We had an amazing stay at Titanic Beach Resort! Many thanks to the reception team for their kindness, cooperation, and quick response to all our requests. Everything was excellent and made our stay truly enjoyable. Our children had a wonderful time thanks to the clean swimming pools and aqua park. The friendly smiles and warm hospitality of all the staff made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE NO SEA SWIMMING AND HOTEL REUSING DIRTY TOWELS FROM FLOOR. The hotel has lots of old buildings and it is clearly dated. The rooms need a refurbishment and the showers are nowhere near 5 or 4 star quality. There is a big mosquito issue around the hotel, although the reception are able to send someone to spray down the room to kill them if necessary.
There is somethings a language barier as some staff at the front desk struggle to speak english, meaning that alot of the time you have to go down to the front desk to help explain what you require. The staff seem reluctant to help.
The aqua park is amazing and definetly the highlight of the stay. There is plenty of swimming pools which mean you have quite a substantial amount of space. However, the location of the beach means that around these summer months, the tide is far out. You have to walk almost a kilometer for knee depth water, which was a huge downside.
The restaurant food was not good. The food was the same for breakfast and lunch with minimal changes for dinner. This meant over our long stay, meals were dreaded. Staff who hand out drinks were also quite rude, and often took over 20+ minutes to give the drinks and by all that time the food was done. This ruined the experience.
The hotel entertainment was also dissapointing with shows and dancing lacking effort and excitement. They were often very boring. However, Tando was the best with real passion.
On a more negative note, towards the end of our stay we got suspicious of towels being reused as they began to smell, although we clearly highlighted the need for new towels by throwing them all on the floor. Therefore, we decided to put a patch of toothpaste on a towel we threw on the floor. We were horrified to see this same towel was folded up and put on the towel rack. This is very unhygenic and dissapointing. We all had been sharing towels without realising...
Half the reviews are fradulant my teenage son was coerced into writing a 5 star review. The animatuon team finds them and asks for review while watching. This hides the authentic reviews.

I keep coming back to this hotel over and over, and I can say that it is the best solution if you think about the relationship between the quality of the services and price. Regarding other reviews mentioning the bland food, I can say that we never had an issue, and there are plenty of à la carte options to choose from. We managed to eat only twice at the main restaurant, although nothing was wrong with the food. We just love international cuisine.
Regarding the Rooms, we stayed in 2 different types of rooms during our stay, and everyone was cleaned daily, with water and cola refills every day.
Staff are going above and beyond to help you and provide you with the best experience.
I will keep coming back to the Titanic Beach and Spa resort, and its staff really made me fall in love with this resort.

Fantastic hotel, perfect for families. Brilliant facilities at the aqua park, lovely array of food (particularly the desserts and the Egyptian themed menu on Friday). Some rooms are ridiculously far from the main area of the hotel - 10mins walk and the decor is dated. We had several issues with our room which took far too long to be sorted. Staff are very hit and miss; the bar staff seem disinterested and quite frankly rude but the waiters in the main restaurant are slightly better. Hotel is located close to the senso mall, airport and aquarium - an added bonus.

From the very first moment, you truly feel like a valued guest. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
A special thanks to Emad Mourad — a true professional. He helped us resolve all our questions quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. Thanks to people like him, the stay becomes truly carefree and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality, comfort, and outstanding service.
