The location is good, about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
The rooms are clean, although they are quite old and in need of renovation. The most important thing is that the low price reflects the condition of the accommodation.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a playground and a swimming pool in the center of the complex, and sun loungers are available for guests.
I cannot comment on the food, as we did not use the dining facilities.
Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. We did not leave the doors or windows open, yet they still seemed to find a way in, and there were quite a few of them.

We stayed for 11 nights and the place was really nice, room was lovely and clean other than a few cockroaches that visited us every now and then. Food was good. Staff was helpful and lovely. Maria Antonia being the absolute best in that place so friendly fun and nice full of energy. Definitely would come back. Location is good a small walk to the main strip of shops but really lovely.

It's an ideal place for families with children. The staff is very attentive, professional, and friendly. The place is clean and well located; many things can be done within walking distance. The restaurant could improve its dishes, but that’s just one point that could make the experience even better. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We'll be back! Thank you!

We stayed at Mariner club apartments and had a lovely experience from start to finish.
First of all, you get exactly what you pay for it’s affordable, clean, and great value for money. The food was good, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming.
A couple of things really stood out for us. While at the airport on our way over, I realised I had accidentally booked a studio with two single beds. We called the hotel and explained the situation. The receptionist was very polite and said they might be able to help us the following day, which we completely understood.
However, when we arrived at 3am, we found they had already rearranged the beds into a double for us, complete with a decorative swan made from towels and a fresh flower on the bed. It was such a thoughtful touch, especially considering the mistake was entirely mine when booking.
A special shout-out to Bruno, the entertainer. His energy every night was fantastic. He made a real effort to interact with guests, remembered people’s names, and created a fun, friendly atmosphere with his jokes and enthusiasm.
One thing we noticed throughout our stay was how all the staff seemed like one big family. They were genuinely kind to one another, and that positive atmosphere carried through to the guests as well.
The receptionist also gave us recommendations on where to hire a car and even checked in with us when we returned, which was a lovely personal touch.
We asked if it would be possible to have an extra hour before checking out and, although I understand this depends on availability, it was arranged without any fuss and handled very politely.
The hotel is great for families and couples alike. with a swimming pool, kids’ play area, small arcade, and plenty of food options available throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was also a great selection of cocktails and drinks.
Overall, a wonderful stay with staff who genuinely care about their guests. We would happily return.

I went in a little skeptical on how the rooms would be based on the previous reviews I had read, but surprisingly had a very good experience at this place. The rooms were clean, AC working well, a clean kitchen with all basics provided like utensils, dish soap, and a clean bathroom. For a 3 star hotel, the room was quite good. The only 2 problems we had was that 1. There were a lot of mosquitos that wouldn’t let us sleep at night. We first thought that there was really not much the staff could do anything about it, but when we finally asked the hotel staff about this 2 days into our stay, by when the mosquitoes were bothering us too much, they gave us a mosquito spray that actually worked. So if you ever face the same problem, please ask the staff/someone in the reception, they will actually help.
2. Another problem was that we could hear noises of movement from the room above us. It was very disturbing in the night as the sounds were loud and would sometimes wake us up. But fortunately this happened only on one night out of our four night stay. Maybe taking a room in the second floor might prevent this problem.
Apart from that, the staff were really kind and approachable, there were some activities that would happen at the restaurant/bar every evening and on 2 night, I think friday and Saturday, there was karaoke where actually a lot of people who stayed at the place participated and enjoyed. It was very nice to watch. Definitely had a much better experience at this hotel than expected.
