I recently stayed at this hotel in Egypt and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay.
The hotel’s atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, with great facilities and attention to detail in every corner. The food options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The pool and beach areas were spotless and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, everything was truly outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel resort. We had previously stayed two years running at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm el Sheikh and loved the quality of everything. At considerably less cost, I can honestly say this hotel is a fantastic resort in every way. The buffet restaurants that had fewer choices than Rixos, had excellent food with plenty of choice daily. Barbecue each night with a different offering added to the many dishes available in the restaurants. The staff at the Waves buffet restaurant are extremely efficient and very likeable. Lovely people especially the manager (sorry I can't remember his name), Muhammed, Youssef and the other staff. The restaurant is run incredibly well and provides something for all tastes. All drinks, even though local, were very acceptable. The draft beer was excellent. Wine...very drinkable. Gin and Tonics tasted like Gordon's.
The room was immaculately clean as were the common areas and gardens. Everything was maintained to a high standard. Plenty of sun loungers available around pools as well as on the beach that was kept very clean. All of the staff at this hotel have a great attitude which ensures we will be booking again for next November.

The overall experience was okay, I would say that the level of service from the staff was largely dependent on how much tips you provide even if when staying on an all inclusive basis as we did. The location is good with a lovely private beach/ reef, which is probably the highlight of the hotel. The buffet restaurant was decent and there were lots of varieties of food. The 3 other restaurants including Mexican, Italian and Indian were okay but nothing special. I don't think I would return but I would recommend this hotel for people who want to snorkel and swim in the sea.

We just got back from a week at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had such a great time, and honestly, everything was just super.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was always smiling and ready to help. They really made us feel special.
Our room was perfect. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a great view. The bed was really comfortable, and housekeeping did an amazing job every day.
The hotel facilities were also top-notch. We loved the pool area and the beautiful private beach. It was the perfect place to relax. The food was another huge highlight – there was so much variety at the buffet, and everything we tried was delicious and fresh.
Overall, we had an amazing and super fun vacation. The whole vibe of the hotel was just positive and relaxing. We would 100% recommend Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We can't wait to come back

Mohamed Samy from the canteen was so polite and friendly and absolutely nothing was to much for him. To see all the staff running around none stop but still give you the time and quality service was exceptional...
There was a mermaid bar we visited alot and mohamed from the bar was such a nice guy and waited on us all the time, whilst keeping busy.
Pools where very clean and plenty of places to sit and chill. Our room was kept very clean all the time.
All around a solid 8/10 and will most definitely returning soon.
