Hello
We were on a family holiday, 2 adults and 2 teenagers
When we arrived we noticed it smelled really musty but we didn’t think much of how bad it actually was until we had to switch rooms which I will get to… in our first room in BOTH of the bathrooms the water kept dripping out of the shower head and leaving a pool of water in the shower which eventually spilled out into the floor which resulted in the floors being very slippy and a massive safety hazard. The water even came out from the bathrooms, through the bedroom and onto the kitchen. We kept falling over which could have caused an injury so we decided to ask to switch rooms which they were very hesitant about and took them a while to do but eventually they let us change. The lock on one of the bathroom doors would lock itself from the inside when no one was in there which we had to call someone to unlock it a few times and they were very slow to arrive to help us. When we first arrived we also noticed that the floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. We noticed the same thing with the floors in our next room but there was a much cleaner smell and the bathrooms were working so we took it as a win. After about 3 nights in the new room we all had spots on our bodies which were identical to bed bug bites (we of course cannot be certain but we are fairly sure it was bed bugs) which was a clear sign the room was dirty and beds had been sitting there for ages. The light is broken in one of the bedrooms so had to use a small lamp. The area is good walking distance to supermarkets and food places. And the pool is nice. Staff are nice but I wouldn’t stay here again tho

My family and I spent four days here in mid-July, and the resort completely exceeded our expectations! We had a fantastic, relaxing time especially by the secondary pool, which was quiet, uncrowded, and exactly the peaceful vibe we were looking for.
A huge highlight of our trip was visiting the Palm Café. Gabby was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming! Her warm attitude alone takes our rating to a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️✨ 2.5‑Star Review for Floridays Resort OrlandoFloridays Resort has a great location and, at first glance, looks like an exciting place to stay, close to the attractions, family‑friendly, and visually appealing.
Check‑in was simple and easy, which gave us hope for a smooth stay. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly.Parking was our first major issue. There were no available handicap spots for our 88‑year‑old grandmother, and several cars parked in handicap spaces had no tags or plates indicating they were unauthorized. For a resort that markets itself as accessible and family‑oriented, this was a frustrating and disappointing start. The rooms themselves were spacious, which we appreciated, but the environment walking to our building was not family‑friendly at all. As soon as we stepped out of the car, there were people smoking blunts(cannabis) right outside the elevator and in front of their rooms. Not exactly something the kids needed to witness, and it set a tone that didn’t feel safe or well‑managed.Inside the room, the size was great, but the functionality was not. Several things were broken or unusable, including:Living room TV — completely non‑functiona,lBathtub drains — broken, so the water drained immediately and baths were impossible. Master bathroom shower nozzle — broken and difficult to useToilet — didn’t flush properly. Not enough towels or blankets — we had to call to request more for our party Maintenance took over an hour to arrive, and by the time they showed up, our grandmother was already asleep. Moving rooms or having repairs done wasn’t an option at that point, leaving us stuck with multiple unusable features for the entire stay.
The only real positive was the World Cup game playing at the pool area, which added a fun atmosphere for a bit — but that alone doesn’t make up for the issues we experienced.Overall, Floridays Resort has potential with its location and spacious rooms, but the lack of maintenance, poor enforcement of rules, and overall environment made this a disappointing stay. We’re calling to request a refund because several parts of the room were literally unusable, and the experience didn’t match what we paid for.

The room was clean but very outdated. There’s scuffs, scratches, dents, and holes every where! The stove will burn your food and the oven will take 2-3 business days to cook your food. I did like that the room was very spacious and each bathroom had its own hair dryer. It would have been nice to be notified that we had a broom and dust pan and vacuum in one I’d the closets but didn’t find that until check out. Dryer and washer is a very nice touch. We were able to wash and dry everyday. Pool was a nice vibe and the cafe/market was nice. The last comment to make is the HORRIBLE stench in the rooms! It smells like cockroach pheromones, although no insect was ever seen.. thank goodness! So bring air freshener or a heavily scented candle with a good throw! The smell will follow you home so we washed as soon as we got home like we always do.

A really nice place to stay on I-Drive but dated compared to some of the other hotels. We were a family of 5, so we had a 3 bed, 2 bath room with a fully fitted kitchen. Everything we needed and more! Pools are nice, plenty of sunbeds - the food is quiet expensive but lots of options around as an alternative!
