The pools have been amazing. We’ve tried every single one the bars and the staff are so friendly. The cocktail bar is so cheap compared to back home in the UK there is pool. There’s a TV for watching the sports. The hotel rooms are really nice the Aircon there’s a TV for people who don’t want to go out in an evening time and watch movies. The nightlife the staff. I cannot say a bad word about them and I would definitely recommend it’s friends and family.

Very good hotel with great staff. We stayed by the regular pool and built up a good rapport with the lifeguard, Moumen, as you can see in the photo. He always kept the area clean and was ready to help with anything he could. The staff overall were really helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
The only negative was that the extra services were offered quite frequently, even after saying no. However, it’s something you can cope with.
Overall, we had a very good holiday!!

Horrible experience here. One of the main pools and biggest pool was closed this was not advertised when booked or information shared prior to arriving. When we arrived reception staff were not welcoming. Didn’t give us any information about anything.
Food is vile does not cater for everyone. We had to pay for decent food in the end. Drinks are disgusting and warm. Lived off the bottles of water from the room.
Snack bar is not a snack bar only chips on offer and cut up sausages from breakfast.
Pools are dirty and not cleaned regularly they do not have a filter pump pool cleaners come and empty material bags throughout the day. Tiles that dirty you can write on them.
You feel like cattle on a farm in the restaurant.
À la carte is once restaurant per trip and only food is included have to pay drinks. The Italian is lovely and we ended up paying for their food as the restaurant was horrible and stinks.
The lifeguards and the vitamin bar staff were the only positive of the trip. We paid for the all inclusive option with them worth every penny. Drinks are cold and fresh the staff and lovely and welcoming

Hotel has been run down and requires an uplift, it rates as a 4* but far from this. Loose cracked paving slabs and numerous trip hazards located on the foot paths. Gardeners work hard but continously spraying what smells like sewage on the grass- from morning to night, so quite often a very strong smell of sewage lingeres in the air, it does pass, but not nice to smell.
A few safety hazards such as poor wiring inside and outside the hotel, fire alarm in our block is literally hanging off the wall with wires exposed. Live loose wires outside the hotel which are mains wires and pose a serious threat to health- I have first hand experience of this!
Hotel management are useless and arrogant. Complaint made about the above, advised that as this was discussed with our tour provider and not the hotel, they are basically not interested and will 'eventually' deal with our tour provider, (5 days later and still nothing provided to our tour operator).
We booked a family room with 2 adults and 3 children, on arrival there was a double and 2 single beds, this took almost 40 hours to get resolved as constantly told there were no beds and their family rooms were catered for a family of 4. After days and hours of arguing we eventually got a "put up" bed in the room for our third child.
Food- The food is edible, but appears to be very repetitive. There are a number of al 'a' carte restaurants on site. These offer a 1 meal per 7 day stay for free, drinks excluded in this offer, the food is nice and reasonably priced to buy as a take out. 2 main restaurants on site, I found the beach bar restaurant to serve slightly better (BBQ) style foods.
Entertainment- very little in the way of any Entertainment or interactions with the animation team. Children's discos appear to be daily at the beach bar, but these dont start until 2130-2200 each night, this does not appear to encompass the animation team, more some music on a stage for the children. There is then a late night disco from 0000-0100 in the discotheque. Drinks are to be paid for after 0000.
There are an awful lot of staff who appear on commission and are continously pestering you to by goods, from the juice bar to Henna or Spas, this is relentless pretty much all day everyday.
Pools- a number of large pools around the hotel including a water park. The water park opens at 1000-1700, but does close between 1300-1500 in the afternoon. There appears to be a huge lacking in single and double rings allowing you to go on certain slides, no apparent system to stop individuals keeping them all day which stops others from enjoying the slides.
Sun loungers are in demand with witnessing people 'reserving them' from 1930 the night before, we got into taking towels down for 0600 ensuring we had somewhere as a family to sit during the days.
The lifeguards are however so friendly and helpful, checking constantly making sure your all ok and if they can get or help with anything.
We spent most of our holiday at pool/bar 3, the barman Farez was fantastic, spoke really good English and was extremely accommodating and helpful- maybe the hotel management should spend a day with him understanding what 'customer service' and people facing skills should look like. I can not praise this guy enough, he has been a legend!
This is our first time in Egypt and have heard some amazing stories about the holidays people have had here, outside of these issues it's been a nice holiday and not put us off Egypt, however I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come here, nor would I ever stay here again!
I have photos of all of the issues raised above and will be sending these to our holiday provider as well as seeking legal action once im back in the UK.

This place was great for us. The people and service are the best we've had for quite some time. I would definitely recommend this for families. The food is difficult for those with allergies, but that's always the case. The food service staff were always ready to help. The rooms are a little tired but everything is clean and any faults were fixed quickly with no fuss. The location is a little or of the way, but safe and secure. I would highly recommend booking trips before you get here, as you can specify what you get and contact the local reps while on holiday.
