Nice place - especially if you are looking for an apartment style stay. Has a great big pool, full bar and pretty good diner. Week days are a lot calmer than the weekends, wish they would crack down on the riff raff and weed smoking at the pool though - hate that the kids and other families have to "just deal with it" as a norm. Otherwise - nice place for the price and location to all that Orlando has to offer.

Great resort hotel, great bar, pool hot tub etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the shuttle service to the parks, its an outside company so hopefully they start using someone else, as the bus was late everyday for my whole 2 weeks, on occasion just didn't turn up, so I would definitely hire a car next time, as ubers add up to and from the parks. Otherwise cant fault the place.

I almost changed our booking last minute based on some reviews. I'm so glad I didn't. From check in, Marylou was stunning, it was pleasant all the way up to check out. We're from South Africa and stayed for 11 nights in December as a family of 6, we chose the 3 bedroom unit. Indeed real value for money, space galore and all the staff were helpful.

Beautiful resort and clean rooms, nice heated pool. All of the staff was wonderful, but Gabby from Palm Cafe was my favorite! She was always smiling and makes great coffee and food.

Overall, had a great stay at Floridays but there were a few issues that could’ve been better. There was black mold around the shower which should be given some attention. The rooms were clean which I appreciated but could use a little love since they’re getting old.
The staff was wonderful and the pool and other amenities were great.
The main complaint is that we utilized the “free shuttle” to universal studios and reserved our spots on the shuttle, however the driver never showed up for pickup at 9 PM so we ended up having to call an uber. Not a major deal, but just inconvenient and mildly frustrating when you’re counting on it.
I would recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for rooms with great amenities. Maybe just plan to arrange your own transportation.
