Our second trip to this lovely hotel, lovely pool and beach. Food is lovely and cooked well. Bar staff are lovely and so friendly. The animation team especially are trying so very hard to get people do join in but not many want to! But we love karaoke and they made a point of putting it on three times for us! Great team. * food (large selection)
When I read that someone complains about the small selection of food, I find it unbelievable. Are these people kings and princesses or what?!
* spacious room (pool view room)
* neat environment (grass, trees...)
* sunbathing area at the pool
* animation team very friendly
* security guards very friendly
* lifeguards at the pool monitor the pool non-stop and are very friendly
NEGATIVE:
* people who have access to the room search the pockets of jackets and clothes inside the wardrobe.
I don't wear expensive jewelry or a lot of money, and I also do not leave anything valuable in the safe because it can be opened very easily.
But it is very unpleasant to know that personal belongings are searched while you are not present in the room.
* the preparation of breakfast outdoors is great. But as soon as the working hours are over, food server leaves… leaving the food unprotected… many birds (small sparrows and large black birds) land on that food and start eating.
This is disgusting and very unhygienic!
I sincerely hope that these leftovers are not served again later.
I heard that several people got severe food poisoning.
Hygiene in food preparation seems very, very poor.
* some employees are very unfriendly. I know it's not easy for them, they hard work all day, but a smile or just a word "thank you" or "here you go" should be the basis of tourist workers.

Staff in general are pretty miserable. Bar staff were a little rude and the staff in the restaurant area were better. The receptionists were a little abrupt and brash in their responses. The tour reps, however, were very pleasant. We had problems with our hot water and we had to mention almost every day for the first 3 days. Also, our room only had 2 available sockets, which meant we had to move lamps and the kettle around the room. It was pretty ridiculous. They sent a multi plug extension lead to our room to fix the problem! The food was very good, breakfast was the same every day, but the choices were good. Don't bother booking Ala Carte, personally I didn't enjoy it. However, if you want some ambience and some quiet time, then go for it. To mention the spa, well, the manager wasn't the best at communicating and his customer service skills are questionable. We had an issue with my friend's privacy not being respected. At the time of booking and before we went for our hamaam experience, we made it clear that men and women are to be kept separate. During the treatment, there was a male staff walking around (places where we are walking around in underwear). My friend mentioned it a few times, and then it became a point that she had lost her patience and quite rightly so. The manager tried to blame her and made it out we were not clear, which was a complete lie. It was a very upsetting experience for her and no apology was given to her by the staff in the spa. She complained to main reception and they weren't sympathetic to start with, and then having spoken to 2 or 3 managers later, they came to a point to understand her complaint. We had a lovely holiday, but just found Paraoh Azur difficult in terms of their customer service! Not a hotel I would return to.

Top notch location with swimming pools, private beach and life guards. Top notch service except reception staff. Food was bland, vegetarian options were non existent. However, restaurant staff was accomodative and tried their best.
Room service staff and other staff members were very supportive.
Rooms were basic and several teething issues with bathroom and hot water.
Wifi system needed re-registration everytime devices went out of range.

My family and I stayed here for our autumn vacation for 6 nights, and everything was just perfect.
The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and something new every day. Everything was always fresh and delicious.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also want to highlight that my daughter uses a wheelchair, and all the facilities were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was entertainment every day, and the hotel’s territory felt like a green paradise in the middle of the desert — beautifully maintained, clean, and full of life. The beach was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
The reception team was wonderful and helped us resolve any questions quickly and with a smile.
Honestly, I tried to think of something negative to mention so it wouldn’t sound like a fake review — but I really couldn’t find anything! Everything exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to the entire hotel team — you are truly amazing! You provided excellent service and made our vacation unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again soon.
