Excellent hotel and staff. I was not expecting much with this being a “park” hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were great and the hotel and property were beautiful. Even more impressive was the staff. Everyone was friendly and inviting and so very helpful. We stayed during the week of 2/14. The pool was nice and my granddaughter loved the slide. Starbucks in the convenience store was great. If you was an excellent meal eat at The Kitchen. The workout room looked amazing and Included a sauna. Great hotel will stay there again. Location was the best only a five minute beautiful walk to Citywalk and the parks.

Me and my boyfriend had the best time. Im a big Taylor Swift fan and the moment I walked in the door I about cried cause of the HUGE portrait they have. The staff was kind and the pool was really great! 10/10 the restaurant was really really good but it was pricey. Def $$$$. Love it here. Great for couples and music lovers!

Our stay was fantastic!!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is a amazing, my kids loved the waterslide. The walk to the parks is what we found most convenient. The path way to the park is done with beautiful landscapes and is well lit at night. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were perfect. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had an excellent experience at the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando. Great atmosphere, well-served food, and service above expectations — everything organized and welcoming.
A special thank you to D-Andre, who helped us right when we arrived and managed to arrange our room with early access. That made a huge difference after a long trip, bringing comfort and peace of mind to our family. His attitude was attentive, proactive, and truly professional.
Experiences like this show the real standard of Hard Rock — it’s not only about the structure, but about people who genuinely care about guests. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Overall great stay for the night. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food was very good at the restaurant but i would say a little over priced. Pool was awesome. Kids loved it. Rooms were nice and clean just a little humid/musty from being open to outdoors maybe. Would stay again.
