Stayed here for 1 week, amazing location, most of the rooms look at the sea front, loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance, you’ve got to try Badal corner, their burgers are amazing, prices and quality are very good for the area.
The pool area is always immaculate, along with the eating areas. Staff are amazingly attentive and polite. Some Jokers reserving sunbeds is a bit of a headache and the pool staff DO NOT remove towels like they should after 40mins, not one towel was removed during my stay and they’re were loads of beds taken with nobody even going near them all day!
The food is good, breakfast and dinner were the best for us, evening meal seemed slightly less appealing…? The main restaurant staff work tirelessly to keep tables ready but seemed understaffed, always playing catchup setting tables and even at times plates left on tables, again not enough staff I think.
Rooms!! Rooms are way too small, just ok for 2 people but anymore and it’s a struggle, our 3 lads share a room as it was very tight in there with 3 beds. The walls are a joke! If you like to hear your neighbours coming in at ungodly hours and then listening to every conversation including kids singing then these rooms are for you! Doors slamming constantly as they are not soft close and the aircon could do with a service as it’s not very powerful. Room cleaning was brill and was left clean and tidy with fresh bedding and towels everyday.
Overall a really nice, clean hotel, decent quality food and tidy throughout, lifts are not very good so be prepared to get some steps in, the gym isn’t very good either but just made do with what was there…needs some attention, and more weights!
Staff amazing but the whole thing was let down with not getting a good nights sleep for me I’m afraid, wouldn’t come again just for sleeping issue, even with earplugs it was a broken nights sleep with people talking and coming and going out of rooms.

I spent my vacation here with my wife a few days ago, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The hotel has a great location, as well as a beautiful beach and sea. The food and drinks selection are excellent, including a variety of seafood, so everyone can find something they enjoy.
All the staff members were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only thing we didn't particularly like was the evening entertainment — out of the 10 nights we spent there, only one show was interesting.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation with rate 9/10.

Reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried before coming here, especially about the food but don't be put off! We thought the hotel was great - the location is incredible, right on the beach and everything about it was so chilled and easy. We were all inclusive (never done one before so admittedly nothing to compare it to) and the choice of food was fantastic, and something to suit everyone, although probably less so for vegetarians, and every meal was just so tasty. We loved the cakes too, and also the chefs cooking and serving from the grill. There were also snacks available throughout the whole day.
I don't get people's reviews of the plastic cups, it's really no big deal and no possibility of any glasses being smashed near the pool areas. These were clean and well set out and the pools were really lovely too, with one being open until 8pm. There is also a lovely garden to watch the sun going down.
Staff were friendly enough and helpful when you needed them to be. Maintenance staff seemed to be always working too, you really can't fault how hard everyone was working actually. Rooms were cleaned well and the fridge and air con were really good facilities.
We had a really amazing holiday here, loved the hotel, the beaches and the resort in general- great for families with little children too as the sea was shallow near to shore, beautiful clear water even when you went deep. What's not to like!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, and every member of staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Maria José, who was simply amazing. She was always happy, kind, professional, and incredibly informative. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding service made a huge difference to our holiday.
We would also like to mention Anna from the animation team, who was full of life, energy, and enthusiasm every single day. She was one of the best staff members we have ever met while travelling. Her positivity, friendliness, and ability to get everyone involved created such a fun atmosphere and made our stay even more memorable.
