All in all for the price you pay this hotel is pretty perfect; the staff are so lovely and helpful, all areas of the hotel are very clean I.e toilets, rooms,communal areas,restaurant,bar & pool area. The pool is very cold, however, even on hot days. The food is primarily carbs with various sides; rice, chips, pasta.. chicken fajitas, lamb, turkey.. salad available for all meals plus fruit, bread, tea, coffee & fruit juice.
Deposit for cups for all inclusive drinks(1euro) can be refunded after use. 5 minutes walk to the beach front where there are plenty of Spar shops, restaurants, cocktail bars & more! Our main downfall was the lack of entertainment. Our holiday landed on a bank holiday and therefore we only had 2 genuine nights of entertainment.. the 3rd night was a gent charging euros to take 360 videos of you with pals.. also different staff would give different answers to information regarding entertainment.. again, might be because it was a bank holiday. All in all though it is a lovely, friendly, clean and welcoming hotel and would definitely recommend!

Clearly, this hotel does not care about its guests or their comfort. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here if you want to enjoy your vacation.
The air conditioning did not work properly at any point during our stay. On the very first night, we reported the issue and asked for a solution. We were basically told, “There is nothing we can do, you’ll have to sleep in the heat.” After a terrible night’s sleep, we spoke with the manager the next day. When I politely requested a refund or even a partial refund due to the inconvenience, he literally laughed in my face.
I have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel before. The manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel small for simply asking for a reasonable solution. After that interaction, I chose not to complain again and endured the lack of air conditioning for the rest of the week because I did not want to deal with him anymore.
The only positive aspects of this hotel were that the food was decent and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming.
The worst part of this experience was not even the broken air conditioning, it was the way management handled the situation. Problems can happen at any hotel, but treating guests with disrespect and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just came back from this place We stayed at this hotel as a family of 12 and booked 4 rooms. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The food was okay, with enough variety for everyone in our group.
What stood out most was the staff, especially the team in the bar. They were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which made a big difference to our experience.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a lovely beach. If you enjoy walking, you can continue along the coast all the way to Sa Coma Beach, which is a beautiful walk.
The only slight downside was that there didn't seem to be much entertainment for children during our stay. We're not sure if that was because we visited in May, before the busier summer season.
Overall, we had a great time. If you're looking for a good hotel in a great location and don't need anything luxurious, you can book this hotel with confidence. It's a solid choice for families and anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxed holiday.

We like BLUESEA hotels because they offer great value for money. For a relatively low price, you get quite a lot in return, making the overall cost-to-quality ratio very good. The food was decent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
A small downside is that the hotel does not have a large private parking area for guests with cars. Another minor issue was the shower, as the water temperature kept changing every few seconds, making it difficult to set it to a comfortable level.
Overall, a very good budget-friendly hotel and a solid choice for a stay in Mallorca. 👍🏻🏨☀️

People complain about the food. I paid 230 pounds for 4 nights here. 2 people all you can drink and three meals a day. Now I wasn't expecting much but I was literally wondering what on earth people had to complain about. Good variety, rice, fish, stews, chicken, pork, breakfast had everything you'd want or need, all tasty, they have pastries cereals full English toast etc. There was nothing to complain about. I think people are just too picky to be honest. I sat next to a woman who said the rice is bland. Boiled rice. I had to get up because I was sick and tired of people's attitudes. Anyway, the staff are lovely. I locked myself out, the reception gave us another key immediately telling me not to worry, I said I'd pay them for the service, receptionist waved it off don't worry bout it it's fine he said. How kind of him!!
The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels changed. There was one socket in our standard room so take a plug with more than one charging slot. You get them off of temu for 1.20. if you need more you can get a little plug that you can attach three of them to for 80p.
Spacious, showers are great not to harsh not too light, always hot water. It's very close to the beach as well so you have restaurants and everything you need on the beach front. I couldn't complain about anything. My second time here, I miss it to be honest because you do get attached to the staff when they serve you every day. Planning on going back in a couple of months.
