Beautiful quite hotel, amazing territory with lots of flowers, outstanding landscape design!!!
Food is great. This is My 8th time in Egyps and so far Moreen is not Just to fill the stomach, but to really enjoy!
Personnel was very friendly willing to help with anything.
Room was spacious and convenient, we took "beach front" and it was the Best choice, outlooking the Red sea.
AC working good, Hot water, cleaning every Day.
Gorgeous "home reef" with lots of fish. Paradise for snorclers!

STRONG WARNING! Massive construction site, attempted fraud, censorship, and terrible tour operator!
My parents recently spent 14 days at the Concorde Moreen Beach Resort (the trip was organized by Coral Travel PL), and instead of a relaxing 5-star holiday, they experienced absolute psychological terror.
They deliberately hid the fact that the hotel is currently a huge construction site! Every single day, from 7:00 AM until late evening, there was unbearable noise from heavy machinery, excavators, and jackhammers right under their windows and across all hotel areas.
Nobody lifted a finger to help them. The Coral Travel delegate completely ignored the situation. But the most disgusting part was the hotel management’s behavior: they tried to scam my parents by slipping them a "Release Form" to sign, aiming to make them waive all rights to a complaint or refund. In exchange? A cheap bottle of wine and the exact same room they were already assigned at check-in! A pathetic, manipulative, and arrogant trap which my parents categorically refused.
To make matters even worse, the hotel actively censors its Facebook page, immediately deleting any comments from guests who dare to mention or warn others about the ongoing construction work!
I also strongly warn against the tour operator, CORAL TRAVEL PL. Now, during the official complaint process, they are acting incredibly arrogant, using cheap corporate excuses, and completely ignoring 1.69 GB of pure video evidence we provided.
Save your money and your nerves. Avoid this hotel and Coral Travel PL at all costs!

We've been in Egypt many times and I believe reviews are necessary because without them the voice of the tourist is likely ignored. So we liked staying in Concorde but for us it was not a 5star experience.
Good parts:
+free access to the pier also during the night. Nobody was insisting about guardian the sea if the lifeguard was off duty
+Chill vibe
Not so good parts:
-We asked for a quiet room ( we received a quiet area but the room was very noisy because of the outer AC fans/system). Our AC was closed. We upgraded with 10$/night to front see view hopping for better but the sound of waves was lower then the sound of fans from the hotel. It was like sleeping in an industrial area or in a plane with ear plugs. This issue was while the balcony door was closed. When opened the waves somewhat diminish the noise.
-this takes me to the second part which is about mosquitoes. We needed it to have the balcony door closed because otherwise it was impossible to sleep. Nobody at the resort sprayed anti mosquitoes or at least they were not efficient about it.
-The electric door lock kept making reset sounds every every time the power was down -> not nice to keep hearing a clank over and over again especially during night time. This happen more times that I can count.
-This is not vegan friendly resort. Most salad mix have meat, cheese or mayonnaise. No food was labeled as vegan so we ate the simplest possible. We came prepared for that with antihistaminic pills taken in advanced of our arrival 1/per day as prescribed. In this conditions we got a lot of red, itchy, raised dots, welts (hives)- check picture attached. This for sure was from food and of course we tried to eat vegan but this was clearly not succeeded. Not because we did not try but because most likely they were some additions to the food that we did not know about it (maybe some butter in the mash potato or unclean grill used also for vegetables... we do not know).
- we took a sign from the reception about "please do not disturb" for the beach vendors. The SPA and massage vendors ignored it and kept pushing the sale on us. Why give signs if the vendors are not instructed to let you be?
- we've got per room 1.5liter of bottled water per day. This is WAAAY too little. We asked for more and we were directed to the water dispenser. I feel that there is A LOT to be improved on this chapter. We do not consume anything else than water and 1.5l for 2 people is not a good, relaxed experience.
To conclude: this is NOT on a "must do again" list type of resort for us. We enjoyed staying here. This is why we left a 3 star otherwise, because of the noise and hives would have been less.

Our stay at this hotel turned out to be a true pleasure and a much-needed escape from everyday life. The atmosphere here is exceptionally peaceful and welcoming - from the very first moments you can feel that you are genuinely appreciated as a guest. The calm surroundings make it easy to relax, and the fact that the hotel is mostly visited by older guests is an additional advantage, as it ensures a quiet and restful environment without unnecessary noise. To top it all off, the hotel’s location is truly excellent - perfectly situated for both relaxation and easy access to everything you might need during your stay.
The staff deserves the highest praise. Everyone - from the lifeguards to the bartenders and all hotel employees - was incredibly kind, helpful, and never intrusive. As a family, we felt wonderfully taken care of, surrounded by warmth and genuine hospitality. Every day brought new activities on the beach or by the pools, adding charm to our stay, and the bartenders at the pool always welcomed us with smiles and friendly service.
Although the hotel has been around for some time, everything is well maintained and in excellent condition. The cuisine was truly delightful — delicious, varied, and enhanced by themed dinners that made each evening feel special. The waiters were courteous, cheerful, and consistently attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept impeccably tidy.
We would especially like to express our gratitude to Mahmoud, who took care of our rooms from 25.11 to 02.12 in buildings 16206 and 16208. Each day he carried out his work with great care and dedication. The small surprises he left for us added warmth to our stay, and he always made sure that everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable.
We were also positively surprised by the reception staff. On our departure day, even though our flight was scheduled for 20:00 and the check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to continue using the restaurant while waiting for our airport transfer. The receptionist was very helpful, communicative, and made us feel looked after until the very end of our stay.
Overall, our holiday was exceptionally successful. Despite its age, the hotel offers a unique atmosphere and is kept to a remarkably high standard of cleanliness. The people working here are truly dedicated, welcoming, and full of enthusiasm - regardless of their role, they are always ready to help, creating a warm and friendly environment.
We can wholeheartedly say that this is a place we would love to return to - a place where you can truly rest, recharge, and feel genuinely cared for.

We stayed at Concorde Moreen Beach Resort for two weeks in November during our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time in Egypt and my husband’s second — and this hotel exceeded all our expectations.
Rooms:
Clean, comfortable, quiet, with an extremely cozy and large bed. We had a room in a more private area of the resort, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. The sea view from the room was stunning.
Beach & Sea:
Always plenty of space at the beach — no rush, no queues. Two entrances to the sea: shallow water perfect for snorkeling, and a pier for deeper swimming. The water is crystal clear, and the marine life is beautiful.
Food:
Even after 14 days we always found something tasty. Fresh, varied, and definitely better than we expected. The seafood day was a highlight.
Staff (the biggest treasure of this hotel):
We’ve visited 30+ countries, but we’ve never experienced such warmth and genuine kindness from hotel staff. Everyone smiles, helps, remembers you, and makes you feel truly welcome. We made so many lovely connections — meeting the lifeguard at sunrise or chatting with the team during meals became one of the best parts of our stay. They really make you feel at home (Restaurant Yahia и Ahmed❤️; spa: Hanna and Aya❤️; lifeguard Mohamed ❤️)
SPA & Massage:
Highly recommended! We took 5 sessions, and they were some of the best massages we’ve ever had — relaxing atmosphere, sea view, amazing therapists.
Facilities:
Great gym, excellent pools, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Overall:
A perfect place for a peaceful, beautiful, heartfelt holiday. We loved every day of our 14-day stay and would happily return. Highly recommended.
