I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were always polite, friendly, and attentive — truly exceptional service. I would like to give a special thanks to IBRAHIM at the reception for his impeccable professionalism, worthy of a 5-star hotel, and to MUSTAFA at the pasta station, who prepared amazing dishes every day with love. Overall, the entire hotel team deserves a perfect score.
The rooms were luxurious, spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean. The hotel offers a romantic atmosphere, although small touches like candles or LED lights could make it even more cozy. LED candles are completely safe and help create an intimate ambiance without any risk.
The Snack Bar was, without a doubt, the best spot: wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere, with an incredible view of the beach. The beach lunch was the highlight of my stay — cuisine rated 10/10, with a perfect environment and outstanding service. Everything was prepared with dedication and love.
At the buffet, local spices were present in almost every dish, and desserts were somewhat repetitive, but the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian and Asian ones, were outstanding.
The beach and central bar are excellent — always clean, well-maintained, and serving cold drinks. Guests were also very respectful, creating a calm and pleasant environment.
An important note: the hotel has two buildings, one old and one new, so it’s worth confirming in advance where you will stay.
One area for improvement is the sale of services, which I found excessive even with the “red flag” system. Some services are expensive; perhaps if they were more attractive, they could generate more revenue without affecting the guest experience.
Overall, a fantastic experience — with a few small adjustments, this hotel can become truly exceptional.

2nd time at kaisol romance and was a great time we had on our 4th wedding anniversary. Room was kept lovely a clean throughout by the fantastic muhammed. Was was excellent every day and we visted all the restaurants too, staff are lovely espeically muhammed from the italian restaurant and outside bar during the day ( have a nice 10 days off)
We stayed in the seaview room and was lovely although we did expect a room overlooking the entertainment but still very much a lovely veiw on the sea. But have both agreed we prefered our last room in the new building over looking the pool as its quieter but thats just how we like it.
Kaisol romance is a lovely hotel with lovely staff and well worth a visit if you just want to relax and swim with fish and eat great food. Weather in novemeber time is perfect 26c to 30c and sunset about 4.30pm heat still around 23c to 25c at night but with a nice cool breeze.
Cocktails at kaisol are great and when the staff get to know you i can guarentee your drink will be made before you sit down. The spa and massages are fantastic we had 3 each and defo hit the spot and used the spa in the evening when the sun went down lovely and quiet with barly any people around the pool.

Our stay at this prestigious 5-star luxury resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality, making us feel special and truly valued. The room was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every luxury we could imagine. The highlight was our private pool, which added an extra touch of exclusivity and romance to our honeymoon.
The all-inclusive food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste. One of the most memorable moments was our romantic dinner on the beach — it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary honeymoon cake, a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. We truly felt like royalty, with every detail taken care of. The resort also offered exclusive perks for honeymooners, which made our stay even more memorable and unique.
Overall, the entire experience was beyond our expectations — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and romance. This resort is a dream destination for couples, and honeymooners can never go wrong here.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful hotel. The beach is stunning and one of the reasons we returned having visited Egypt many times and stayed in many of the hotels in Sahl Asheesh, this is by far the best beach with easy access to the sea.
The food in the restaurants and buffet is of good quality, cooked to perfection, with plenty of variety. The addition of some snacks eg potato chips and peanuts would be a nice touch. All the staff are fabulous and go out of their way to make your stay special. We will definitely return and have recommended the hotel to many of our friends that are regular visitors to the area. Thank you once again for the perfect stay.

I stayed in a Deluxe Sea View room, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great — especially the shower, with a strong water stream and perfectly heated water. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly throughout my stay, and overall, I really enjoyed the room.
The beach is beautifully sandy, and you can easily walk into the sea without needing water shoes. The water level is just perfect — you don’t have to go far from the shore to enjoy a good swim, which makes it really relaxing and convenient.
The beach bar service is excellent! The staff are attentive and friendly, and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink by the sea. I only wish they served some snacks on the beach as well — that would really take the experience to the next level.
When it comes to food, everything is always delicious. Whether at the main restaurant or the specialty ones, the quality and taste are consistently great — especially the Italian and Lebanese restaurants, which were our favorites. The desserts are also surprisingly good, something you don’t often find in most hotels.
We were also celebrating our anniversary during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a lovely cake and beautiful room decorations, which truly made us happy and added a personal touch to our celebration.
