I recently stayed at KaiSol Romance Resort for a short trip, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views, relaxing pools, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding.
A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or just a quiet retreat, KaiSol Romance is the perfect place. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share our experience because it was really disappointing.
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and we were so excited, but everything just went downhill the moment we arrived. The room they gave us was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the sink was broken, and the room looked nothing like the photos online. It was supposed to be a pool view, but there was no view of the pool at all!
We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a swim-up room, just so we could stay somewhere half decent. And guess what? The toilet stopped working too.
We called room service to ask for an iron, and we waited for more than 4 hours… and it never came. No one followed up. Nothing.
The reception staff were honestly not helpful at all, and really rude. We waited around 2–3 hours when we arrived just to get our room, and they said it was because of “honeymoon decorations.” It was literally just five balloons. That’s it.
The only one who actually tried to help us was the manager – he was kind and did his best. But the rest of the staff, especially at the restaurant and beach bar, were just not doing their job properly.
One thing that really upset me was how they treated foreign guests better than locals. We tried to order something from the beach bar at 4 PM (even though it’s open until 5), and they told us they were closed. Then a few minutes later, they were serving drinks to some European guests like nothing happened. I honestly don’t know if that’s racism or just bad service.
We had such high hopes for this place, but it really wasn’t worth the money at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – and I honestly feel like the only reason it gets good reviews is because of travel agencies pushing it.

The new room we were given does not have a bad smell. Sink is mounted, the shower has warm water. The toilet works as desired and as you’d expect. View from the balcony is okay, too. We’re making progress. There’s no Internet in the whole Egypt, it’s not the fault of this hotel. The reservations for the á la carte restaurants can be done now manually, without internet.
More Pro have been added:
• People who work here will try anything to find solutions.
• They will try to make you feel like home at all costs, they’ll always greet you with “Welcome Home”.
• They all speak English, but many also speak German.
**OLD**
CONS:
• Our bathroom smells bad, just like some canalization. I’m not joking.
• The sink is not mounted, it can be easily moved.
• The shower in the bathroom has no warm water.
• You can’t flush the toilet always.
• We don’t have any internet access. WiFi is offline. If I did not get an eSIM before coming here, I would have been doomed - and offline.
• If there is no internet, no á la Carte reservation is possible.
• Our room is way too far away from anything here. We have to walk for a long time to get to the restaurant or to the lobby. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a room closer to all that.
• 08.07.2025 16:45, Hotelroom is locked up. Door is not opening and we are waiting for someone to come we have already called to open the door to our room.
PROS:
• There’s bottled water. Everywhere.
• There’s antiseptic everywhere.
• The food is good, tastes well, looks fresh.
• The servants are always there when you need them.
• The ocean is clear and clean.
• The beach is clean.
• The hotel room looks clean.
• The hotel overall looks clean.

No doubt KaiSol is an amazing resort with attention to the smallest details. The location is perfect with a stunning, white beach in a quiet sector of the Red Sea. Sahl Hasheesh feels very safe and is great to walk around. You won’t get harassed anywhere, including the resort. If you get approached by salesmen they’re not persistent when you politely turn their offer down.
The strongest point of this resort is for me the food, service, and intimacy. No industrial sized pools and buildings give it a cosy and detailed vibe. The servers and employees are attentive and friendly. The food is of the highest quality. My partner and me were cautious for food poisoning and didn’t have any issues at all!
One point of improvement might be entertainment and music. The main pool plays the same exact handful of songs every day. More variety might be better. I get the same impression about the entertainment.
Overall greatly recommend this resort! I would definitely return.

Kaisol Romance Resort proved to be a lot more than expected. Firstly, the room was spacious, clean and had great Wifi which was important for my stay given I worked as well. The restaurants were amazing with great quality and variety, especially during themed nights. The beach fantastic with plenty of sunbeds for all guests. Lastly i would like to thank Ramadan our valet, Raafat our beach waiter, Denise the restaurant waiter and both Svetlana and Dasha from customer relations who made our stay memorable.
