Excellent value for money: A great deal at £600 for 14 nights AI, including transfers and carry-on.
Room (308): Clean, spacious, light, and airy, featuring a large rectangular balcony/terrace. The mattress was comfortable, However the pillows were terrible.
Amenities & Location: Good provision of hangers, mini-fridge, safe, and TV with spare HDMI & plenty of sockets. The hotel's location is ideal: 5 minutes to a great beach, promenade, and a large supermarket.
Food & Dining: Food was adequate; I always found something to eat, with wines and beer on tap. Dining was hectic due to no outdoor area, which I managed by eating 30 minutes before closing.
The weather was hot and sunny for 90% of my days.
The Major Negative: The bar experience was ruined by tiny plastic cups (around 1/3 pint), requiring constant trips to the bar. This issue spoiled the AI bar vibe for me. It would be so much better if they used pints for beer and soft drinks.

Absolute nightmare stay. Manager was so rude and unpleasant trying to bully a middle aged women shouting at her for using the wrong door when we were not informed. Food was awful I would not feed it to my dog. There were flys around all of the self service drink machines. Literally as you pour your drink flys will fall in. The snack bar is not snacks is sweaty ham n cheese every day. It is not accessible as there were no ramps to use the bar or snack bar for the pram. No kettles in rooms. 1 euro charge for glasses. No bottled water. You have to buy this at a €3 charge. Promised to be able to extend check out time and was not allowed. Left with nowhere for out 15 month to rest or to change him for the whole day . Overall beautiful island. Terrible hotel. Woukd go back to the island. Woukd avoid this hotel at all costs. The only credit I can say is the entertainment team. Jaun who was in charge of entertainment was a credit. And I hope him all the best in the future he was amazing

So high stars but only 3 stars.
The hotel was a little tired but perfectly fine. It was an end of season visit after all.
Check in was very quick. The staff super polite with no exception.
Guessing as it was end of season the entertainment was very in house with lots of bingo..I guess its for some but not for me. The Animation guy did well though and tried very hard to make a good show. 10/10.
Bar staff very good. I did see one chap being rude to a lady behind the bar. It appeared she was not allowed to say something to the rude chap, German suprisingly - dont normally find rude Germans.. or I havn't anyway. I have always found them to be lovely people. He got told by me though.
The pools were clean. Again end of season so a little on the cool side. My son said he entered with two testicles and left with none.. haha.
The location is super well placed.
Now I move on to the negative.. and sorry, its a biggy. The food provision was very, very basic. On a few days a chef prepared food freshly grilled at the top of the restaurant and that was very good. But heck, the average provision was just not up to any standard. Again, it may have been due to end of season so running down the stocks.. but still.
To quantify the food - after a few days we had our breakfast in the hotel but then ate out even though all inclusive.
So, again, Staff literally 100%, accomodation 75% due to the mattresses requiring a new season change, very clean, animation 100% for effort, location 100%, food... well I guess you can expect this.. 20%. Look.. hotel... if your running low put a pizza bar on or a while you wait stir fry? Guests would much rather queue a little for freshly cooked than stuff left out - and your mash potato? Is that powdered made up - Awful. Maybe lob so cheese and parsley on it to camouflage it. Seriously - cook it more fresh and allow people to wait a little - it would pay you dividends.
Would we return? Yes, but BnB.

Just arrived and gone to the bar to get a drink, we paid for all inclusive and do not bring cash (we don't tend to leave the hotel but have a credit card for if we do and emergencies). Been rudely refused a drink as you have to PAY 1 EURO to use a reusable cup?! Had we of known this before leaving then we would have made sure to bring some cash. Very disappointing first impression.
Now left the hotel and can say that 80% of the staff are very rude. There is nothing to say that you need to bring cash with you to this hotel but every time someone questioned the 1 euro cup, the staff were rude and dismissive immediately. Sandra, I think her name is, had the attitude from hell. The food is okay, we've had better and we've had worse. It was also never advertised anywhere that it's a non smoking hotel, so you don't find this out until you arrive. If you smoke, prepare to have to get up and leave your sun bed every time you want to smoke. The area the hotel is in, is lovely. There are lots of shops and bars near by and the beach is a short walk. Bit disappointing that you had to pay a deposit and then a per day charge to have a kettle in the room, so each morning we had go wait for the restaurant to open for breakfast before we could have a coffee. Rooms are quite nice, water pressure awful.

We have just returned from this hotel and had the most wonderful time . The staff were friendly, hotel clean and great location. The food was good so much choice apart from the desserts which were very repetitive and not much choice .We did have an issue with our transfer which didn’t turn up at the location messaged. When going into reception told me tell them I was told the transfer coach was up on the main road as they had called the hotel (shame the man on reception couldn’t of just told as this as we were sitting by the stairs at the front of the hotel . This caused untold stress and a €100 taxi journey which my friend was very unhappy about and she ended up having a heated argument with the man on reception. But I will I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and it so deserves five stars. Thank you we will be back
