I would like to take the opportunity to say a very big thank you for making our stay from 6 - 13 February 2026. This is my second stay here and I came last year on my own and felt very safe, After such a lovely stay I brought 3 other friends to celebrate a birthday and it didn't disappoint. A slight blip at the beginning of our stay as we had booked 4 rooms, 3 delux and one promo and we wanted to be on the sunny side and be near to each other. They tried very hard to keep accommodate us and the next day with the help of Ahmed Abdelhamid, who is assistant front of house, and so very helpful. She spoke to Rewan Ayman, shift leader, who managed to change us all to be near to each other so quickly and efficiently and what a difference it made, his customer service was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help our stay a memorable one and I thank Ahmed and Rewan for their kindness. The week just got better and the reservations lady helped book our al a carte meal in the Lebanese Restaurant and ensured the table was decorated beautifully for a birthday celebration and the birthday cake was a lovely compliment to the meal and the food was delicious. The staff in the Beach Cafe where the entertainment was held in the evening were excellent and allowed us to reserve a table for my friend's birthday evening after the meal and arranged cocktails for the 4 of us when we finished our meal and the staff were exceptional too and they went above and beyond.
Mostafa Kamal was also a great Houseman and towel art was very creative and he cleaned the room to a very good standard.
I would like to also compliment the chefs and all the staff that work in the restaurants. The food is better than any Egyptian hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in many parts of Egypt and this hotel is by far my favourite by far with the quality of the food and service and they cater for any taste. The variety of choice is amazing. I now have to diet as the food was just too nice to resist and I will be back next year, my friends have also said they will be back again next year.
The bar staff were very speedy and excellent too to avoid queues and the heated pool was the icing on the cake!
Well done, the manager who was great last year is clearly doing a great job.
There are little shops outside the complex but not many and the pharmacy is also there. Everything you need for a fabulous holiday!

Unfortunately, this hotel disappointed me a lot and is very, very far from being a 4-star hotel.
Here are some examples of what happened:
We called reception to ask them to collect our clothes for the laundry, and they said they would send someone to the room. After 3 hours, no one came, so we went to reception to deliver the bag ourselves. At reception, the first employee told us we could only leave it the next day, and we explained that we had already been told someone would collect it that same day. Then we were asked to wait for someone from the laundry because that person had to check the number of items in the bag (there was no reason for us to wait there, as the clothes were inside the bag). Even worse, when the laundry staff member finally arrived, no one checked the number of items anyway.
There were many times when there were no glass cups available (because they were being washed) in the main dining room, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this size.
Often, the coffee machines were not working in any of the three available places (at lunchtime): in the dining room, the machine was being serviced; at reception, we were told it would only be working 30 minutes later; at the beach bar, we also had to wait 15 minutes. It is unacceptable that something as basic as coffee is not always available in any of these places when guests are paying for an all-inclusive service.
The elevator smells terrible – it is shocking that this is the first impression the hotel gives when guests arrive. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is not good - with dirty stairs and corridors. One of the elevators has been broken (apparently for several months, according to other reviews), which forced us to take a much longer route to reach our room.
The staff seem more interested in tips than in being helpful – they have a lot to learn about customer service. The bartenders are not friendly at all; guests are served in a rush and with very little attention, and they are not very polite.
I must point out that one lady at reception was kind and very professional – she stood out in a positive way. Apart from her, all the male receptionists were quite rude and always seemed annoyed when they had to do their job and answer our questions at reception.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel, as it has a lot to improve.

It would have been a 5 instead of 3, mainly because of the animation team, entertainment program, and the lack of toiletries refills, bellow is a list of detailed reasons:
1- The animation team wasn’t very active I only saw them a couple of times per day.
2- The animation team ran a lottery game where they handed out numbers and called ra dom numbers to decide winners, even though I was sitting right near the stage, I didn't receive a number, the animation team said each number in 4 languages, and none of those were in Arabic, which I consider this a bit disrespectful.
3- During my 5-day stay, the toiletries were only refilled once after I asked the room cleaning seevice team twice for a refill, the first time I was ignored, and the second time I was told that my room wasn’t part of his scope/area, but he gave thme to me.
4- The food was very good on only one occasion; aside from that, it was mostly average. I also made a reservation at the Italian restaurant, and it was so bad that I took one bite from the main course and left immediately because it simply didn’t taste good.
5- Although there are two landline phones in the room, neither of them works, so you have to walk to the reception whenever you need anything.
6- There was some small construction work.
7- I asked for two latte cops, at the bar, and the barista was super rood about and he even told me why would I need two cups and he only made one, I asked him a gain to make a seond cup, for refrence the second cup was for my wife, I think even though if the two cups were for me this is not justified to ask for a reson on why I need the two latte.
To be fair there were nice gestures from the resort team, as an example they sent apples to my room, filled my fridge with multiple cola cans and several large water bottles unlike most resorts I have visited they would give only two small bottles per day, we also got an early check-in at 11 AM, and one day in the dinner they offered one of tastiest shripms I have ever ate.
To further the reception team and the guest relations are super helpful and super nice.
So overall there both super good and bad stuff so the resort doesn't deserve 1 and doesn't deserve 5. I want to come again next year, and I hope what I hated here doesn't happen agin and I hope to see more about what I loved about this place.
Some people would say if you have an issue with a place you visited why would you go back again to the same place well my answer is this place has potential.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel is excellent. My stay has been very pleasant, and I especially want to thank Abdurrahmane, the housekeeping attendant He is incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference and made my stay even more comfortable.
The menu is a bit repetitive, but still quite good overall.

I enjoyed the trip very much. It's a bigger complex made for package tourism and it's located in the middle of nowhere. So it's focussed on lots of tourists and alcohol. If you enjoy drinking and animation it's the perfect hotel for you. But don't worry, it's not like in other places with super drunk people, everyone stays civilized and friendly.
Food is okay, a lot of different options but more like a cantina.
The staff is very friendly though and the beach itself is awesome.
Sea and water are amazing, crystal clear and you can go snorkeling right in front of the hotel where you can find a small reef.
Very good room service, perfect cleaning.
Mohamed was very friendly and helpful.
