All the servers working poolside service were amazing. Super friendly. Also, the lifeguards were very focused and alert about everything going on. That was good to see. The rooms were clean and the ferry to the parks was so convenient and a time saver. Definitely recommend if traveling with young kids. The food was also very good.

The entire experience was excellent. The staff, Keri Loblano made things happen for us without skipping a beat, and Kate in VIP services were extremely kind, accommodating, detailed and inviting. Ariel, worked so swiftly and with such great energy, also who checked us in. Also the rest of the bell staff, concierge and ticket sales. Also the wait staff and all the staff on the premises, even the people that cleaned our rooms. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!!!

Such a gorgeous property! The included Express Passes help justify the cost of the rooms if you are visiting Studios and/or Islands of Adventure. The walkway helps you utilize time efficiently to get to/from the theme parks and the hotel. All spaces are clean and spacious. We did not encounter one staff member who was not a genuinely nice person and wanted to help and interact. Every department provided amazing service from luggage service to front desk to club level lounge. You will be hard-pressed to find another universal orlando hotel better than this one!

Rooms outdated, small, no balcony and motel vibes. Staff super nice, helpful, and polite! Pool shallow, hot, and not relaxing. The current from the slide felt like a whirl pool/wave pool. Nothing blocking off the slide so kids were constantly getting in front of it or being pulled towards it from the current. Food overpriced for quality. DJ super cool and gets kids involved. They loved that part. Water taxi is nice and right there. Walking is also good and easy! Bus easy to get too. Overall for the price, the hotel not on my top list for the room.
Unlimited passes are a great benefit to have for the 2 parks and happy we had them! I would try another hotel with the same benefit next time

Room, service and locations were fine. Pools had nice hours for families. Cabanas are a good value if you plan to spend the day at the pool. Frustration at pool being closed for extended hours for one reason or another. High frustration of key cards not correctly syning to scan the "early admission" on the rides in the park. Although the Hard Rock package hotel rooms includes the early admission. Tech needs to be figured out to make this a better experience.
