Good value for money.
Overall, everything was pleasant. The stay was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely prepared.
The reception team was welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth.
The beach is really nice for swimming, especially from the pier area — a lovely spot!
The main downside was the long queues almost everywhere — at the reception bar, the beach bar, the pool bar, and in the restaurants. It was a bit frustrating, especially during busy times.
Also, there was no drink service available in any of the areas — guests had to queue, which added to the inconvenience.
Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve service organization and staffing to reduce waiting times and enhance the guest experience.

Amazing hotel .. staff are so friendly and helpful always service with a smile . Food always hot and good variety.. rooms always cleaned and refreshed everyday.. big shout out to Ahmed Allah (waiter) .. everyday was there with a smile and always ready to deliver .. the spa team are amazing people .. the management team gave amazing service also.. great family hotel.

Our second time coming to this resort and its just as fantastic as the 1st time. Staff are always friendly and can't do enough for you, they go above and beyond to help. The animation team are amazing and get everyone involved they even manage to get the shy kids out of their shells and more confident. The entertainment is great an varied each night, the Arabian nights event and beach party were excellent they really set the scene for great holiday memories. Rooms are well equipped, cleaned and linen changed daily by a friendly staff member who is more than happy to help with anything you need.

Great value for money, lovely service but very old hotel
I would like to give a big thank you to the reception team for their excellent service. Special thanks also to the bartenders at the pool and beach bars—they were both outstanding and truly made my stay more enjoyable.
I had an unfortunate experience with a member of the guest relations team—the woman with black hair—who was quite rude and demonstrated very poor communication skills. This negatively impacted my overall stay.
Additionally, the animation team did not perform at their best. They lacked fairness and did not give equal attention to all guests, which was disappointing.

The pool, garden and beach area were definitely the highlights of our stay—both were beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Our room was clean and spacious, though a bit dated.
Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but I wouldn’t recommend going for the all-inclusive option. The buffet dinners were very low quality and quite disappointing overall. There is an à la carte option available, but you need to reserve it by 10am the day before, which isn’t the most convenient, especially if you're staying for 2-nights which would make it impossible to make a reservation, unless someone cancels.
We tried the Italian restaurant as part of the à la carte offering—the food was slightly better than the buffet, but still not great. That said, the atmosphere there was much more calm and quiet, which made for a nicer dining experience.
Overall, it's a decent place if you're mostly looking to enjoy the beach and pool, but I'd skip the all-inclusive next time.
