Very nice and friendly hotel at a reasonable price on the Abu Dhabi beach. It offers plenty of snorkelling and diving opportunities, so you definitely won’t be bored.
The hotel itself is nice, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The offering of meals is very rich and suitable for vegetarians as well. However, the highlight of the stay was the staff, especially the entertainment team with who are going to make your stay an even more joyful experience - thank you guys, and especially Pasha who really put that extra value to our experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful, which really made a difference throughout our stay.
A special highlight was the animation team and the New Year’s Eve celebration. It was perfectly organized, full of great energy and truly unforgettable. You could feel how much effort and passion went into making the evening special for everyone.
Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We stayed at this hotel from 4 to 11 January and overall were very satisfied with our holiday. However, there is one huge drawback that, in my opinion, the hotel management must address in order to make guests’ stays more comfortable.
We were constantly and very intrusively disturbed by service sellers on the beach. It even got to the point where the same massage therapist approached me to joke about why I was sleeping on the beach, woke me up, and tried to force me to buy his services. Later, this same person did not leave us alone for two days, constantly harassing us both on the beach and around the hotel grounds, despite the fact that we repeatedly asked him not to bother us.
The same applies to excursion sellers, who are extremely pushy and give false promises (for example, a “99% chance of seeing a dugong” of course, no dugong was seen either the first or the second time).
Unfortunately, the “Do Not Disturb” signs are not available for everyone, and as a result these sellers completely ruined our holiday and overall impression.
On the positive side:
The hotel territory is large, clean, and very beautiful.
Dinners were tasty and varied. However, lunches and breakfasts were quite limited and repetitive.
The rooms are good, fairly spacious, with a comfortable bed.
The staff are generally friendly and pleasant.
Special thanks to the security guard Mohammed, who was polite, kind, and shared a lot of useful information with us.
Another major downside is the very limited selection of drinks in the main restaurant: the self-service machine only had 7Up and Pepsi, as well as coffee and water — that’s all. Yes, waiters would come and ask if you wanted something to drink, but then they could disappear for 10 minutes or even forget about you entirely. Why not create a separate drinks area where guests can approach and request a drink on the spot, as is done at the bar?
Upon arrival, we were not even escorted to our room — we were simply pointed in a direction, which resulted in us getting lost. Another significant minus.
A plus for the tasty menus in the à la carte restaurants and the variety of seafood.
I am not sure whether we would return to this hotel again.

What a fantastic oriental dream !!!
This was our first trip to egypt and honestly said, we didn't expect too much but what we found in the Hilton Nubian Resort Marsa Alam exceeded all our expectations by far.
We're frequent travellers and experienced many hotels all over the world, the Nubian Resort caught us from the very first moment.The smiling staff, the wide variety of delicious and tasteful oriental dishes, the green lush gardens and the privacy on your terrace is absolutely tremendous...the new years eve buffet and show...the wonderful reef just in front of the hotel made this a wonderful and memorable stay for our family.
We are still enjoying every single minute here and will definitely return next winter, the weather is steady sunny and warm.

As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I usually choose Hilton properties for both family and business travel because of their consistent standards and loyalty recognition. This stay at Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort was a mix of positives and frustrations.
The location is truly exceptional. Abu Dabbab Beach is one of the most beautiful bays in the area, and the hotel enjoys a privileged position directly on it. For this reason alone, I would consider returning, despite the issues experienced during our stay.
Service, however, was inconsistent, especially at check-in. The process was confusing, with multiple wristband changes and unclear information about inclusions. We were initially told that some items were complimentary, but later they were charged and never properly resolved. Loyalty recognition was minimal, which is unusual for Hilton.
Upon arrival, despite being a family of four, the room was prepared with only one bed for the children. To be fair, once reported, the staff fixed the issue within a few hours, which we appreciated.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor throughout the stay. I needed to handle a few work-related matters and had real difficulties due to the unstable and slow connection—something that should be improved, even in a leisure resort.
On the positive side, the beach staff was attentive and helpful, and I particularly appreciated the animation team, which was discreet, well-organized, and never intrusive. The buffet offered good quality and variety, while à la carte dining remained poorly explained in terms of what was included.
Overall, this was an experience of highs and lows. The natural setting and beach are outstanding, but service organization, communication, and loyalty recognition are below Hilton standards. With better training and clearer processes, this resort could truly match its incredible location. I will return with my family to enjoy again the beach.
