close to the beach, the shopping area, and the bus stop. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There could have been more sunbeds, but overall, the outdoor areas of the hotel were well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. It was a nice gesture that champagne was served to the room as a birthday surprise.
As for the downsides, unfortunately, the only good thing about the room was the sea view. The beds were very noisy and too firm. The cleanliness was definitely inadequate. The elevators were very slow. It was frustrating to have to wait in line at the bar for water after 6:00 PM.
However, overall, we left with positive feelings.

This has been an excellent family holiday and we Woolf come back again. The provision of gluten free food was brilliant at the 3 main meals (could do with improvement at the snack bar as nothing labelled and only bread provided by the bar). Having 3 pools to choose from was brilliant and kept the children very happy.

Beautiful location, beach pristine, rooms on website are deceiving, they are tiny, sockets hanging off the wall. Cleaning staff lovely. Food options got better through the week. You have to get your own knife and fork, staff don't clear tables enough, build up of plates, customers are all bringing plates themselves to trolleys. Don't leave food unattended outside, seagulls will demolish it. Pool bar blonde lady, has a horrible manner. Tennis court and crazy golf area awful. The grounds otherwise are lovely. Pools lovely. Music all day which we didn't like. Went to beach instead. Expensive drinks similar to Ireland. Lift system absolutely horrendous, better off walking down.

David in the animation team was the best person ever, he always made us feel welcome and as if we were lifelong friends! I was very impressed with him and his service and help! I would come back just from his entertainment and service! The hotel itself is lovely however the pool bar for all inclusive should be open until midnight!!!
