Considering the price and the services offered, I was very satisfied! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the beach. The food is varied and can satisfy both those with simple tastes and those who are more demanding. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a great plus during hot days.
There are a few things that could be improved: adding refrigerators in family rooms, making these rooms a bit more spacious, and ensuring the balconies are safer.
Overall, it’s a good hotel for the price, and I would definitely recommend it!

Oh boy… where do I start. I’ll start with the only good thing: it’s cheap. Now that I’m done explaining the good parts, let’s move on to the real deal.
The pictures are a huge bait — they do not match reality.
They took photos of the nicer areas to make it look decent.
The moment you enter the hotel, you’re hit with a huge stench of mould.
The room I was given — 504 or something — was absolutely atrocious. Even more smell of mould, with mould present everywhere. The walls were contaminated with yellow mould, and you could barely stay in the room due to the smell.
The furniture in the room was old, and the paint was falling off.
The inside of the drawer had names written by previous occupants, like ghetto graffiti.
Now, I will clarify that I speak native Spanish, so there could be no language barrier between me and the staff.
I went down to reception requesting a new room because the one I got was in shambles. But no new room was given because, according to them, there weren’t any available.
They offered to clean it — which I knew wasn’t going to result in anything, because that room needs to be stripped and rebuilt. That’s the only thing that would fix it.
Their “cleaning” was the equivalent of pouring bleach everywhere on the floor to mask the mould smell… a pathetic attempt to deceive the customer.
Even the ventilation area on the ceiling was fully covered in mould.
This is a huge health hazard — how are they allowed to do this?!
As much as the staff sweet-talked me and spoke nicely, in the end I was given no new room and no solution to the disgusting mould problem.
I am sure not returning to that place ever again.
You know what they say: “A smart man learns from his own mistakes, BUT a wise man learns from others’ mistakes.”
For the love of God, be a wise man and avoid this hotel like the plague.
I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters than this hotel.
PS. The food was horrible too…**

Very good location. Rooms clean with daily cleaning. Only bad thing about the rooms is that in my kids room, they found ants and we went to reception, we were just given a spray which shows there have likely been other similar instances since there was a solution ready. The waitresses were lovely and so good with kids. Our 6 year old loved them and grew attatched to them by the end of our trip. She always made sure to give them a big warm hug everytime she saw them.

I just finished my stay at this hotel.
I have mixed feelings about this one. I really loved that beach and sea is just minute walk from hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops are close too so that’s a big plus.
Elevators are terrible. You have to wait long time for it.
Food is simple but tasty. I really enjoyed some desserts. Coffee is not the best and I was disappointed in that as I’m coffee lover. I personally dont like wine or beer and it was the only drink that was included for all inclusive drinks. I had to pay for cocktail.
Cafeteria is busy and really really loud.
Guests are way to loud and you can’t enjoy your meals in peace.
Rooms are mostly clean but a little bit old fashioned.
Bathroom was clean but hand soap dispenser is far from sink which is weird and not comfortable to use. I think there also should be hair conditioner and shampoo, not body and hair wash 2 in 1. I had to buy my own stuff.
Balcony is fine but there should be line with pegs to dry clothes and towels form beach.
I think there also should be iron for clothes.
Photos of dirty bed frame.

Lovely hotel.
Quiet.
Not many kids, more for adults going out to the nightlife. But a lovely quaint little place for a couples week away to celebrate wedding anniversary. Right next to the beach and bars. Cheap too.
The staff are amazing.
So friendly and happy to help. Yes you are only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner, but you can still get coffees and juices free with all inclusive.
The staff are all so lovely 🤩🤩🤩🤩
