My experience was really good. The food was nice and the drinks were good too. I had lots of fun at the swimming pools and played with friendly cats. The animation team was really friendly. Sam the tunisian guy was very kind, funny, welcoming, helpful, amazing and entertaining. He lighted up our whole experience with his big smile. The hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Samah was very helpful and kind. I really recommend this hotel for families.

Very disappointing stay – would not return.
This hotel is not as shown in the pictures and feels more like a one-star hotel. It’s very isolated, around 40 minutes from Hurghada, with nothing nearby. Cleanliness was a major issue: rooms were dusty on arrival, sheets not changed daily, bathrooms dirty with bad smells, tubs not cleaned, drains smelling, and public toilets were disgusting. We booked two rooms and both had the same problems.
Staff were aware of the issues but nothing was properly fixed, even after two weeks of complaints. Communication was poor and management did not seem to care. My daughter has asthma and immediately started coughing due to dust; the hotel showed no concern. Mosquitoes everywhere. Swimming pool was dirty and not maintained.
“All inclusive” is misleading – you have to pay for water bottles and Wi-Fi ($12 per week). Food choices were very limited, bland, and queues were long. Several restaurants were closed, and facilities felt segregated. Sea-view rooms have no lift and are far from the restaurant, unsuitable for anyone with disabilities; we were forced to downgrade our room.
Overall, unsafe, unhygienic, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel.

In general; i have enjoyed my time in there but would definitely like to highlight
PROS:
-Have many different pools (for adults and kids)
-Beach is good
-Enough place for everyone
-Food is okay and many variants
-"Employees are not too much disturbing" and always helping if you ask for smt
CONS:
-Hotel needs a big maintanance for rooms (AC is not enough strong, windows are not really closing properly, laundry is not very clean...)
-They have to find a solution for bad smelling at the some part of the restaurant and floors
As I said, we really enjoyed our time even though somethings are not okay for a 4star hotel. I can understand "the desert" conditions but cleaning is important.

The tone of the holiday was set at the airport when we were informed we had to pay $25 per person for a tourist visa. It felt off, and this wasnt helped by the total carnage and lack of explanation by the airport staff. My family was next in the queue and the visa cost was then changed to £25, when they saw our british passports. Again, no explanation as to why but more of a hurry up and pay. I handed over the money in Egyptian pound which was the equivalent according to the exchange rate I received in the UK but I was informed it wasn't enough and I was ordered to go to the cash machine and take more out. They refused to allow me to make a card payment. With the cash withdrawal, I am 100% confident they took more than required. Not even the customs officer could be bothered to help after speaking for minutes amongst eachother in their language. I arrived at the hotel with no issue however, WiFi was not included in the all inclusive package and again, was very deflating after having unnecessary money taken from us at the airport. The next day, my young children came across a smoothie/milkshake stand in the hotel close to the pool, the workers encouraged them over with high fives and the excitement of oreo milkshakes. The cost was €4 however, I was using Egyptian currency. The worker said he would charge 240 Egyptian but then started to talk about deals for 7 or 10 days, and how much fruit and smoothies "he would give a good price for". We made it clear we wanted to pay for the milkshakes only and not sign up for anything more but they were just not listening. Pushy salespeople is an understatement and really frustrated us. Having said that, the other guy at the counter then said the cost for 2 milkshakes was 560, which is more than 240 x2 the other worker told us, but at that stage, we just wanted to get away from scammers (within the hotel grounds). We were then harassed tirelessly by the spa and hair brading people which just downright annoying. There is only one heated pool in the hotel so we quickly realised that you had to the play the game of 6am wake up for a sunbed run. Lifeguards would take tips to move towels around which caused arguments among guests and when towels would go missing because someone else had sticky fingers, you would be charged for "lost" towels and told to look after your things more. One day my daughter and I got stuck in the lift, the hotel explained there was an issue with the electricity, further demonstrated by 6 more power cuts in the space of 20 minutes. Another day, another lady with her baby was stuck in the lift, confirmed by harrowing screams and a distressed child outside who couldn't get to their mum. Entertainment wasn't the best although, external entertainment was better on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Other days it was guest led and painful to be honest. Buffet was ok but got tiresome after day 3. Finally there was a guest relations worker who would come up frequently asking how your experience was but would just walk away when you told her how you were really feeling. Our room was very spacious but tired and daily about 4.30pm the hotel would spray fumes into the air that smelt like petrol and sounded like a lawnmower. Still not sure what that was.
I wouldn't return as they were just too money hungry.

We absolutely loved our stay.
My youngest son is severely allergic Chef Hany and Chef Sabhi were amazing,my son felt like royalty-personal chefs just for him.Hotel relations manager Ms Rasha had a meeting with me and we made menu for my boy. Allergies are taken very seriously at this hotel which made us very happy as this was my first time going all inclusive with my boys.
Upon arival i felt discrimination from reception staff just because i spoke english, only when i spoke russian to them they changed attitude. Reception is first point of contact for visitors and we shouldnt be made to feel that way.
Wi-fi is 1$ for 24h per device.
Prefared currency is Euro/dollar. Ofcourse can use Egyptian pounds, but it is better if you have cash in €/$ .
Holiday guide offers Egyptian Sim cards and tours.
Stunning hotel,hard working staff.
Very clean, daily cleaning services, upon request- laundry services.
Althou it stated that there are rides on the hotel grounds, half of them were closed for maintenance.
Food was amazing, great variety and tastes delicious.
Sarurdays there is Make tour own Pizza Workshop. My son really enjoyed it. My advise would be- use megaphone for instructions as it wasnt organised properly and we didnt know what we were doing.
Different services available by the pool, Fresh fruit and juice guys will loore you in with offers for your stay. Spa and massage guys walk around with offer too.
Before you travel please get mosquito repelent and some essential oils to deter them-eucaliptus,lavander,citronella. On hotel grounds there are few lil shops where can get oils, scarves (we bought for quads experience).
Each person has ALE-KART dining per stay. We chose Italian.
Every day there is shoping trip 5pm which is to the Souvenere shop.
