We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, good time of the year to go, not too many people so it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was super lovely, clean and tastefully decorated. The food was great – lots to choose from, nicely presented (some of the displays were amazing, very talented people!) and cooked well, there were always chefs on hand to cook certain dishes while you waited. It all tasted great. The desserts were ok but although they looked beautiful, very arty they didn’t really taste of much but there was always something yummy to try.
All the staff were brilliant, helpful, friendly always smiling and really looked after everyone.
A special thank you to Sameh who cleaned our room every day, it was always immaculate and well stocked, wonderful – thank you.
The outside area with the snack bar and five other restaurants, is clean and well kept, it’s also where the evening entertainment takes place. We did have difficulty booking with the other restaurants, you make the booking on a booking system and they were always fully booked. You either have to try first thing in the morning (early) or very late at night. However, we got a table at the Italian and the food was amazing, we had the risotto with chicken and it was truly delicious – compliments to the chef!
The beach is right opposite the hotel and is beautiful. Loved staying here, would definitely go back and definitely recommend. Although it would be extremely busy in the height of the season. Thank you KaiSol.

Just spent a week at the KaiSol Resort Hotel which was our fourth visit in the past four years and I have to say each and every time we’ve been it’s been brilliant! Everything was perfect and this was down to the incredible staff at the hotel, from Mohamed on reception who arranged our transfers,our room and keeping the room on to Mo at the restaurants (especially the Indian restaurant) and a very special mention to Amir, the pool waiter who kept us hydrated throughout the day, every day whilst there. The most pleasant and friendly guy you could ask to meet, they all make it so special for you. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but felt that it would be an injustice if I didn’t the place and people here are absolutely first class and I cannot recommend this place more highly. Thank you all for all you did to make our stay the best holiday😎😎

We had an amazing stay at KaiSol Romance Resort and honestly can’t fault it.
The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the whole resort felt calm, safe, and very well looked after.
The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Svetlana, who was more than helpful every single time and made sure all our requests were fulfilled without any issue.
All our requirements were met, we felt very well cared for throughout our stay, and it was clear that guest comfort is a real priority here. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve been around a bit - and we know what exceptional service looks like. The people taking care of you here are just superb. It’s very rare to see EVERYONE on the (big) team working this well. Restaurant staff, bar staff, beach team, cleaning g, anyone in a company uniform - all fantastic. We know our five stars (we’ve been around a bit and only stay in 5 star resorts / hotels) but I have to say, this level of service delivery was off the scale.

Reception staff could have been more friendly on arrival and departure. Staff in the bars, restaurants, pools and beach all do an outstanding job of making you feel at home and welcome but Reception staff lacked in their friendliness. Also in our room we had two side lights next to the each side of the bed these hang low from the ceiling with glass lampshades on them. On our first night not being aware of his surroundings my very tall husband knocked one when removing his top it swang and smashed. It was cleaned up and replaced but nothing was said about a charge for this until we checked out 9 days later. I didnt mind the charge to much but explained how it happened to the Reception staff and that maybe they need to adjust the length of the hanging glass shades as it is an easy thing to happen if someone tall changes next to the bed but he didn't seem bothered. Staff around the hotel in restaurants bars pools and beach are all lovely and welcoming and the food at this hotel has been the best food ive had from a hotel in egypt. The entertainment wasn't so great new year was a disco and singers most evenings there were singing acts or live instrumental music but they weren't great acts sang wrong lyrics to songs or played instruments out of key very little in the way of entertainment. Cleanliness was ok but could be better and condition of furniture in the room could be better. Glass around balconies pool areas should be an area of improvement with more cleaning. Had the best food but not much else for me to want to return.
