Everything was perfect! The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely and always helpful. Special mention to Vladimir, who speaks excellent French and makes guests feel truly welcome with his warm attitude. Theodor was also very kind and professional – thank you! The pool snack bar is really good, making it easy to enjoy the day without worries. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Wowza... I don't want to tell you about this gorgeous apartment block because once people know about it it's going to be full haha. Seriously wonderful staff firstly, the apartment was vast and four us four ladies wltge one bedroom apartment was ample lots of space, even if a little lacking in wardrobe space for those using the sofa beds, we managed for five days no bother at all just sharing the wardrobe space in the beautiful spacious bedroom. The beds were great really comfortable, as I was assured we're the sofa beds. With black put blinds we all slept well. Although spot inbetween Magaluf and Palma Nova, it was peaceful and serene, even though there was a daily pool parties at neighbouring hotels it didn't affect us. The showerroom: Yes there was only one for four ladies however, we must be so compatible as once again it was never a problem AND OH MY WORD... THE SHOWER!! powerful and hot for absolutely all of us... There was never a scramble to get in first to steal the hot water... It was just always there no matter what time of day it was! The kitchen was small and to be honest we had no intentions of cooking anything.. We made coffee and tea... The fridge was big enough to always be well stocked with water and mixers for those duty frees we brought through... No ice box though.. So no ice. The Balcony... Lordy lord!! One word Magnificent! So big.. we had a dance and the view... Breathtaking.. And secluded from our neighbours too! Just Fabulous to sit morning noon and evening with a cocktail or glass of wine or indeed a morning coffee.. So beautiful. The Area. Literally 8 minutes walk to Palma Nova a (doable for us one of us recently had a knee replacement! ) short steep hill to get to the flat right hand turn off towards PN (Magaluf within reach too but we preferred PN) and lovely little walk. Palma Nova beach beautiful, sandy and the sea so accessible and great for adults and kids alike. The sun loungers 12€ each but so worth it for us. The Spar is close by.. Don't forget bucket and ice for prosecco, wine and sangria!! Evening was the same walk to some pretty special restaurants.. The Olive Tree and Si Si are not to be missed the food is fabulous, Steak & Turbet were my choices and generous portions too... And, you get to see inside kitchens!! Party time was had at Prince William Karaoke Bar which was great fun! All in all a relaxing fantastic holiday with a super duper apartment!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I would especially like to mention Vladimir who was always friendly and did his job exceptionally well

Great hotel, nice views, spacious room. I booked a trip to magaluf with my friends, we was so happy to realise we was a 3 minute walk to the strip!!! So the location is good if you’re heading down to the strip if it’s more of a party holiday. The food was really nice too. And the rooms were clean however I did have a bad encounter with a security guard/ cleaner he was a small man around 5,4, Indian man. who came and knocked the room around 3am and asked if there was anyone in the room with us. We said no and he came in, he whispered and asked if I could come to room 411 with him alone. This made me feel very uncomfortable and he deserves to be sacked. It’s lucky my friends were in the room because I don’t know what could have happened. So if you do book stay away from the Security guard!!!

Went back after a year to visit this beautiful hotel just to see Vladimir..He remembered us. Quick visit and was worth it just to see him. One of the nicest reception agents in Palma Nova.
