We came here for a week stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, we made use of the access to the small cove at the bottom. Seaview rooms are available when booking (i would highly recommend booking one) The pool is large but very deep with limited shallow areas.
The hotel is located near bus stops, taxi service and 'The Square' around the corner where many pubs are. The beach is only a short five to ten minute walk away.
We didn't book for breakfast as we choose to eat out. The hotel is located near two main supermarkets and mini mart shops.
The rooms are basic, but we knew this when booking. They are spacious though with a small kitchen area and large balcony.
The cleaners came every day with clean towels and once in the week to change the bedding.
The floor was mopped and bathroom cleaned regularly.
We cannot fault the cleanliness and attentiveness of the cleaners everyday. The pool was cleaned every day and access to sunbeds was pretty easy (most days).
We requested to be on the same floor with the rest of our family which was easily organised at check in.
The only floor we had was the safes. They are located in the Reception area so we chose not to use it. We were however informed by the receptionist that no problems have ever occurred with the sales (we are just used to having one in the room)
All in all it is a clean, friendly hotel in a fantastic location with great views of the sea and yachts nearby.

Lovely hotel. It’s not new, but very clean. The beds are so comfortable! Amazing sea view 💗
The food was good enough (remember it’s 3*), nothing special but always fresh. We never had an upset stomach, I appreciate it.
The pool is amazing, my children adored it, especially diving at 2.55m 😁

We have had the most amazing stay at TRH Jardín del Mar Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away, including shops, restaurants, beaches and stunning views. Right next to the hotel is a beautiful little cove where we went snorkelling and saw so many colourful fish. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and perfect for families.
What really made our stay special was the entertainment team. My children had the best time every single day! From free ice cream treats and fun arts and crafts to water polo and all the other activities, there was always something to keep them smiling.
A very special mention has to go to Sandra, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. She is so warm, friendly and full of energy, and she made every activity so much fun. My children absolutely adored her, and she went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and happy.
Thank you to everyone at TRH Jardín del Mar for giving us such a wonderful family holiday. We’ve made memories we’ll treasure forever and can’t wait to come back💙

We had a wonderful time. The staff was always friendly and helpful, specially the Entertainment Team (Sandra and Victor). The room was clean and spacious. The children have loved the pool and the Kids Club. I liked that, there was every evening some special Mallorcan food and of course international menu.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! 🏨 The location, with its stunning views and beach access, was perfect. The hotel itself was spotless, and the pool area always had plenty of sunbeds. ☀️ The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. While the room was a bit dated, it was very clean and well-maintained. The food quality was good, even if the selection wasn't vast. I'm definitely planning a return visit! 😊🌊
