This year we returned to Tropitel and brought 24 of our friends with us. We came back with great pleasure because we already knew what to expect. It is a wonderful resort with friendly and welcoming staff.
The food is varied and delicious—you will never go hungry here. The cleanliness is impeccable, which is very important to us. We have nothing to complain about.
Thank you for everything, especially for the warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will gladly recommend it to others in our country!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families with children. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout our stay.
A very special thank you to the animation team for their outstanding work and energy. Their involvement with the children was truly exceptional. They made every day fun and engaging, ensuring that all the kids felt included and entertained.
Our children especially loved the evening activities, including the face painting, dancing, and games with the animation team. The nightly disco was a highlight of the holiday, and they looked forward to it every evening with great excitement.
The animation team’s enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication helped create unforgettable memories for our family. Thank you all for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to return! 😊

We had a very positive stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
As a vegan family, we really appreciated that vegan options were clearly marked. The restaurant staff were always happy to help, and they even arranged an extra vegan dessert when there was none available on the buffet. The food overall was varied and very tasty.
The guest relations team were also excellent and regularly checked whether guests were happy or needed any assistance.
The hotel is especially good for families with younger children. The kids’ club is available throughout the day, and the children clearly love the staff.
Activities and animation are not really our thing, but there was a good variety available and guests were warmly encouraged to join in without feeling pressured. The evening entertainment was varied and often very funny.
We chose the location based on reviews of the house reef, and although it was not spectacular, it was still one of the highlights of our stay. We made a point of visiting it daily and really enjoyed the opportunity to snorkel right from the hotel.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service, good food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and the bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
The location is perfect. The dining options on-site were fantastic, offering a great variety of high-quality dishes. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the genuine hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing time and that all our needs were met. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. 10/10, highly recommended!

We are one week into a 2 week stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh and it has been excellent so far.
The standout feature of this hotel is the Staff. All are super friendly, attentive and will go out of their way to help.
Special mention should go to the Main Pool swim up bar staff (Mohammad and Ahmahad) and Lobby Bar staff (Saed and Joseph).
The entertainment team also work tirelessly throughout the day and evening; again special mentions to Didi and Patricja.
The pools are excellent and again the lifeguards ensure a great experience. The adult pool is for over 12s only, this is policed by your wristbands, as a family with older children we really appreciated this. There seem to be plenty of sunbeds, prime locations do get taken very early (7-8am), but again lifeguards will prevent beds being reserved and unused for too long.
The hotel is kept really clean, again the staff are key to this (cleaners, gardeners and in the restaurants).
Unfortunately we did suffer a little with 'Egyptian tummy' after a few days, but the guest relations were really helpful, offering advice and even sending a 'sick meal' via room service.
Our room cleaner (Yousef) was also extremely helpful, even providing more drinks and making an egyptian tea for my partner when she wasn't feeling great.
Food in the buffet is ok (not the best I've had in a 4/5* hotel). But there is plenty of choice. I preferred the a la cartes (Italian, Mexican and Indian) each you could use once per week. But both Mexican and Italian could be used for lunchtimes throughout.
Overall a great hotel that I would happily recommend to others.
