Exceeded expectations.
Stayed 5 nights in May 2026, we were after a budget short break in the sun. We were very impressed with this hotel considering its a 3 star.
The rooms, pools and hotel itself are spotless, you can smell the cleaning products as you walk through the hotel. The all inclusive food was excellent for a 3 star rating, yes the options can feel repetitive but that's generally the theme of most all inclusive I have found. We mostly eat chicken/fish and salad so its ideal for us.
Beer is san migeal, lovely and cold. Wine slightly watered down but I didn't mind that, could drink more then. You can also get cold water on tap.
If you have young kids who are fussy eaters you will struggle with the food options, my son would have hated it if he came. But the food was great for us.
I would most likely stay here again, its in a great location, 5 mins to sa coma beach, 25 to cala millor and a lovely walk the other way to Silliot.
Excellent value hotel and a higher end 3 star (in my opinion).

I have found the staff - FANTASTIC! Alba, Theo, and Valentin and Alex at the bar have been amazing people. They are friendly, will help with anything they can and have made this vacation truly special for me and my group of friends.
I will remember this place and the people we have met forever. 💚
The reception staff, are polite and lovely, and the hotel itself is a very clean place.
The location is good, there are shops, a large supermarket (Carrefour) and restaurant/bars within 5 minutes, walking. The beach is 10 a minutes’ walk, and there is a nature reserve for hiking close by!

Rooms were excellent and the facilities good. Two pools, a restaurant and a bar. It was all-inclusive; the food was mostly great, lots of variety and tasty. There was some entertainment, even in April. THEO on the entertainment team particularly was super friendly. They were pretty accommodating for a gluten-free diet, having a menu that we could chose from, made specifically. As well as the stuff for everyone, which was labelled with allergens. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a few nights with my family,
Location is ok, there's plenty of shops and restaurants. A short train ride or transfer to calar millor.
Hotel is lovely and clean, beds was really comfortable.
Entertainment team was very good. Special thanks to theo for making our time enjoyable.
All the Staff are lovely and friendly.
Food is standard 3* but picky eaters would struggle unsless they like chips, but the alcohol is great. Music is good. There is a lovely vibe.

Just on my last night here, after a 12 night stay. I did AI & the rooms were bright ample and well equipped for what we needed. You could get other items to rent if required. Room had hair dryer / fridge / comfy beds & a balcony / pool view. There are two lifts, to get you to all levels if you worry about access regarding mobility. Housekeeping are very helpful / friendly & made sure we were well prepared with fresh towels & bedding throughout our stay . Food was well prepared and a variety to suit all diets. Honestly the staff in there are constantly on the go. To make the experience nice for everyone.
Front of house - reception staff are approachable & nothing is a trouble to help you with what ever you may need.
The pool area is extremely well managed by the bar staff. Who are also very welcoming & made my stay a very relaxed one. They all work really hard to make sure the outside is presentable & the tables and loungers are ready to be used. There is a pool table/ table hockey / popcorn machine / teddy grabber machine all outside the bar. The Entertainment is fab for all ages / bingo / kids segment / live acts / archery / rifle shooting.
The location is fab, as you can walk to a few smaller villages & the bus route is literally 2 seconds away to get to places like Cala Millor / Porto Christo / Cala Bona / Palma & the airport. Not to forget the beach is a 5 min walk away. There is a little zoo / supermarket / water park all close by.
I travelled with my teen daughter & we were made to feel really welcome. I had my apprehensions by previous reviews. But honestly this is a no brainer just book it! I know I will be back, whether that is with family or with friends ☺️
