My friend and I were staying at another hotel near to Sa Coma but we had an awful experience at that hotel so booked the Blue Sea Gran Playa for the remaining 4 nights of our holiday in a junior suite apartment.
The junior suite apartment was absolutely perfect. We had a ground floor apartment with a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool area. It was lovely and quiet. The apartment was very spacious with one bedroom, bathroom and lounge area with a small kitchen area with a fridge , large tv with lots of channels and coffee machine. There were plenty of sunbeds which did not need reserving. The apartment complex was separate from the main hotel so to get alcoholic drinks you needed to go over the road to the bar for a beer etc. You needed to pay a €2 deposit to get plastic cups for all inclusive drinks.
The apartment complex did have its own drinks areas with soft drinks, tea, coffee and pastries through the day.
The all inclusive food was very good with lots of choices...meat, fish, pasta, salad, vegetables, cheeses, fruit and puddings. The restaurant staff were very good, kept replenishing the food and keeping the tables cleared. The food was fresh and hot.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we felt very welcomed when we checked in.
Evening entertainment was a mixture of a kids mini disco, bingo, karaoke and live singers.
The complex was in an ideal location from the beach, shops and restaurants on the main front of Sa Coma. Sa Coma beach is beautiful and 'picture perfect' with sun beds and parasols to hire (very reasonably priced for the whole day).
We would definitely recommend this hotel / apartment complex for a holiday for couples, friends and families.

Great Location.
Rooms were lovely and clean and very spacious.
Pool area - lovely pools, loads of space around but a major lack of sunbeds for the amount of people there. Lifeguard there from 10am but spent most of their time on their phones and felt they weren’t watching the pool!
Staff at reception, bar, restaurant and entertainment team were very helpful and friendly- big shout out to Younis from the entertainment team who got everyone involved.
All inclusive- food was just ok, very random dishes which didn’t really go together.
Snack bar very poor - left over pastries from breakfast or ham and cheese sandwich.
Drinks - good variety of soft drinks but spirits were very weak and cocktails were not included in the all-inclusive.

Exceeded expectations.
Stayed 5 nights in May 2026, we were after a budget short break in the sun. We were very impressed with this hotel considering its a 3 star.
The rooms, pools and hotel itself are spotless, you can smell the cleaning products as you walk through the hotel. The all inclusive food was excellent for a 3 star rating, yes the options can feel repetitive but that's generally the theme of most all inclusive I have found. We mostly eat chicken/fish and salad so its ideal for us.
Beer is san migeal, lovely and cold. Wine slightly watered down but I didn't mind that, could drink more then. You can also get cold water on tap.
If you have young kids who are fussy eaters you will struggle with the food options, my son would have hated it if he came. But the food was great for us.
I would most likely stay here again, its in a great location, 5 mins to sa coma beach, 25 to cala millor and a lovely walk the other way to Silliot.
Excellent value hotel and a higher end 3 star (in my opinion).

I have found the staff - FANTASTIC! Alba, Theo, and Valentin and Alex at the bar have been amazing people. They are friendly, will help with anything they can and have made this vacation truly special for me and my group of friends.
I will remember this place and the people we have met forever. 💚
The reception staff, are polite and lovely, and the hotel itself is a very clean place.
The location is good, there are shops, a large supermarket (Carrefour) and restaurant/bars within 5 minutes, walking. The beach is 10 a minutes’ walk, and there is a nature reserve for hiking close by!
I am very very happy.
