My family and I stayed here for our autumn vacation for 6 nights, and everything was just perfect.
The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and something new every day. Everything was always fresh and delicious.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also want to highlight that my daughter uses a wheelchair, and all the facilities were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was entertainment every day, and the hotel’s territory felt like a green paradise in the middle of the desert — beautifully maintained, clean, and full of life. The beach was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
The reception team was wonderful and helped us resolve any questions quickly and with a smile.
Honestly, I tried to think of something negative to mention so it wouldn’t sound like a fake review — but I really couldn’t find anything! Everything exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to the entire hotel team — you are truly amazing! You provided excellent service and made our vacation unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again soon.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and I especially enjoyed the beach area and the easy access to the sea.
The only downside was the music on the beach. It was the same playlist every single day, which became repetitive after a while. A bit more variety would really improve the experience.
Other than that, everything was great and I would happily return.

Good value for money.
Overall, everything was pleasant. The stay was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely prepared.
The reception team was welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth.
The beach is really nice for swimming, especially from the pier area — a lovely spot!
The main downside was the long queues almost everywhere — at the reception bar, the beach bar, the pool bar, and in the restaurants. It was a bit frustrating, especially during busy times.
Also, there was no drink service available in any of the areas — guests had to queue, which added to the inconvenience.
Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve service organization and staffing to reduce waiting times and enhance the guest experience.

My experience at this hotel was simply wonderful! 🌸 Everything was beautiful, well taken care of, and created such a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I was treated in the best possible way, which made all the difference during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

For anyone ending up in this hotel save your money and don’t give anything at the reception, it’s just not worth it!
I’m giving this place 2 stars only for the coral reef in the sea, which is absolutely stunning and the only thing worth seeing here. Everything else was far below expectations. The reef is a natural wonder, not something created or maintained by the hotel.
Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was very disappointing.
When checking in, I placed money(20€) inside my passport. I spoke with one receptionist, but another (Yehia Muhammed) rudely interrupted very impolite and unpleasant. I asked for a room on the first floor, but got one on the second. My boyfriend and I were given two single beds, even though we were a couple. We stayed two weeks, and although I love Egypt, this hotel made the trip a nightmare. I even spent my 30th birthday there, which I now regret deeply.
The room had ants, even in the bed. Water pressure was awful barely enough to shower. Hot water switched unpredictably between freezing cold and boiling hot, and I almost burned myself several times. I ended up washing with the small tap below the shower. When I reported this, they sent a man who didn’t speak English and made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me inappropriately.
One night at 4 a.m., someone entered our room by mistake an employee who confused it with another. It was terrifying and unacceptable.
The food was poor and repetitive. For a one-week stay, it might pass, but for two weeks, it’s unbearable. It felt cheap and reused leftover grilled meat appeared in next-day dishes. We ate outside several times, but guests aren’t allowed to bring food in, which was frustrating.
At the pasta station, you can choose white or red sauce with extras like garlic or mushrooms. I asked for both and got one single slice of mushroom in my pasta.
My boyfriend, who doesn’t like onions, always ordered a plain cheese omelette, but they used the same pans without cleaning them. So even if you asked for no onions, you’d still get them. Those pans were used for hours without washing completely unhygienic and dangerous for anyone with allergies.
The bar was another disappointment. No proper cocktail menu, and drinks are badly mixed way too much alcohol. My boyfriend’s cocktail was disgusting. When he ordered beer, the keg ran out halfway; they replaced it and kept pouring into the same foamy glass which was dirty, with bits of lime inside. One night I got a glass of wine with a chipped rim thankfully, I noticed before drinking.
In the mornings, most coffee cups were dirty, and I had to check several before finding a clean one. Staff used the same gloves to wipe tables and set cutlery, which is far from hygienic. The dining area is too small, so we often waited standing with our plates until a table was free.
Most of the staff were rude or indifferent. Customer service is clearly not a priority.
However, I must mention Laila from the beach the only truly kind and warm-hearted person there. She’s full of positive energy and made me smile every day. She has a big heart and absolutely deserves a raise!
On our last day, I spoke again with the same rude receptionist and asked for a late check-out (2 or 3 PM instead of 12 PM). At first, he wanted 50 euros for it. Fortunately, his colleague a man in a grey shirt who seemed to be the manager told us we could stay until 2 PM for free. Suddenly, the rude receptionist turned polite and even smiled, but only because the manager was right beside him.
Avoid this hotel if possible!!!!!!
